I dispatched a package on January 16th, with an estimated delivery date of the 18th. The customer provided an incomplete address, so it was supposed to be returned to me on the 18th. However, I have not received it back yet. I have contacted both post offices involved and have a tracking report showing the case was closed on January 27th. I did not close the case and the item hasn't been returned. I have filed a missing package report with USPS and was initially told I'd have an answer in 24 hours, but now they say it could take up to 3 business days. I am feeling frustrated by the delays and my customer is unhappy. Urgently seeking resolution and answers. Please reach out via email or phone. Thank you, Debra Crockett, [redacted].

On 1/18, a notice was left, and I requested a redelivery the same day. Unfortunately, nothing happened. Despite submitting an inquiry on 1/27 and another redelivery request, there was no progress. Miss Carter contacted me on 1/31, assuring delivery on 2/1, but the package did not arrive. I am frustrated and considering filing a complaint with the postal commission. The situation seems deliberate and I am highly dissatisfied with the service at the Beverly Hills station. The original tracking number for the package is RS[redacted]52LT.

Hi there, I am experiencing an issue with a delivery. I made a purchase on AliExpress, and I am tracking it with the number LW[redacted]49CN. However, I have not received the package yet, and I am uncertain about its current location. Can someone provide assistance with this matter?

I am looking for information on how to send pre-stamped envelopes with our non-profit orders. We want to ensure we can pay for the postage only if the recipient uses the envelope and returns it to us. It would be a small quantity of envelopes initially. Is there a way to stamp or mark the envelope with an account number? Or can it be labeled as Cash on Delivery (COD)? I am seeking guidance on the available options and assistance in setting this up. Thank you.

I created an email address and password when I opened a P.O. Box some time ago. Recently, when I tried to access the email, the P.O. denied me access using the address I used before. When attempting to create a new email, the system informed me that I already had an email and password, so I am unable to proceed. I kindly request that my initial email and password setup be erased or deleted so I can create a new one. Please reach out to me at [redacted] Thank you.

Hello, I placed an order for an item that has been in transit for nearly 2 months now. The tracking information indicates it has been in transit since December 20th from Delhi, but there have been no updates since. I've attempted to contact USPS from India, but none of the numbers are working. I've also reached out to the local post office, and they mentioned needing an Indian tracking number, which USPS did not provide. After speaking with DELHI INTL Airport, they confirmed they have not received the item with my tracking number. I kindly request USPS to take responsibility, provide an update on the location of my item, and give an estimated delivery date. My tracking number is UM[redacted]61US.

On January 21, [redacted], I paid and shipped a package for $16.70. Due to an address omission, I filed and paid $31.84 for an intercept, but the package wasn't intercepted and reached its destination. After receiving it back, I attempted to ship it again, but this time the charge was over $38. If I hadn't requested the intercept, it would have returned to me at no cost. I believe I should receive a refund of $31.84 as the intercept I paid for didn't happen when the package was sent back to me without it being intercepted.

Is there a way the computer system could direct zip codes to the closest distribution center? A recent package from Lake Zurich, IL to me in Muscatine, IA has been delayed multiple times. The process has been inconsistent with shipping times varying from 2 to 7 days due to routing issues. For instance, a package that was supposed to take 3 days was sent to different cities in IA before reaching the nearest distribution center in Milan, IL. This prolonged route has caused frequent late deliveries. Ideally, if packages destined for Muscatine were prioritized to go through Milan, regardless of their initial dispatch point like Palatine or Elk Grove, it could potentially improve the timeliness of deliveries. The current situation is frustrating, as out of 12 previous deliveries, only a few have arrived on time while most have been significantly delayed.

Hello, I reside in Bath, UK. I purchased an item from a seller in the US, and they shipped it via USPS to a designated pick-up location in Bath. According to the tracking information, the package arrived at the destination. However, upon my visit to collect it, they informed me that the code provided was incorrect, so they returned it to the post office. Despite explaining that the package was indeed there, they couldn't verify it due to the code starting with "LC," which our system doesn't recognize as US standard. Consequently, the current whereabouts of the package are unknown. I seek assistance as the sender is unaware of the situation. My details are Robert W. from Bath, UK, and the tracking number is LC[redacted]17US. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am inquiring about the status of parcel #EB[redacted]55HK sent from Hong Kong to Minnesota on January 22 via Speedpost (International Priority Express mail). Last week, my son called to confirm the mailing address details and requested a re-delivery to the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities). We received re-delivery request confirmation #LOR[redacted]0 on February 7. However, as of today, the parcel has not reached its destination. This parcel is urgent as it is needed for my son's undergraduate application at the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities). The recipient's contact telephone number is provided on the airwaybill. We are unsure why USPS is holding our parcel and hasn't re-delivered it yet. Below is the mailing information again: University of Minnesota Office of Admissions ([redacted] Williamson Hall) [redacted] Pillsbury Drive S.E. Minneapolis, MN 55[redacted] Telephone: 1-[redacted] Fax: [redacted] For any questions about the parcel, please contact my son's USA mobile #4[redacted]-22 or email us for further assistance.

