Hello, I am Robert Sayegh, a member of Turkish Airlines with the membership number TK[redacted]40. I want to share a disappointing experience I had yesterday during check-in at Antalya airport. My wife, baby, and I arrived at business counter number [redacted] for flight TK [redacted] to Tel Aviv. The lady working there, whose name I couldn't get due to being threatened and involving security, was extremely rude and agitated towards us and the travelers before us. The issue revolved around our pre-purchased seats since I needed to be seated with my family to assist with our baby. Her behavior was unacceptable, especially for a business class check-in of Turkish Airlines. I urge you to review the camera footage from counter [redacted] for flight TK [redacted] departing from Antalya to Tel Aviv around 17:00 and take necessary action regarding this disrespectful treatment of customers. The person before me was Mr. Sadok, accompanied by his wife and two children. I can provide a photo of my boarding pass if required. I recently encountered an issue with Turkish Airlines during my flight from Beijing to Havana via Istanbul on April 25th. Despite having a legal Cuban visa and a return ticket from Havana to Beijing via Paris, I was denied boarding for the second leg of my trip, TK [redacted], due to not having a return ticket with Turkish Airlines. This resulted in a significant delay and a lack of explanation or compensation from the airline staff. I have submitted a complaint to CAAC and requested a full refund for the unused flight segment as well as an apology from Turkish Airlines. I also believe that Turkish Airlines should focus on training their airport service personnel to provide better assistance to passengers, especially in transit situations to avoid such incidents in the future.

My father had confirmed tickets with Turkish Airlines from Delhi to Turkey and then on to Birmingham. Unfortunately, in Turkey, they could not get a boarding pass and have been stuck at the airport since May 10th. Despite buying a new ticket, Turkish Airlines still did not provide a boarding pass or a reason for the issue. I believe the airline should take responsibility for this situation. I request Turkish Airlines to provide a new ticket, as well as accommodations and meals, as this situation was caused by the airline's error.

I had a plane ticket that I was able to refund by changing the booking date. However, when I contacted the airline to book the ticket again, they said it was no longer available. In the meantime, I booked another ticket. The airline later informed me that the original ticket was still valid. Now, I would like to transfer this ticket to a family member as we will all be traveling on the same flight.

I am wondering if I could still use my expired Iranian passport to travel to Iran. In the past, I have successfully done this through Turkish Airlines, but there are rumors they no longer allow it. I am aware that there is an international agreement allowing nationals to travel even with expired passports. Recently, I heard that some Iranian passengers were denied boarding because their Iranian passports were expired. Can someone confirm if this is true? Thank you for your help.

We traveled from Mumbai on Indigo Airlines, with layover at Istanbul airport, followed by a connecting Turkish Airlines flight to London Heathrow airport. The flight number was TK1985. During the flight, my 8-year-old son, Viraag, left his blue blanket and steel water bottle near seat 29K on the Turkish Airlines flight with PNR IWH73Z. We landed at Terminal 2 in Heathrow. I flew from Chicago, USA, to Istanbul, Turkey, and then to Stavropol, Russia. My luggage was checked in Chicago and was supposed to come to Stavropol. The baggage had stickers IST-TK [redacted]/21 to STW-WZ [redacted]/22 and the flight number was TK [redacted]. Turkish Airlines assured me that my baggage would be delivered to Stavropol Airport, but it never arrived. Despite being told in Istanbul that my luggage would automatically transfer to my Russian flight, my bag did not make it to Stavropol. I contacted Turkish Airlines about the lost luggage, and a case was created ([redacted]51) with baggage info as STTK [redacted] and [redacted]. I followed their instructions to reach out to Red Wings Airlines (flight number [redacted]) to file a complaint, but they claimed they never received the luggage from Turkish Airlines. As of now, the issue remains unresolved, and I'm in urgent need of my medication for heart issues, blood pressure, diabetes, and blood clots which are in the missing luggage. Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to share my recent experience with Turkish Airlines regarding Ticket NO. ([redacted][redacted] & [redacted][redacted]) on flight TK302 dated 14.05.[redacted] at 21:45. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my journey: 1. The counter staff at Istanbul Airport mishandled our luggage, leading to its loss. Despite assurances, our luggage did not arrive at our destination with us. 2. At Baghdad airport, Turkish Airlines staff were unable to provide any information about our missing luggage, which consisted of 4 bags. 3. I had to wait over 4 hours at Baghdad airport for the next flight from Istanbul, hoping our luggage would arrive. Additionally, our departure was delayed by over an hour. 4. Upon the rushed arrival of our luggage on flight TK802, one of our bags was damaged. Considering the mistakes made by your staff, I believe that your company should compensate me for the extended wait at the airport and the damaged bag.

Are passengers typically responsible for paying transit visa fees in these situations? 4. Good morning. I have a concern regarding my fiance's flight from Manila to Turkey on June 28 at 9:25 in the evening. Unfortunately, he faced delays on his flight from Pagadian to Manila, which resulted in him not being able to make it on time for the connecting flight to Turkey. He is currently at the airport seeking assistance on how to proceed. I believe Cebu Pacific should take responsibility for this situation as his original flight on June 28 was at 3:30 in the afternoon with an arrival time in Manila at 5:00 in the evening, allowing sufficient time for check-in. However, due to the delays, he missed his Turkish Airlines connection.
