I have recently booked a flight from Gatwick to Sabiha Gokcen on 8th January, flying out on TK1964 on 20th April and returning on TK1963 on 1st May. However, I received an email (PNR Number: TUIGMD) stating that my flight has been changed to depart from Stansted. Living in Bristol, this change is not feasible for me. I have spoken to a representative and need guidance on what steps to take next. Thank you.

While travelling to Mauritius via Turkish Airlines from Heathrow with a stopover in Istanbul on December 31st, [redacted], I encountered an issue with being charged 20 Euros for a visa despite just being in transit. Despite explaining this to the officer, there was a language barrier, and I ended up paying and receiving a stamp in my passport. Additionally, when assisted through the airport, I was taken to the baggage claim unnecessarily and advised by the attendant to seek a refund from Turkish Airlines upon arrival in Mauritius. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact Turkish Airlines in Port Louis for the refund have been unsuccessful. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in obtaining the refund. Thank you.

I tried to select seats for my flight SKLV5B departing from Helsinki to Cape Town on Wednesday, January 29, [redacted], and returning from Cape Town to Helsinki on Friday, February 14, [redacted]. However, when I accessed 'manage my booking,' I was unable to find any information about seats. It seems that the issue might be related to a slight change in my flight time. When I attempted to change my flight, I noticed that one flight was missing, specifically the Cape Town to Istanbul leg on February 14. Currently, the flights displayed under 'edit flights' are Helsinki to Cape Town on January 29, Istanbul to Helsinki on February 14, and Istanbul to Helsinki on February 15. While all the necessary flights are visible on the first page of 'manage my bookings,' the discrepancy arises when I try to make changes. I recently booked a roundtrip flight from Boston to India with Turkish Airlines. Unfortunately, upon my return to Boston on the 17th of January, I discovered that the flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi had been cancelled without prior notification. Although other passengers were accommodated on a different flight, my name was not included, resulting in me having to purchase another ticket urgently to ensure I didn't miss my connecting flights. Despite facing challenges at both Ahmedabad and Delhi airports, I was eventually able to obtain proof of the cancellation from IndiGo after considerable effort. Turkish Airlines acknowledged their error, but the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication and inconvenience caused. I am planning to travel with my 4-month-old infant from Atlanta to Delhi on March 8th using Turkish Airlines. Before booking my tickets, I want to ensure I have all the necessary checklists for traveling with an infant. During this long international flight, I need to know if I can carry my infant on my lap or if I need to purchase a separate seat at an additional cost. I am curious to know if Turkish Airlines provides infant seat belts or if I should bring my own. I also want to inquire about the availability of bassinets for infants, any associated fees, and whether I need to book them in advance. Regarding baby food, I need to know if formula milk is available on the flight and if I can get lukewarm water to prepare it. Hello, My name is Sushma Panthi, and I want to share my recent experience with Turkish Airlines. During a transit in Istanbul, my family and I lost a green and black hand carry due to a rush to exit the bus. Despite our efforts to retrieve it promptly, we were unable to do so. The staff advised us to obtain a visa to visit the office and retrieve our belongings, which seemed unnecessary and inconvenient given our circumstances with two small children. We reached out to Turkish Airlines via email, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response, leaving us feeling frustrated and neglected. We are now back in Chicago, wondering if we will ever recover our lost item or receive any form of compensation. Dear Sir/Madam, I have submitted my complaints via the feedback numbers TK[redacted], TK[redacted], TK[redacted], and TK[redacted]. These references will provide details of the issues I encountered. On December 29, [redacted], I bought a ticket at YYZ airport to travel from Toronto to New Delhi through Istanbul from Turkish Airlines for $[redacted] with ticket number [redacted] [redacted] 40 /1. Flight TK18 was initially delayed for departure and, consequently, arrived in Istanbul 50 minutes behind schedule. After landing in Istanbul at 4:41 PM on December 30, [redacted], our connecting flight, 6E0016 with Indigo, was scheduled to depart at 5:55 PM. Due to the delay of TK18, we had limited time to go through security and locate the new gates for the next flight. Despite our efforts, we reached the boarding gates at 5:35 PM and were denied boarding for flight 6E0016 to Delhi. The staff's behavior was unpleasant, and we were coerced into buying new tickets for flight TK716 at $[redacted] each, with my new ticket number [redacted]3 [redacted]. We are requesting a refund for the inconvenience caused by the delay, or we will escalate this issue to the consumer court for International Flight Irregularities. Hello, I had a planned trip last night from Khartoum to Atlanta with a stop in Istanbul. My flight was scheduled for 11:55 pm in Sudan time. Upon reaching the airport, we were informed about additional documents we were required to have, which we were unaware of. As a result, we missed our flight. Unfortunately, due to it being a Friday and the weekend, I am unable to reach any travel agencies in Sudan, and Turkish Airlines will not be open until tomorrow, Saturday. Our tickets have been placed on hold. I am uncertain about the duration they can remain on hold and if there are any charges involved. I am eager to know what will happen to our tickets and if there is a specific timeframe for them to be on hold. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Booking Reference: IBWFWZ Return Flight: 13.02.[redacted] 09:05AM - Did not happen Hello, Our flight was cancelled that day, and we had to wait for 16 hours at the airport. We were not informed beforehand, and before we left, I checked online if the flight was on, but there was no indication of it being cancelled. We were treated like animals at the airport. Nothing was offered to us. We did not receive a hotel stay, any drinks, or food. I explained that I had surgery and couldn't wait for 16 hours, but that was disregarded. After waiting for 16 hours at the airport, we spoke with 2 other passengers at the gate who said that everything was paid for them, and they were taken to a hotel. We were explicitly told that there was nothing for us. We were only told to go home or to relatives, but we had no one there. This is inhumane. We had to wait for 16 hours in Malatya and another 8 hours in Istanbul, not counting the waiting times without flights. I request compensation. Thank you.

I would like to share my recent experience with a cancelled flight from Lagos to Istanbul/Dublin on TK [redacted]. Unfortunately, I was not notified about the cancellation, and I only found out upon reaching the airport. This led to a series of challenges including missing work and other planned activities. The situation at the airport was chaotic, as passengers had to struggle to secure hotels for accommodation. This stress triggered my migraines, worsening my condition further that night. I ended up waiting until 2 am at the airport before arranging and paying for my own hotel accommodation. To make matters worse, the hotel I initially went to was fully booked, resulting in additional transportation costs to find alternative lodging. The entire ordeal was extremely taxing on my health. After consulting with my legal advisor, I have been informed that I may be entitled to compensation under the law.

I have a ticket from Iran to Canada on March 2. Unfortunately, the flight got canceled due to the Coronavirus. I need to rebook for the next available date, but there's no rebooking option, only a $50 charge for a refund. The risk of losing the ticket with no refund if the flight cancels again is worrying. My wife and I had our flight rescheduled by Turkish Airlines from Gazipasa to Istanbul on Friday the 13th. Our original 23:30 flight was changed to a 12:50 flight on the same day. This alteration has caused us to miss a day of our holiday since we are now arriving at Istanbul airport at 14:00 on the 13th. We have a connecting flight to Dublin on the 14th at 8:30, resulting in an 18.5-hour wait in the airport. This puts us at risk from the coronavirus, adds expenses, and causes tiredness. Hello, I had a confirmed flight from Mumbai to Odessa on the 12th of March with ticket number T5L8HA, but Turkish Airlines changed the ticket.
