Regarding booking no. SA4M71 for FLIGHT TK1430 from Hurghada to Istanbul and FLIGHT TK1963 from Istanbul to London Gatwick, I recently noticed that the cable ties were removed from my holdall handles, and it appears that my luggage was searched as a result, as some zips were slightly open. Unfortunately, a small fabric zipped bag containing various essential items for my Huwaei Matebook D 14 Notebook and accessories is missing from my luggage. These items, such as the super charge plug, cables, mouse, and charging pad, are of personal significance to me. I believe this may have been an oversight, and I kindly request assistance in locating this bag and having it returned to me promptly. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Hnady Sabeaa. I was on a flight from Tel Aviv to Istanbul on March 14 with flight number TK7711. When I was checking in, the front desk worker offered to check my cabin baggage with the other luggage free of charge. I had a 25 kg bag and an 8 kg cabin baggage allowance with my ticket. However, one of the bags weighed 20 kg and the other 18 kg, which meant I had 5 kg of extra baggage. Unfortunately, when she charged my card, she charged me for an extra 13 kg, not taking into account the 8 kg allowed in my cabin bag. This error resulted in me being charged $[redacted] mistakenly. I paid with my credit card and I still have the receipt from the airlines. Can you please contact me regarding this issue?

I would like to file a complaint regarding the incident that occurred with my flight today. Despite having made a reservation and paid for my ticket, I received an email from the agency confirming my return flight, complete with check-in details and a reserved seat. However, when I arrived at the counter early this morning, I was informed that I could not be found in the system. It is frustrating to be told such misinformation, especially when I have concrete evidence in the form of an email from the agency confirming my ticket. As a result, I was unable to board my flight as planned. I am seeking compensation for the cancellation of today's flight and for the inconvenience caused by your agency.

I experienced a flight cancellation in February while traveling from Turkey to Manila. The airline did not provide any accommodation or compensation for the inconvenience. I had a negative experience with an agent named Avo at Turkish Airlines office in Bastos Yaoundé, Cameroon. Avo provided poor service to Turkish customers who missed flights or wanted to buy tickets. My interaction with Avo lasted over four hours as he seemed unsure of the charges to book a new flight, despite claiming 13 years of experience.
Avo was slow, talkative, and disrespectful. He asked for [redacted],[redacted] CFA initially and only accepted cash, not card payment, to book my new flight. When I returned with the cash the next day, another agent recalculated and asked for [redacted],[redacted] CFA. I expressed my concerns and highlighted the discrepancies in pricing. Avo needs training in customer service, communication, and pricing transparency.
I hope Turkish Airlines addresses these issues and either provides Avo with proper training or reassigns him to a more suitable role within the company.

I traveled with my two daughters. Our flight from Dalaman Airport was delayed by 50 minutes. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, I headed to passport control and was directed to the visa office for a payment. After paying the initial visa fee, I was then informed of an additional payment required for my 14-year-old daughter. I felt frustrated by the back and forth at the airport. When I finally reached the gate, the staff had closed the doors despite the plane still being there. Despite pleading for assistance, I was told to seek help at the Turkish Airlines ticket service desk. I was shocked to be quoted around $[redacted] AUD for new tickets for the next day. No support such as accommodation, meals, or communication was offered to us despite what is stated on the website. After a challenging experience, we were eventually rebooked for the following day. In February [redacted], my late son, Yahya Clatworthy-Williams, purchased two return tickets on Turkish Airlines for a trip from Birmingham to Istanbul on May 7th, [redacted], returning on May 16th, [redacted]. The booking reference for the flights is V67XVZ for Flight Nos TK [redacted] & TK [redacted]. Unfortunately, Yahya passed away on March 20th, [redacted]. Despite this, I am considering going on the trip to honor his memory, although I am not able to travel alone. I would like to reschedule the flight for late October or early November [redacted] and transfer Yahya's ticket to someone who can accompany me. I have some health issues and require occasional assistance. On my 77th birthday, I hope Turkish Airlines can assist in this matter without specific details until a suitable companion is found. Unfortunately, one of our brown bags got lost during the journey. Despite our efforts to track it using the reference number LAXTK15879 and tag number 1P078055, we have had no luck finding it. On March 30th, my partner and I took a return flight from Bali to London via Istanbul. Once settled in seat 37 for the long 12.5-hour flight, I realized there was a problem with my chair not reclining. Despite efforts from the flight attendant and a colleague, my seat remained stuck upright for the entire journey. Sadly, no suitable alternatives were provided, separating us during the flight. It would have been more favorable for us to be offered new seats together, which could have been easily accommodated in the front of the plane. Despite the kind gesture of my partner giving me his seat temporarily due to my back issues, I had to endure the discomfort of sitting upright throughout the flight. We paid a significant amount for our tickets expecting a higher level of service from Turkish Airlines, and the experience fell short of our expectations.

I had another ticket for April 21 to April 25 from Dubai to Edinburgh with easyJet. Due to a transit visa issue, I couldn't use that ticket. I then booked another ticket in a hurry for the return trip even though I only needed a one-way ticket.
My order number is M76BXW. I would like to cancel the return ticket and keep only the one-way ticket as I already have my return ticket secured.

As of today, our luggage has still not been delivered to us. We have had to purchase essential clothing and toiletries as all our belongings were in our missing suitcases.

While traveling from Casablanca to Doha with Turkish Airlines on 04/04/[redacted], I had a layover in Istanbul. I accidentally left my black suitcase filled with tissue at the Istanbul airport customs during my transfer. When I attempted to retrieve it, the Turkish Airlines agent advised me against going back as it would cause me to miss my flight. He suggested reporting the lost luggage to the company upon arrival in Doha, assuring that they would assist in locating and returning it.
