Hello, we are seeking information about the whereabouts of our package. It was sent from Germany to London on 09.04. On 15.04., the last update from the tracking number shows the package was sent to GB and is en route to our region. Despite more than 10 days passing without the package arriving or any further updates, we have attempted to contact DHL and UKmail at the provided number [redacted]0. Unfortunately, we have been unable to reach any advisors for assistance as the system does not recognize our tracking number, leading to an automated hang up.
