Hello, I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience with your airline. During my trip from Amsterdam to Istanbul to Israel, our flight was delayed, causing an inconvenience as we arrived at the airport well before the revised departure time. When I tried to check in my 12kg suitcase, I was shocked to be asked for 84 euros for the additional weight. What was even more astonishing was that people checking in bags after me were charged a lower rate per kilogram. When questioning this, I received poor service and was simply told to contact customer service if I had an issue. Furthermore, during my layover in Istanbul, I was asked to pay another [redacted] euros for the same 12kg suitcase I had already paid for in Amsterdam. Despite explaining the situation, I was met with rudeness and had to pay the fee. This treatment is unacceptable. I have a serious complaint regarding my experience with Turkish Airlines. My ticket number is [redacted][redacted]. I tried to purchase a ticket and then had to cancel it without any explanation. Turkish Airlines canceled my ticket at Heathrow Airport on June 23rd of this month, but I have yet to receive my refund. I was not allowed to board the flight on that day and I have been trying to address this issue with Turkish Airlines to no avail. I took a flight with your company from Heathrow to Gazipasa airport via Istanbul on May 10, [redacted], on flight TK1983. Turkish Airlines did not allow sufficient time for me to catch my connecting flight in Istanbul, and their staff were unhelpful. Unfortunately, I missed a funeral the next day due to this delay, causing distress and family conflicts. After extensive research, I realized the connecting flight was impossible to make in the time allowed. Turkish Airlines' handling of the situation was inadequate, leading to a sleepless night and significant stress. When they departed from London Gatwick airport, they were assured by three Turkish Airlines staff members that they would be well taken care of and provided with a hotel room due to their flight delay. However, upon arrival, they were informed that no rooms were available for individuals under 18. My family recently traveled to Iran with Turkish Airlines. Upon arrival at Shiraz airport, we were informed that our luggage was delayed and instructed to return the next day. When we finally received our belongings, we observed that several items were missing, including vitamins, medication, shoes, and an electric scooter. Despite multiple visits to Shiraz airport, we have not had any success in resolving this issue. I traveled abroad in April [redacted] and had booked two Turkish Airlines flights under the code TW2I2Z. For my flights on 27 April (TK0071 Hong Kong/Istanbul) and 16 June (TK0060 Istanbul/Kuala Lumpur), I had paid AUD $[redacted].00 to reserve aisle seats. Surprisingly, on the second flight (16 June), I was given a different seat than the one I had reserved and paid for (42D). Despite showing my e-ticket to the ticketing officer, I was informed the seat was already allocated to another passenger. After my trip, I submitted a complaint with the necessary documents to the Turkish Airlines Help Centre. Despite sending the complaint on 26 June and requesting a reimbursement of AUD $[redacted].00 for the unallocated seat, I have yet to receive a response after a month. The doctor strictly advised against flying with gas in my eye, providing a letter to support this. At the airport, I was instructed to reach out to you regarding my situation. The booking codes for my flights are R5EH2B and S2RC2R. I am deeply disappointed as I am unable to attend a wedding in Batumi due to this unforeseen medical circumstance. Hello. I am Mr. Alisher I., born on 31.01.[redacted], passport number: [redacted]66. On July 29, [redacted], a Turkish Airlines staff member at Gate 14, while boarding the flight Tk-[redacted] from Istanbul to Havana, without any valid reasons, refused to let me and my family of four into the airplane, saying that Russians are not allowed to travel to Cuba for tourism purposes. They failed to provide any documentation regarding the decision. As a result, my family and I incurred a loss of [redacted],[redacted] rubles for the airline tickets alone, not including the cost of the hotel in Cuba. I request a document explaining the boarding refusal reasons and a refund for the purchased tickets. I possess return tickets and have paid for hotel rooms, with relevant documentation, but the airline staff disregarded them. I am attaching the tickets for your reference. My complaint was not objectively reviewed on the departure day, and the official response claims that my family and I supposedly do not have return tickets from Cuba. I demand a fair reassessment of the situation. I will pursue international human rights organizations, the Russian Embassy, and Turkish law enforcement if the refund issue is not objectively resolved.

I traveled with Turkish Airlines and arrived yesterday. I encountered issues at the airport, particularly with the DISABILITY team and lost baggage. The service at counters 5&6 was disappointing and unprofessional. Despite specified baggage allowances, I was singled out for a weight reduction. As a wheelchair user, I expected more understanding and assistance, but none was provided. The treatment from the staff, including the wheelchair service team, caused a decline in my health, leading to a panic attack. My lost baggage reference is LHRTK [redacted], tagged as TK913220, a white handbag. Attempts to contact the airline via phone and email have been unsuccessful.

However, upon boarding, I was given a different seat without explanation by a staff member named Mustard, who was also impolite, adding further discomfort to the situation. Overall, these numerous inconveniences have left me hesitant to choose your airline again. I urge you to enhance your communication processes and provide clear guidance to passengers in case of flight disruptions.

On July 7th, I was scheduled to depart on code UZA3YP from Istanbul to Porto Alegre on flight TK15 at 10:55 AM. Despite checking in online the day before and having my online ticket, I arrived at the airport to find out there was no seat for me on the flight. The check-in agent redirected me to the ticket office where another agent mentioned my ticket had been refunded without a clear explanation, advising me to contact customer service by phone due to the lack of kiosks at the airport. I attempted to call customer service unsuccessfully, resulting in me having to purchase a full-fare ticket at the counter for $3,[redacted], which was over $1,[redacted] more than my original ticket. They informed me the refund was initiated by the system that morning and would appear in my bank account in a few days. Although I have not been notified of any suspicious activity from my bank, I am requesting a refund of the excess amount paid. I have faced challenges in reaching Turkish Airlines as their chat only uses a chatbot, there is no email contact, and their online feedback form is not operational.
