I have mailed a Priority Mail package to:
Attention: Glidewell Adjusting
[redacted] Grissom Drive
Saraland, AL [redacted]
The tracking number for this package is: [redacted][redacted]94
My package delivery attempt on 8/9/18 at approximately 8:27 a.m. was unsuccessful. I have recently learned that the recipient, Mr. Steven Glidewell, has moved to a new address in Alabama. The forwarded address is:
Attention: Steven Glidewell
NFIP Adjuster
[redacted] Sank Town Road
McIntosh, AL [redacted]
I am unsure if the package will be forwarded to the new address or returned to me. Ideally, I would like it to be delivered to Mr. Glidewell at his new address. The package contains important photocopied documents related to property lost in Hurricane Harvey.
Could you kindly provide information on the status of the package? If forwarded, when can I expect it to reach Mr. Glidewell at his new address? Any updates would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

On August 9, [redacted], I received a confirmation that my package would be delivered by 8pm but never received it. I called [redacted] on August 10 at 10:10 am, spoke with a lady at [redacted] N Murrow Blvd, Gso, NC, and explained I am a traveling nurse needing the package for an early flight. She found the package but claimed it had no address, which seemed odd since it was shipped from Germany. After providing my address and phone number, she said the Delivery Supervisor would call back to arrange delivery for that day. Despite the assurance, hours have passed, and I am yet to receive my package or a call from the supervisor.

I posted a vintage pool cue on EBay for sale and bought a USPS shipping label and insurance through EBay. The cue was shipped on 7/07/[redacted] at a UPS Store in a cylindrical package. I have the drop-off receipt with the tracking number showing "1st class mail." When the delivery date passed, the Buyer did not receive the item. I contacted USPS via email and attempted to locate the item using the online form but was unsuccessful. I then refunded the Buyer $[redacted].00 and filed a claim, which was denied citing lack of mailing verification. Despite having the drop-off receipt and tracking number, the claim was turned down. I was directed to file an appeal online, but encountered issues due to restrictions on submitting two claims for the same item. This has been frustrating as I cannot provide the requested information for the appeal.

I checked my Informed Delivery and it showed a delivery attempt on August 11th that did not happen. It also indicated that my stamps were delivered when they were not. I've had issues in the past with the local post office involving damage to my [redacted] Pontiac Sunfire. The postal delivery person damaged my car while trying to cut through my carport. I suspect this ongoing situation might be in response to a previous complaint I made. Currently, I am unable to physically visit the post office due to a leg cast, but I want my stamps and the package that supposedly had a delivery attempt at 9:50 am, especially considering I received another package at 2 pm on the same day. I have experienced other damaged packages recently, making me concerned about other potential mishaps. If there is a way to verify the mail carriers involved, especially comparing the one from the incident with a current one, it could shed light on any recurring issues.

I have not received any of my mail from the postal service. It has been over a month, going on two, and I have been very patient, giving you an opportunity to correct any incorrect information or errors that may have occurred. I have put in extra change of address cards and called about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I received a confirmation letter from the mail postal service stating that my old address was General Delivery in Menifee, CA, which I have never lived at. My General Delivery mail was originally at the post office on Brooks St. in Oceanside, CA. Despite receiving confirmation letters, my mail has not been forwarded as promised. I received a notice about a form, PS Form [redacted], that was entered in the mail forwarding system, causing much confusion. This issue of not receiving my mail has caused significant distress and health problems. I urgently need this matter resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely yours,
Yvonne Biggers

I received a notification from USPS that a package was delivered to my home at 3:36 pm. However, I was home all day, and no package arrived - tracking number -[redacted][redacted]61. It is frustrating to deal with these situations, as I have experienced similar issues before. To avoid this, I had to order the items again with a different courier, incurring additional costs. Contacting customer service by phone was also challenging due to long wait times. While I don't anticipate a resolution, I hope carriers can be more cautious with addresses in the future. Thank you. - SW

I purchased a package on August fourth, and there has been no movement since August 7. I am extremely unhappy with this delay as it is affecting my studies. I am pursuing a degree in history, and this delay is causing significant inconvenience. Despite my mother's birthday gift arriving last Friday, my package has yet to move. If it is not delivered before the 27th of August, it will ruin my birthday plans. I will have to consider taking legal action to receive what I have paid for. If the package contains the book that will help with my studies on Wiccan religion, then my religious freedom rights are being violated.

I have not received mail for months. Both my father, Stanley P. Baker, and I have been experiencing issues with mail redirection despite multiple attempts to resolve it. After moving to a new condo and updating the address, we have not been receiving our mail properly. Various important documents and items, including checks, licenses, bills, and insurance papers, are missing. I have personally visited the post office and spoken to carriers and managers in both areas to no avail. The explanations given by USPS so far have been unsatisfactory and do not address the ongoing problem. This situation is causing significant disruptions, especially financially. We need a resolution promptly to ensure the delivery of our mail to my father's address where we both currently reside.

I shipped a large, blue American Tourister suitcase with 4 wheels via 2-day priority mail. It weighed 56 pounds and held my clothing like overcoats, sweaters, and jackets, as well as important items like documents and my graduation stole. The luggage had a green name tag with my contact details. I've submitted pictures to the USPS missing mail inquiry with search ID [redacted]. I shipped two identical bags, but only received one with tracking number [redacted][redacted]43. Both pieces were sent together, and the tracking showed they were in Indianapolis at the same time, but only one arrived. Please assist me in locating my missing luggage containing all my clothes.

