I selected one-day shipping for an item from Amazon expecting it today. Unfortunately, I received a notification that it got delayed and won't arrive for possibly two more days. I chose expedited shipping to receive it today as it's crucial for work tomorrow. Could you please provide insight into the reason for the delay and help ensure its delivery today?

I recently found my mailbox empty except for a card stating my residence was vacant and needed to be filled out. Due to illness, it took me a couple more weeks to return the completed card. Despite this, I have not received any mail, and today, a package from Amazon was returned as 'Undeliverable - Person or Location unknown.' I requested any held mail be placed in a white USPS box on my porch when filling out the green card. This has not been done. As someone with limited mobility, it is challenging for me to retrieve mail from the post office. I understand that I have not always been prompt in checking my mailbox due to receiving mostly unwanted mail. Nonetheless, I will be more diligent going forward. I placed this letter in my mailbox, and the green card was still there. Please resume mail delivery and kindly deliver any accumulated mail as requested.

I received a package that had been opened and searched through, even though it was locked inside my mailbox. Out of the 6 items I ordered, only 1 was in the box along with the shipping order, which had "MM" written on it in pen - something I've never seen before in previous orders. I'm upset that a first-class package from a trusted company I've dealt with for months arrived in this condition through the US Postal Service. I've reached out to the shipper, but I believe they did everything right, and I need to understand what happened to my missing items and ensure the security of my future deliveries. I submitted a mail forwarding request from April 25 to October 25 for our household of 5, but we only received 4 pieces of mail initially and then nothing for 5 months. Despite indicating on the USPS form that delivery should resume on October 25, it did not. After contacting the local post office and being told they would resume delivery, I have only received junk mail in November. A bank statement was returned as "undeliverable," leading me to believe other important mail is missing. Despite filing a case and being promised follow-up, no action has been taken. This issue is causing significant problems for everyone in our household, particularly concerning bills and important notices. I urgently need this matter addressed.

I shipped a package of live fish with 2nd-day priority shipping, but it got delayed. Even though I requested an intercept to have it returned to me quickly, it seems to have ended up in LA where the customer lives. I shipped a package from Crestview, FL on 11/24 with 2-day shipping to Millis, MA. Despite the tracking information indicating a delay and being on its way to the next facility without specifying where, I was informed that Pensacola, FL was the last known location just 50 miles away from the origin. I am unable to locate the package myself and would appreciate USPS's assistance in locating it. If it's not delivered soon, I intend to file a claim for a possible refund on the 2-day priority mail service. It's been 7 days, and the uncertainty of its delivery is concerning. I recently received a package from USPS sent by Australia Post. I was expecting a laptop, but upon inspection, I found only an empty carton inside. The USPS stamp indicated it weighed 0.[redacted] kg and was valued at $24, suggesting it was indeed empty. It seems the redelivery attempts through [redacted]-ASK-USPS with confirmation codes were ineffective. I kindly request a rescheduled delivery for the package with the Tracking Number: RR[redacted]71HU on 04 December [redacted] as facilitated by Dina from ASK-USPS. I will be indoors during the delivery window and would like the carrier to come to my front door for a signature. It's frustrating to stand outside for hours, especially in cold temperatures. Yesterday, I expected a package to be delivered, as it was showing as "out for delivery" all day with an expected delivery by 8 pm. Just before 8 pm, I refreshed the tracking status and it suddenly showed as "Delivered." Unfortunately, the package was not at my front door. To my surprise, it then indicated as "ready for pick up," without my consent. After contacting the provided number, I discovered that the package was left at a carrier facility without specifying the location. I never requested such a change from doorstep delivery. I am encountering an issue with my delivery. Despite leaving specific instructions not to deliver to my mailbox due to the lack of a key, my package was still placed there along with the other attempted deliveries. Dear USPS, I have always appreciated the excellent service I received from you in the past. However, recently, my packages have been experiencing delays and I am receiving limited information about their status. On November 24th, I sent two packages from The U.K. to the USA. While one package is in the USA, its exact location is unknown. The other package is still awaiting shipment. Despite receiving some emails, the details about the whereabouts of my packages remain unclear. I am now worried, especially about the package that has not yet reached the USA. I rejected a delivery at my home and returned it unopened to the post office. I want to confirm if the merchant has received it to ensure I receive a refund from my bank. The tracking number is [redacted]. The tracking information shows that the package is out for delivery to the return address as of December *th. I need to verify that the merchant has received the return so my bank can refund me $42.89, the cost of the rejected item.

I am experiencing multiple issues with my postal services. Firstly, when trying to manage my new PO Box online, even though I have paid up to Feb [redacted], the system asked for my payment information again. Now, I received an email stating my auto-renewal and PO Box will be cancelled on 12/31/18. Secondly, my Informed Delivery service stopped working months ago despite trying different solutions, including creating a new account. Lastly, after recently moving to a temporary address and setting up mail forwarding starting 12/3/18, I am receiving emails indicating my Informed Delivery has been suspended, and a reactivation letter is being sent to my old address. These issues are causing confusion and inconvenience.

I initially submitted a change of address but made a mistake in spelling my name. I then canceled the change and submitted a new one on November 22 as instructed by the paper I received. I used the same start date for mail forwarding on both submissions, November 13. However, every time I check my email for the change of address order, after entering my confirmation, I am prompted to enter my zip code. Upon entering it, I receive a red message saying there is an issue processing my information. It states that it may take up to 72 hours for the order to be available in the system, but even after that time has passed, I cannot access it. I have attempted to call the provided number for assistance but have been unable to reach any representatives. I am concerned about not receiving my mail at my new address.
