I urgently need assistance. I have been waiting for lost checks since the 24th. We provided a tracking number and my contact details to the Post Office in Apex. However, I have not received any updates or the package. I visit the Post Office daily, but they are still searching for the checks. This delay is causing payment issues for our employees, and we are falling behind. I would like to know if we can get a refund for the lost package and if we should reorder the checks. I placed an order for a parcel from Canada, and I have been monitoring its progress through Priority Mail Express International. Initially, the parcel reached Jamaica, NY, which is just an hour's drive from my location in East Brunswick, NJ. However, after arriving at the USPS sorting facility in Jamaica, NY, it has been stagnant for nearly 24 hours without any further updates. I am unsure if the package is lost or simply missed being scanned. My primary concern is to ascertain the current location and status of my mail.

My package was supposed to have arrived by now, but it's still showing as in transit. Customs is holding it because the Tracking Number Label is missing, and they can't confirm the delivery since it hasn't reached according to the USPS website. I paid extra to have my two packages sent via Priority Mail Express. One package shows "inbound OUT of customs." I'm wondering how long it will stay inbound OUT of customs since I paid extra for faster delivery. The tracking for this package is [redacted]. Help needed! Today I received a package believed to contain items I purchased from an eBay scammer. I recently tracked my shipment from the USA to the UK and discovered it was marked as unclaimed and returned to the sender on January 31st. I was home at the time of the alleged delivery but received no notification or attempt to deliver the package. I am disappointed that it was sent back after just one unsuccessful delivery. I left 8 packages at the UPS store on December 26th for USPS to pick up, but as of January 3rd, they are all still in "pre-shipment." I am concerned that my packages may be lost. I received a packet around the 6th or 7th of this month, but the postman took it before I could pick it up from the leasing office. I tried to add a PO Box to our Peacemaker Ministries account by entering the PO Box number, zip code, and our firm name, but nothing was found. I then included the gentleman's last name, but I still could not find it. I attempted multiple times and eventually got locked out. I live in Birmingham, UK, and purchased an item from a seller in America through eBay (.co.uk). The item was sent to Cortland, NY, and it has been at a unit there since Thursday, January 26th. I had a package sent to my office. I usually receive packages without any problems, but this time there have been 4 failed delivery attempts. The website now shows that the package was "Delivered. Individual picked up at post office." I did not pick up the package and when I checked with the post office mentioned on the site, they confirmed they did not receive it.

I paid for a first priority package, and the lady who assisted me mentioned it would arrive the next day or the day after. I sent the package on 02/27, and it is currently stuck in Richmond, CA. I spoke to the supervisor at the Thousand Oaks USPS, but he does not know why and cannot reach anyone in Richmond, CA.
