I had a package scheduled for delivery on 11/24/[redacted], but encountered issues with UPS claiming they couldn't deliver due to my "dogs" and a mistaken address. Despite correcting the address, the package was not delivered as promised and was sent back. Following up, UPS assured me it would be delivered on 11/27/[redacted] but now the tracking shows it's returning. I'm frustrated as I paid for expedited delivery, yet it's been a hassle. Subject: Issue with UPS Delivery I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with UPS regarding a recent delivery issue. I am Dr. Joy Galliford, the Executive Director of the non-profit organization, Friends of South Florida Music. On Thanksgiving Day, I placed an order for items intended for foster children under our care. Unfortunately, the packages with the following tracking numbers: 1Z 7R2E[redacted]92 and 1Z Y617F[redacted]6 were mistakenly sent to the wrong address. They were addressed to Al Cazzoli at [redacted] SW [redacted] Street, Miami, FL [redacted] when they should have been sent to [redacted] SW [redacted] Street. I contacted UPS on Saturday, Nov. 28, and was informed that [redacted] SW [redacted] Street was a valid address, even though upon investigation, no such house existed. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including visiting the location myself, the problem remains unsolved. Your delivery driver seemingly delivered the packages to a non-existent address, which is deeply concerning. I urge UPS to investigate the actual delivery location of the packages and provide a prompt resolution. The gifts were meant for foster children in need, and the mishap has caused great distress. If a satisfactory response is not received promptly, I will escalate this matter with a formal complaint to the Atlanta Office. Sincerely, Dr. J. We were anticipating a delivery last Friday, November 28, [redacted], but our business was closed due to the holiday. We were hopeful it would arrive yesterday as per the online tracking information. However, when UPS arrived, the specific package was not included in the delivery. Despite numerous attempts to reach a customer service representative this morning, I have been unsuccessful in speaking to a live agent. Every call ends with being disconnected, and the automated system still indicates that our package is out for delivery.

I was expecting a package that was supposed to arrive yesterday, but I got notifications about an address problem. However, my address has been accurate for all the packages delivered here previously. It's visibly displayed and easy to find. Can you please clarify the delivery issue for me?

As a UPS customer who frequents the UPS store in Butte, Montana for Amazon returns and always wears my face mask, I've noticed on my last three visits that the manager has not been wearing a mask. Despite being behind the counter and not behind any screens, he was within close proximity to me during my last visit. I took the initiative to contact the Butte Silver Bow Health Department to address this concern, as the store's environment may pose a risk as a potential Covid-19 spreader. I hope this can be rectified promptly to ensure the safety of all customers and staff.

I arranged for UPS to pick up three Amazon returns on 11/18. Despite not receiving the typical return sticker, I witnessed UPS collecting the items from my backyard. I packaged two items together and left one in its original manufacturer packaging. However, Amazon has not confirmed receiving the returns and claims they should be trackable regardless of the missing sticker. My address is [redacted] Fowlers Mill Road, Chardon, Ohio [redacted]. On the 1st of December, [redacted], a UPS delivery driver brought a package to my office without wearing a mask. Despite clear signage about mask requirements posted on the door and the glass partition, he approached without one. After my colleague swiftly signed for the package, I was left disheartened by the lack of mask-wearing. This incident was particularly troubling as I had just learned of the passing of a family member due to Covid, with another relative passing the same morning. I kindly request that UPS instruct their drivers to always wear masks when visiting our office. I believe it is a reasonable expectation for them to reciprocate the respect and safety measures we adhere to. I would like to reject the package with tracking number *1Z1V2F[redacted]78 that Amazon sent me and request a refund. The package has been delayed for three weeks and since I have relocated, I am unable to receive it. I have already purchased a similar item elsewhere due to the continuous delays in delivery. Amazon advised me to contact UPS to prevent the delivery and arrange for the return in order to get my refund. However, I am facing difficulties reaching UPS as I no longer have access to my account details. The package is now scheduled for delivery on Saturday, December 5th, but I will not be available to receive it.

I have been experiencing problems with UPS since November 16th regarding my package. I had paid for next-day delivery, but it was only delivered two weeks later without my passport. No one has informed me about the issue or why the passport went missing. Finally, they have located it. I have not received any calls regarding the attempts to deliver my package, which they claim to have made twice. I contacted Visahq and explained that just like they delivered my package originally without my passport, they should deliver my passport in the same manner.

