On September 3rd, [redacted], I flew into IAH from Istanbul on Turkish Airlines, and unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive with me. I opened a case with Turkish Airlines under the number [redacted]. They mentioned that my baggage might be at IAH airport, but despite 27 days passing since it was reported missing, it has not been delivered to my home. The investigation is ongoing. Hello, My wife and I began our holiday by flying from Hamburg to Denpasar with layovers in Istanbul and Singapore. Our final flight was operated by Jetstar Asia, although we booked through Turkish Airlines. Both in Hamburg and Singapore, we were assured that our luggage would be automatically transferred to Denpasar without any issues. However, upon our arrival in Denpasar, our luggage was missing, and we could still track it at Terminal 1 in Singapore using our air tags. We promptly informed the lost and found service at Denpasar airport, but we have not received any updates yet, leaving us feeling anxious. Do you think we should also reach out to the customer service at Singapore airport for assistance? We are hoping for any help to restore some hope to our honeymoon.

Hello, I encountered severe issues with my recent Turkish Airlines flight. On October 1st, [redacted], my flight TK [redacted] scheduled for 08:35 from Samsun to Istanbul was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight TK1591 to Frankfurt at 11:40. Despite my request, the staff did not assist with getting me on the next evening flight to Frankfurt, resulting in a wait until the following morning for flight TK [redacted] at 08:00. Unfortunately, this flight was also delayed by 4 hours. These disruptions caused me to miss a full day of work for which I will not be compensated. Our agency mistakenly issued 4 passenger tickets on Turkish Airlines instead of the intended 2. While 2 of the tickets are visible on the Turkish Airlines website for reservation confirmation, the other 2 cannot be found. These additional tickets were not voided, leading to extra charges when the customer checked their bank statement. We only intended to issue 2 tickets, 1 per person. How can we go about getting a refund for the 2 tickets that are not accessible for retrieval on the website?

I, passenger L.A., flew from Tel Aviv to Istanbul on October 10th bound for London. Upon arriving in Istanbul, I discovered the gate was closed. I was re-booked for TK7798 to STN the next morning, but later was switched to Pegasus PC [redacted] by an agent searching for an alternative flight on that day. When inquiring about my luggage, I was assured not to worry. Upon reaching London, my bags were missing. I am hopeful they will be delivered to me using the address tag on the large bag.

Hello, I have been attempting to receive a refund for the flights my wife and I booked back in [redacted] for nearly four years now due to COVID disruptions. I am frustrated by the lack of care or response from the Company. After reaching out to the CEO of Turkish Airlines, I was directed to the TK Helpdesk to create a ticket. Despite receiving auto-replies and an email, I am still struggling to communicate effectively. Despite previous attempts on Twitter and phone calls in [redacted], I have had no luck resolving this issue. Currently, I am aboard the Norwegian Cruise ship "Gem" until October 22nd. My mother-in-law, Lidiia Osypova, bought a ticket to Moscow airport VKO. She traveled alone and only speaks Russian. In Istanbul, they said she couldn't board due to being Ukrainian and needing to pass through Russia to go home. Her luggage was lost, supposedly sent to Moscow but brought back to Istanbul. We arranged for her to fly with another airline to Moscow. Now she urgently needs her bag with medications and clothes. She departed from MIA on 16/10/[redacted] with a layover in Istanbul. Today, on 18/10/[redacted], I experienced an issue with Turkish Airlines. While two pieces of my luggage arrived on time at 10 am, one with the ticket number TK326484 was missing. I was instructed to return at 2 pm to collect it. Upon my return, I had to wait for a supervisor named Daniel after the initial staff member was unable to help due to other duties. This process caused significant delays, resulting in me missing my intended transportation at 11 am and having to adjust my plans to a 4:10 pm coach. Despite my persistent explanations, the supervisor insisted that my luggage would be available for collection by 4 pm, adding to the extensive waiting period. Eventually, at 3:15 pm, assistance was provided to retrieve my missing bag. As a result of these delays, my arrival time was pushed back from 4:40 pm to 10 pm via the National Express coach. On the 27th of October [redacted], I had a flight from Istanbul to Basel at 7:50 in the morning, TK-[redacted]. When boarding the plane, a lady representing Turkish Airlines rudely and categorically stated that she would not let me board. She mentioned that I did not have a European Union passport. Despite showing her my foreign passport (from the country of my residence) and EU residency permit, she did not respond, closed the door in my face, and left me in the middle of the airport in a dreadful emotional state. I am still stressed by the incident. She did not communicate with me, did not explain, and left me in a vulgar manner. I demand to know her full name and position, receive an apology from the airline, hold her accountable, and seek compensation for the distress caused. I was given another ticket at 16:20, but I had to wait the whole day in discomfort at the airport. The flight was delayed, and the whole journey was terrible with stormy weather and erratic maneuvers. I hope for your understanding and to avoid legal action.

Hello, I'm Iraj Abbasi. Yesterday, Turkish Airlines mistakenly stopped our flight. I submitted feedback to them, but I haven't received a response in 24 hours. Their customer service is also surprised by this lack of response. They advised me to wait as they are unsure why there has been no reply. To Whom It May Concern at Turkish Airlines, I am writing to express my frustration with the poor service I encountered. On December 18, [redacted], I was not allowed to board my flight from Istanbul to Karachi as the staff did not return one of my passports. Despite asking to review CCTV footage, no assistance was given. The customer service counter also failed to provide a resolution, only offering an unreasonable alternative flight at a surcharge of $[redacted]. After hours of waiting with no support, even my 7-year-old daughter, a heart patient, was neglected. We were left to book a flight with another airline at a much lower cost and were told our luggage would be transferred internally. Upon landing in Karachi, no luggage was waiting. It took 13 days to receive it in three installments, causing significant disruption to my holiday. I was marked as a no-show on my ticket, resulting in unwarranted charges. I urge you to waive this fee and allow me to re-book without penalties promptly. Your prompt attention and resolution are expected.
