I and my wife were scheduled for a flight from Izmir to Istanbul. Upon arranging a transfer, I found out that the flight was canceled without any prior notice. I kindly request the airline to rebook me on the next available flight, which is 15 minutes earlier to a different airport in Istanbul. Hello, I took flight TK1980 from London to Istanbul then TK0888. We checked in 6 pieces of luggage but only received 5 in Mashhad, Iran. We reported the missing bag to the airport 24 hours later, but they haven't found it yet. Could you please investigate where my missing luggage is? On May 24, [redacted], I, Richard Oti, made a booking for my family of four from Lagos to Manchester with a return from LHR to LOS, using booking reference V8A8ZR. The eTicket confirmed our travel dates as August 17, [redacted], and return date as September 5, [redacted].
Upon arriving at the airport yesterday for our flight, we were denied check-in as we were not listed on the flight. The staff mentioned that the airline had refunded the payment to the credit card originally used for booking, leaving us stranded without a proper explanation.
We are now unable to find alternative flights to attend my sister's wedding in Manchester on August 20, [redacted]. We are deeply disappointed by the lack of communication from the airline and urge them to rectify the situation promptly to avoid further inconvenience.

I purchased my ticket through cheaptickets.nl, but due to circumstances, I couldn't fly, so at Zaventem airport, I exchanged my original ticket for Turkish Airlines. Now, I am facing issues with my fiance and need to exchange my ticket once more. I called cheaptickets.nl and they mentioned that they can't access the exchanged original ticket, but Turkish Airlines said the travel agency should handle the ticket exchange. What should I actually do? I am unable to fly, and I don't understand why Turkish Airlines can't change the ticket at the airport where it happened. Hello Layla Kapageoridi, my name is I. I flew from Ankara to Berlin on 17.08.[redacted] with no stops. When I arrived in Berlin, my suitcase did not arrive with me. I sought assistance, but was told it was my responsibility. I assumed my suitcase was still in Ankara, which turned out to be the case. The Ankara airport confirmed that my suitcase stayed in Ankara and will be sent on the next flight to Berlin. Unfortunately, I lost the reference number, but it was confirmed that the suitcase flew to Berlin. I am writing about our recent trip with Turkish Airlines referencing PNR NH4835 and TMSVE8 for 4 passengers traveling from Mumbai to Istanbul and then Copenhagen. Despite booking business class tickets, we encountered several issues:
1. Our flight arrived in Copenhagen 50 minutes late at 2:10 PM, and to our dismay, one of our checked bags did not make it to Copenhagen.
2. We are on our way to Switzerland with a planned break in Copenhagen for 4 days, making it challenging to manage our stay without our missing baggage.
3. In addition to the baggage problem, we experienced other inconveniences like the unavailability of Asian vegetarian meals, seat reclining issues, and more.
Our overall experience with Turkish Airlines was not satisfactory, as we were only given a basic toilet kit at the airport to compensate for the multiple inconveniences. We kindly request appropriate compensation for the troubles we encountered during our journey.

I recently booked a flight from Amman to Turkey with a connection to San Francisco on August 14th. Unfortunately, the first flight was delayed by 40 minutes, causing me to miss my connecting flight. Turkish Airlines rescheduled me for a flight departing 20 hours later and provided accommodation and transportation. However, they refused to compensate for the delay. When I reached out to them citing their policy on compensation for delays exceeding 5 hours, they responded that as the irregularity occurred between Amman and San Francisco, they couldn't provide compensation since neither location is in the EC.

I had my worst flight experience in over 30 years and 3,[redacted]+ flights recently. On August 8th, I was scheduled to fly from Baku to Vienna via Istanbul on TK341 and TK1889, with booking reference UI6GE8. The flight from Baku was delayed, and upon arrival in Istanbul, despite running to the gate for the Vienna flight, I was denied boarding even though the gate was not closed. The staff redirected me to a Turkish Airlines counter, where I was rebooked for the next morning. Despite being promised a hotel, I was directed to a far-off location next to the old airport, which required a long bus ride. Frustrated, I spent the night at the airport. The morning flight on the 9th was also delayed. As a long-time Star Alliance Gold member (2[redacted] [redacted] [redacted]), this treatment was unacceptable. I bought my ticket online with seat selection and confirmed the seats on the mobile app. However, when I checked today, the seats were not displayed anymore. I tried contacting Turkish Airlines office in Tehran multiple times, but no one has picked up. Lack of Communication:

Missed Connection and Alternative Arrangements:

Special Circumstances:
I would like to highlight that we were traveling with two young children, one of whom is autistic. We requested business lounge access for our children's comfort, which required lengthy persuasion in the middle of the night.

On July 17th, my husband and I were scheduled to depart from Sarajevo to Istanbul at 9:10 am with Turkish Airlines. However, due to a 9-hour flight delay, we ended up leaving at 5:30 pm. I am Nima Khoadayari, and my flight code is TK0884 from Istanbul to Shiraz. I am writing to address the issues I have encountered with Turkish Airlines. This is the second time I have flown with Turkish Airlines, and unfortunately, I have faced problems once again. During my first experience, my luggage got stuck on the conveyor belt at Istanbul Sabiha Airport, causing me to miss my connecting flight to Shiraz. I had to purchase additional tickets to Tehran and then to Shiraz at considerable expense.
On this recent occasion, Turkish Airlines rescheduled my flight to Shiraz for the following day, which was not feasible for me as I was traveling with a baby. Consequently, I had to cancel my original flight and purchase a new ticket, incurring a deduction of 28 euros from the refund. The new ticket I had to procure was significantly more expensive, costing me an extra [redacted] euros. Hello, I would like to address an issue regarding the economy flexi ticket booking under reference TBEZI7 for passengers A. and A. We have been attempting to cancel the ticket for over a week without success. The online system declined due to an additional seat issue, and the Amman call center was unhelpful. After being told to provide feedback for a full refund of -49.7 JD for tickets TK-[redacted] and TK-[redacted], Omar A. reneged on this promise and was unhelpful. We were further instructed to call Turkey numbers, which added unnecessary frustration. I'm Shehu Abdulquadri Ololade. I flew with Turkish Airlines on September 17 to Manchester via Istanbul. Unfortunately, upon arrival in Manchester, 5 of my bags were missing, including 3 grey woven bags and 2 black boxes. I only received 2 grey woven bags, which arrived opened, with their locks removed. However, the remaining 3 bags (1 grey woven and 2 black boxes) have not been located or returned to me yet.

Ich möchte mich bezüglich meines Tickets mit der Nummer [redacted][redacted] an Sie wenden. Zwei Tage nach der Buchung dieses Tickets bin ich persönlich zum Reisebüro Pamir am Steindamm in Hamburg gegangen, um mitzuteilen, dass ich aufgrund eines wichtigen Termins nicht fliegen kann. Leider wurde mir dort mitgeteilt, dass eine Rückerstattung nicht möglich sei. Von den [redacted]€, die ich bezahlt habe, wurde mir lediglich 55€ zurückerstattet. 3. The flight was changed to 24 hours later and no compensation was offered.
4. When contacting the baggage department, the response is always to check the official website.
5. The reception counter from Germany to Turkey always had someone present but they were unhelpful.
Passengers facing delays due to the airline's mistakes should be provided with appropriate assistance. It was a regrettable decision to choose Turkish Airlines.