Tracking number: 1Z4Y582V[redacted]. I did not request this package to be delivered to a pickup location. Despite receiving all UPS packages at my home address, this one seems to have been forwarded incorrectly. In the past week, two more packages arrived at my home without issue. I have informed UPS multiple times to stop the forwarding, but this particular package is still being sent to the pickup location. I am not willing to pay the $14.95 fee to cancel the forwarding service. I want UPS to resolve this matter as Amazon claims they are responsible. Thank you.

My package with tracking number 1Z9Y[redacted][redacted] has been in transit for three weeks. It was sent from UPS Store [redacted] on November 16 to be delivered to me in Las Cruces with a scheduled delivery date of November 19. The package was scanned into Albuquerque on November 18 but then went missing. After inquiry by Store [redacted], it was found to be in exception status and reappeared at the store over the weekend. The package was then re-labeled, re-shipped, and rescanned into Albuquerque last night, marked as "delivered" to Las Cruces, even though there are no departure scans from Albuquerque or arrival scans in Las Cruces. This mirrors what happened two weeks ago when the package disappeared. This is concerning because the package contains an irreplaceable musical instrument. I urgently need confirmation on whether the package is truly on its way to Las Cruces.

I waited for 3 hours for the UPS delivery driver to come with my package, but they never showed up. I received an email saying the package was left at the front door at 7:56 PM, but I was home from 5 PM to 8 PM and nothing was delivered. I am frustrated because I have wasted my time waiting three times now. I would like to know who the driver is that's responsible for these delivery issues. I received tracking number 1Z82F[redacted]2 showing my package is out for delivery from Manhattan, KS. However, I reside in Reynolds, NE, and typically receive deliveries from Beatrice, NE. This is the second instance in three weeks where my packages are being redirected to Kansas once they reach Omaha, NE. My shipping address for reference is: David Brockway, [redacted] 560th Avenue, Box [redacted], Reynolds, NE [redacted]. The previous package that ended up in Kansas was a watch band, but it arrived empty, and I haven't received assistance regarding this issue.

I was charged twice through PayPal for 2 labels that I never received from UPS. I made the purchase as a guest on their website but encountered an error and was unable to print the labels. I contacted UPS billing and was told that my account wouldn't be charged as the labels weren't used. However, I still see charges totaling over $[redacted] on my PayPal account. I would like these charges to be removed and refunded promptly.

I recently completed online training for a job at UPS using my email [redacted] The training was supposed to be paid, but I have not received any payment. Although I didn't end up starting the job due to finding alternative employment, I fulfilled the training requirements and now would like to receive the payment as initially agreed. I have the activated Wisely card ready. The training was finished in October [redacted] under the same email address and was associated with my mobile number [redacted], which has since changed to [redacted]. I believe my package was delivered yesterday, but when I found it this morning, it was left at the back door damaged and exposed to the weather. The box is battered, torn, and open. Despite receiving a message stating it was delivered on Saturday at 11:30 AM, I did not see it until today. There was no opportunity to refuse delivery due to the poor condition. I ask that someone come to pick up the package as I plan to reorder my items.

I have generally experienced excellent service from UPS, but today I was disappointed to find my delivery left in a precarious manner. I usually keep an eye out for deliveries and was surprised to see a package on top of my brick mailbox. Upon inspection, I found that three packages were jammed inside the mailbox, with a fourth (containing boots) placed on top. This setup seemed inviting to potential thieves. Typically, UPS leaves packages by my door where I can easily collect them. I kindly request that they avoid leaving packages in such a manner in the future.

Dear all, I've been experiencing some issues with my UPS deliveries. The driver has been consistently taking my packages to the post office instead of delivering them to my home address at [redacted] 55th Street, Pullman, MI [redacted]. Even though my address is clearly stated when I place my orders, this keeps happening. I have a P.O. Box at the post office, but I don't provide that information when ordering. Given my age of 90, it's challenging for me to make it to the post office to pick up packages. With Christmas shopping coming up, I really need all items to be delivered to my home. My Amazon order with tracking number 1Z3Y[redacted][redacted] has been stagnant since reaching NJ on 12/03. No expected delivery date is displayed. The message simply repeats to "check back tomorrow," unchanged since arriving in NJ on the 3rd. It's a Christmas present for my husband, and I must have it by the date Amazon guaranteed, between the 8th and the 11th, as we're leaving town soon to visit family and won't be around to receive it in time for Christmas.

I recently received my order from Lord and Taylor via UPS on November 17, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the package arrived empty, except for a Shipping Receipt, and I noticed that the tape on the box had been pulled back. I have been attempting to file a complaint online, but the form is not accepting my email address. I have tried calling three different numbers, but none of the prompts address my situation or connect me to a representative. I am hoping this page will accept my email address for further communication.
