I am reaching out regarding the delivery attempt made by your driver yesterday. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery and did not receive a notification card. I obtained the reference number from the text message I received, but I was expecting a call to arrange for the package to be left with a neighbor on the same floor.

Hello,
I am disappointed with UK mail's repeated failed attempts to deliver my parcel without leaving a delivery card. This has caused me inconvenience in the past, with parcels never being delivered. I am currently expecting an important delivery that was supposed to arrive yesterday. Despite the online status updates indicating delivery attempts, no card was left. The information has been inconsistent, stating another attempt would be made on Wednesday, July 18, and then confusingly stating the parcel was due on July 17.
I urgently need an update on parcel status number [redacted][redacted], to be delivered to postcode W6 8NX. A recipient is waiting, having taken the day off for this delivery. The inability to speak with a human representative over the phone adds to the poor service experience.

This is the second night I have stayed up past 11 pm, and yet again, I have not received any contact from your courier. Despite being assured by your business partner, House of Fraser, that a phone call would be made to confirm delivery tonight, I have not heard anything. I request that the parcel be redelivered tomorrow morning during daylight hours. Please ensure the courier can easily locate my address and give me a call at [redacted] when they are nearby. If I'm not home, kindly leave the parcel with a neighbor or in the carport. I find it inconvenient to drive to your depot as I have already waited two days for delivery.

Hello, I would like to provide information about a consignment number: 4[redacted] [redacted] 92, which is scheduled for collection from CM1 1DL between 1.04 and 2.04 today. However, there is an unresolved label issue. I've explained that the recipient doesn't have a printer, so they have handwritten the label with all the necessary information. I believe this handwritten label should suffice as it contains the required details. I am looking for confirmation on this matter as I have been attempting to address this since earlier today. Not everyone is tech-savvy and some do not have access to devices due to various reasons like age, health, or budget constraints. I am unsure of the exact problem but I would appreciate clarification for both the recipient's sake and my peace of mind. This situation is unusual, and I hope we can communicate to resolve it. I have been trying to reach out via email and online chat, but I am available for an online chat now and would appreciate a prompt response.

I would like to file a complaint about a missed parcel delivery attempt today. Even though I was at home by my front door with my dog, who always barks when someone is at the door, I received an email stating that an attempted delivery was made at 12:29 pm without any response. I did not hear anyone knock, and no card was left at my door as claimed. The reference number provided is [redacted]. I am frustrated by this situation and would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly.

I received a notification stating that delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, but the tracking shows the correct postcode. There are only three properties at this postcode, all close by. The sender even shared a photo of the parcel with the correct address before sending it. Unfortunately, there is no contact number to speak with a person regarding the issue. I've been emailing daily through their website, as it's the only contact method. However, I have yet to receive a response. This courier service has been a total disaster. I've been trying to reach them about my package marked as Cy[redacted]19de. They quickly respond to Trustpilot reviews, asking for the same information I've already provided multiple times through email. It's frustrating.

I received a text on September 12th indicating a delivery for September 13th, which did not arrive. After multiple delays and unhelpful responses from UK Mail, I was informed on September 20th that the depot lost the package and told to seek a refund or replacement from the sender. Despite contacting them again, I am still unable to resolve the issue as the package is now deemed unidentifiable. I was advised by DHL, UK Mail's parent company, to reach out to them. However, my attempts have been unsuccessful, and I continue to face challenges getting answers or assistance. It has been frustrating navigating automated phone services and communicating with unhelpful representatives via Facebook Messenger. I am hoping for a resolution soon and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone directly, even locally, to resolve this ongoing issue without unnecessary expenses or inconvenience.

On Wednesday, October 3rd, the parcel did not arrive. The following day, Thursday, October 4th, the delivery was initially scheduled for 15:30 but was delayed. After several calls to customer service, I was informed at 16:09 that the driver had a few deliveries remaining. Matthew then told me at 17:10 that the parcel would arrive within 30 minutes. However, at 19:11 Elle stated it would be delivered on Friday, October 5th, between 07:00 and 11:00 and advised to call at 08:30. Unfortunately, when I tried to reach the call center, I couldn't speak to a person, and the automated system rescheduled the delivery for Monday, October 8th. Despite that, the parcel did not arrive on Monday. The system then indicated a delivery window of 15:25 to 16:25 on Tuesday, October 9th. Once again, the parcel failed to reach me. I have experienced four instances of non-delivery, not just two as mentioned. Communication with the support center has been challenging, and I am unsure if the parcel will ever be received.

I received a parcel supposedly delivered on Friday, October 26th, but no one was home and no calling card left. After tracking online, I redirected it to a local Londis store, however, the store was closed when it was delivered today. Online information indicates the store is permanently closed and now a one-stop shop. They plan to attempt redelivery there tomorrow. If a calling card was initially left, this situation could have been avoided, and if there was a contact number for personal assistance, it would be much more helpful. I am very dissatisfied with this experience as the item is a gift that I urgently need. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted], the delivery post code is NG24 2JY. I prefer the parcel to be delivered to my home address at NG24 3LE, or if not possible, left in a secure place (the silver bin behind the bungalow). I urgently request resolution and constant updates on the situation.

