Turkish Airlines has a baggage allowance policy that allows passengers to check a certain number of bags for free, as long as the weight limit doesn't exceed 70.5 pounds. Passengers with baggage that exceeds the guidelines of the baggage policy are subject to excess baggage fees. Regardless of the number of bags a passenger checks, the weight limit per piece can't exceed the preset limit stated in the baggage allowance policy.