A package was collected from [redacted] Lee Rd, Venice, FL on August 7th for delivery to Tim Delrose at [redacted] SE 5th Avenue, Melrose, FL [redacted]. It was sent to Ybor City FL Distribution Center on August 8th, then to Jacksonville FL Distribution Center where it was mistakenly redirected to North Miami Beach, FL instead of Melrose. It then made its way to Opa Locka FL Distribution Center. The postmaster in Melrose reported no activity on the package for 3 days. Requesting assistance in locating the package and ensuring correct delivery to Tim Delrose at [redacted] SE 5th Avenue, Melrose, FL [redacted]. Disappointed with the priority mail service as the error seems to have occurred at the Jacksonville Distribution Center.

Hello everyone,
I want to share that living in Panama means relying on alternative logistics companies to receive packages due to inadequate postal services. Recently, after ordering items from China, my package appears to have reached the United States after 40 days. Unfortunately, upon checking the USPS tracking, the last update states the item was delivered in Miami, FL [redacted]. The challenge now is not knowing the specific delivery address or recipient. The shipment originated from China via CNExps with tracking number 3A5V[redacted]12 and was later handled by USPS with tracking number [redacted][redacted]57.
Thank you.

I made a purchase and was informed that the package was sent. However, the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered, but I haven't received it yet. I'm uncertain if the seller shipped it to my address or a different one, and I would like to confirm the correct delivery address. Typically, I haven't experienced issues receiving parcels from the US in Canada before.
I need to verify the delivery address to dispute the charges through PayPal if it was not sent to me. The tracking number is LA[redacted]38US. Any assistance is appreciated.
I've been waiting on hold with customer service for over an hour and a half and would have preferred to speak with a representative. Unfortunately, the wait time is uncertain.

SafeLink was supposed to send me another phone since I seem to have lost my first one, but I haven't heard from them. My report to both companies was around July 27th. USPS said it was delivered on July 21st. The post office informed me that a middle-aged woman took the package, but I'm concerned if it was mistakenly delivered to the accurate address and if someone else has my phone. I am disabled and rely on this phone heavily due to my health condition. I am disappointed in SafeLink and USPS for their negligence. I hope to resolve this soon. If anyone has updates, please contact me at [redacted] Thank you for your support.

According to the USPS tracking information, the package was marked as delivered last Friday at 6:59 p.m. However, upon checking, my husband and I couldn't find it anywhere, even after looking around our neighbors' front porches. Not only am I disappointed in the missing package, but I'm also dealing with the aftermath of a hacked bank account. Although I've closed the compromised card and haven't received a new one yet, it's been almost two weeks since the incident. Despite the item being a $15 purchase, it has caused significant distress. The fact that my account was hacked, coupled with the missing package, has added to the frustration. We've diligently checked our front porch for three days, all day long, but the package hasn't shown up.

Yesterday, I expected a delivery of my items, but according to the tracking number, there was an attempted delivery. I realized the order was shipped via USPS, which puzzled me because USPS does not typically deliver on Sundays. I stayed home all day, but no one called despite my ring bell not working. I need the packages today but will only be home at 7pm. I have informed Amazon customer service to advise the delivery person to call me upon arrival. I hope they can deliver the packages today, Monday, the 20th, at 7pm.

About a week ago, I received multiple packages on separate days, all left on my front porch. Despite my previous requests for hand delivery, they were left in plain view. I've had packages stolen before. One package contained a sewing machine, displayed with a clear picture, placed on the side on my porch. Another package was opened and damaged. A third one was opened but left because it was a printer ink cartridge. A fourth small envelope, delivered with the damaged package, was also at risk of being stolen. I am dissatisfied with USPS's handling of my deliveries and may seek an alternative service if this continues. I urge for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I have been experiencing difficulties reaching the supervisor at the Bluebonnet branch in north Austin ([redacted]).
Yesterday afternoon, I spent 2 hours on hold, and this morning I waited an hour before they finally answered. They asked me to hold for "2 more minutes," but I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes without being able to speak with them.
The reason for my call was to address a pick-up request, WEC[redacted]26, scheduled for Tuesday morning. By 3 pm on Tuesday, the package had not been picked up, which is unusual as our mail carrier typically picks up by 1 pm. I have had previous instances where pick-ups were forgotten until I called, resulting in delays of 2 to 3 days. This morning, I received an email stating that the pick-up was completed, but the packages are still at the location, not yet picked up.
I kindly request assistance in arranging for a carrier to pick up the packages from the following address: Mystery Room, [redacted] Feathergrass Court, #[redacted], Austin, TX [redacted].
Thank you.

I would like my mail carrier to please start shutting my mailbox after delivering my mail. On windy days, the mail ends up all over the ground, causing potential loss. When it rains, the mail gets ruined. I reported this at the Seneca, MO office, and I was told the mail carrier can't reach far enough to shut it due to driving from the other side of the vehicle. This has been an ongoing problem for four years, and being informed of the Postal Service's stance on the issue is disappointing. It's becoming clear why people are opting to go paperless. Along with this issue, dealing with damages caused by drunk drivers and vandals is making it challenging to continue using postal services.

I am writing to inquire about the status of the package that was shipped to my city but then returned due to an incomplete address on the shipping label. The package is now at a recovery center because of an incomplete address on the return label. I followed a USPS agent's advice to request a missing package search a week ago. I have provided detailed information including the tracking number, sender and recipient addresses, package description, content details, and photos. I have instructed for the package to be sent to the correct address once located. The search request was submitted on 08/17/[redacted], and the reference number is Search ID #[redacted] with tracking number [redacted][redacted]42. I am hoping to get an update on the search's progress and an estimate on when my package might be located and delivered.

I placed an order for an express package scheduled for delivery today. According to the tracking information, there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt with a notice left at 11:45 am. I've been eagerly waiting for the package since 9 am, staying downstairs with the front door open and a working doorbell.
No delivery was attempted this morning, and I'm unsure what occurred. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my package and when it will be delivered.