I have not received my parcel from eBay, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Despite contacting UK Mail several times with no resolution, I received three case numbers: CM[redacted]91DE, CC8FF2E3, CC8FF2AD, and CC8FDCFF. The driver claimed to have delivered the package to my neighbor at number 4, but my neighbor did not receive it. I have checked with my neighbors and local postal office, and the parcel is nowhere to be found. I was home all day waiting for the delivery, but the driver never showed up. I have been trying to resolve this for two weeks, calling various DHL contact numbers without success. I urgently need this matter to be resolved as it's a time-sensitive Christmas gift. Could you please investigate where the driver delivered my parcel as it was not to my neighbor as claimed?

I checked the tracking information, and it shows that the parcel was marked as delivered on December 29th. However, I have not received it yet. I contacted DHL, and they said they would investigate the matter, including speaking to the driver to confirm where it was delivered and if it was signed for. It has been several days, and I have not received any updates. The tracking number for the shipment is CY[redacted]16DE, and it was supposed to be delivered to 11 Queen Street, Thurnscoe, South Yorkshire, postcode S63 0JN. The case number assigned to my issue is CC91444D.

I am disappointed with the delivery service. Today, the driver did not knock on my door. Instead, they left a blank card, making it challenging to track down my parcel. I find it frustrating that your company lacks human contact and cannot ensure a simple knock on the door. I had to take time off work and potentially lose earnings due to this careless action. I expect a resolution for my loss of earnings caused by the driver's incompetence. It is pointless to have a delivery service if the drivers cannot perform such a basic task. I will share my experience on various forums and consider seeking compensation for my losses.

I am seeking assistance from the Basildon Branch of UK Mail. Yesterday, there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt of a parcel addressed to my father, who is currently hospitalized. Unfortunately, delivering the parcel to a neighbor is not possible as they have passed away.
I have made numerous attempts to communicate my situation and request either early morning delivery or redirection to a different address. Despite contacting DHL, I was informed that UK Parcel is the responsible party without a direct contact number.
Any help to resolve this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated, as the delay is causing inconvenience and additional expenses.

I recently rearranged my delivery through a list of options provided, but I realized that the location I selected no longer accepts DHL deliveries. The telephone line only directs me to online information that is not helpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and stuck in a loop. The issue seems to stem from DHL not updating their delivery centers regularly, making it impossible to reach a person for assistance. I suspect that my parcel is at the Birmingham depot, but without the ability to speak to anyone, I am at a loss. My postcode is B91 2SQ under the name Jessica Ravenhall. I urgently need to speak to a representative.

I have been patiently waiting for the delivery of my mattress I ordered a week ago. According to your tracking system, it claimed delivery was attempted on the 4th, which is false as I've been home the whole time. I was promised by a customer service rep yesterday that it would arrive today before noon, but tracking shows it's still at the depot. I suffer from chronic pain and arthritis and have been sleeping on the floor since returning from a trip. I've been struggling to reach someone by phone as the automated system doesn't offer the option to speak to an operator like I did yesterday. My delivery code is [redacted][redacted]. One of your delivery drivers entered my premises uninvited and unannounced, which is attempted burglary. When I came downstairs, I found the parcel left in my house, and the driver was outside sitting in his van. I went outside, asked to speak to him, and informed him he had entered my house as a trespasser. He rudely responded, gave a fake name, and drove off. Reporting this to UK Mail has been unsuccessful. I also received a text saying the parcel was signed for, which I did not do. I reported this to the police and have the registration number. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with missing letters that were supposed to be delivered to my address. One was sent via normal delivery and the other through recorded delivery, which apparently has my signature on it, but I have not received or signed for it. The delivery times were on the 14th of June at 9:33 AM and on the 21st of June at 8:03 AM for the recorded delivery. I have contacted the company, but I believe there may be dishonesty involved. The missing items were gas cards shaped like bank cards. I am concerned about the safety of my mail and suspect fraud, especially since someone attempted to open a credit card in my name. I urgently request a copy of the signature for the delivery. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to escalate it to the authorities. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - C. 1) The delivery personnel fail to shut the gate, which was installed to secure my dog in the garden. Today, UK Mail left the gate open, resulting in my dog's escape. If you cannot respect closed gates, please refrain from delivering here. Alternate delivery arrangements are necessary.
2) It appears contacting you is discouraged by providing an expensive phone number with extended wait times. This customer service approach is disappointing. Consider delivering mail through the Post Office, a reputable service that ensures gate closure, unlike the current delivery service.

I have a business page on Facebook called McIntyre Tiling & Interiors. A recent review on my page was inaccurate. I tiled a splashback behind a cooker for a customer who initially did not ask for that part to be tiled. The customer only requested the area they showed in a photo, which I completed and they paid for when I shared a photo of the finished job. Weeks later, the customer asked for the area behind the cooker to be tiled, which was not part of the agreed job. I believe the customer should have made this clear from the beginning or pulled out the cooker for me. Due to the unfair review, I am unable to display my reviews on the page. I request to have this inaccurate review removed, as I believe I completed the job excellently.

I recently purchased an item on Ebay that was shipped from Germany using DHL Parcel. To make things more convenient, I opted to have the item delivered to a local pickup shop on November 7th. However, the DHL Parcel tracking system indicates that the parcel was refused by the shop, causing it to be sent back to a DHL depot. When I visited the depot on Saturday to collect my parcel, I discovered that the depot had moved. The lack of a phone number to contact an advisor and the limited options in the automated service make it challenging to resolve the issue or arrange for redelivery to a different address. Even reaching out to DHL Express resulted in no further information, only being transferred to the same unhelpful automated service. I am feeling quite frustrated and upset, unsure of where to turn for a solution to this problem. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