A package addressed to me departed from Capital Heights, MD [redacted]. It was scanned by scanner PSM-3-IU on Jan 25 at 10:54 AM. However, it has not yet arrived at my address in VA. There have been additional tracking events between Jan 26 and Feb 10, but they are system-generated with no information or status updates. The package includes a yellow sticker for forwarding to my new address, and I am worried it may have come off. I urgently need the supplements for medical reasons. Could you please assist me? You can reach me at [redacted].

I am inquiring about package #[redacted][redacted]88 that I sent certified on January 31st to Chicago. I am disappointed as it has not arrived yet. It was a birthday card for my mother, and the delay from Houston to Chicago is frustrating. The package left the Houston Distribution Center on 02/01/20 and reached the Chicago Distribution Center but has not been delivered. The tracking information just shows it is still in transit to the next distribution center. I need to know when it will arrive since my mother's birthday is on 02/12. I am finding USPS services to be unreliable lately, and these delays are becoming too common.

I contacted USPS customer service yesterday, waited on hold for an hour to arrange redelivery of my package today. I emphasized to the agent to leave it in front of my door since I'm leaving the country tomorrow until March. However, today I received a message stating they couldn't deliver it due to lack of a secure spot, even though I had made arrangements. I urgently need my package redelivered today.

Dear GetHuman, I sent a package from Griffith, IN ([redacted]) with tracking number #[redacted] 3[redacted] [redacted] 08 to Dale Anderson at [redacted] Ridgeview Trl., Cartersville, GA [redacted] on 2/22/20. The package arrived at the Atlanta distribution center on 2/29/20 and was marked as "in our system" and en route. However, according to USPS, the package was tracked to Atlanta and then seemed to vanish. Despite attempts to locate the package, Mr. Anderson and I have had no success. I spent an hour and a half on hold with USPS Customer Service, only to be told they would forward the information to Georgia, which hasn't yielded any results. This package holds sentimental items belonging to our deceased relatives, and it is distressing that it has gone missing. I have had multiple issues with USPS over the past two years and am concerned about their scanning practices that make packages appear delivered when they are not. I am currently waiting on hold with the provided Customer Service number and hope to find a resolution to this matter promptly. Sincerely, [Initials]

I had a frustrating experience at Charles Hayes regarding a package delivery issue. The carrier refused to deliver my package, resulting in me having to pick it up personally. I encountered difficulty speaking with a supervisor and found Ms. Pool to be unhelpful and rude. Despite being informed that I had no packages or mail on the 13th, my package was still at the facility as of the 14th and 15th. When questioning the carrier, she denied knowledge of the situation. I tried contacting various locations to obtain the hotline number for Ms. Carter, the area manager, without success. Assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I had a package sent to the post office due to mail theft issues at my residence. The postal worker confirmed I could do this, yet the package was returned to the sender. I am disappointed by this mistake and now face additional delays. I labeled the package "Hold For Arrival" but it was still sent back prematurely. I planned to collect it on the 25th, only to discover it was already returned. I hope the Postal Service will improve its handling of such situations and honor their assurances by holding packages for pickup. I trust they will respect their commitment for my three upcoming orders to this post office located on Alvin Avenue, [redacted].

I sent a letter with premium delivery almost two weeks ago for expedited service. Unfortunately, the mail was not delivered as expected. After contacting USPS customer service on February 19th, I was informed that the letter was still in the pick-up pile. I requested redelivery and received a confirmation email ensuring it would be delivered promptly. However, it has now been a week since that promise and the letter has not arrived. My husband went to the post office where the letter was last tracked, only to discover it was still there awaiting pick-up by the intended recipient. Despite providing permission and ID, they would not release the letter to him since the recipient is the only one allowed to collect it. This delay is concerning as the letter contains time-sensitive information, hence the need for premium delivery.

Hello, I sent a crucial document to New York with an expected delivery date of Feb 21st, but it ended up in Philadelphia. I contacted USPS, and after continuous follow-ups, they are still investigating the issue. It's frustrating as I've been trying to speak with a customer service representative for almost an hour each time. I'm disappointed with USPS and will avoid using their services for important documents in the future. I simply want the document to be rerouted to its correct destination as soon as possible. Tracking Number: 9[redacted] 7[redacted] [redacted] 32 Intended Delivery Address: Canada Visa Application Center, [redacted] West 45th Street, New York, NY [redacted] I hope this matter gets resolved promptly. Thank you! Feel free to contact me at [redacted] or email if needed.
