I've been attempting to make a payment on TurboTax multiple times, but I keep encountering issues. When I reach the screen to input my ID, address, and credit card information to pay the $15 balance for e-filing, the page freezes, and the buttons at the bottom disappear, leaving me unable to proceed or exit the application without shutting it down. This has been a frustrating experience for me. I initially tried using Chrome on Windows and later switched to Microsoft Edge, but the problem persisted. Any advice on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am struggling to amend a tax return in TurboTax due to a bug in the software that duplicated a [redacted]-G form. My husband's income of $4,[redacted] got doubled by incorrectly including it in the other income section, stating he received an RTAA payment that he did not. This error inflated his earnings to $8,[redacted] instead of the correct $4,[redacted]. Consequently, the software is now showing my AGI as $11,[redacted] instead of $6,[redacted]. Despite my attempts to fix this for over 6 hours, deleting and re-adding the form has not resolved the issue. I urgently need help removing the inaccurate "RTAA payment" section so that I can successfully file the corrected tax forms.

I received a Turbo Tax debit card with my federal refund in [redacted]. Due to Covid and life getting busy, I only recently tried to use it and found out it was cancelled for not being used. The card's expiry date is not until next year. I was shocked and frustrated to hear this from customer service. It feels wrong to have a card with federal money on it cancelled without notice. This situation is unacceptable, and I am considering taking legal action if it is not resolved promptly.

I am having trouble with TurboTax on my Windows 11 laptop. The program is asking for an update which fails to install, and now I am unable to open TurboTax at all. This issue was first reported yesterday on April 8th while I was in the middle of working on my [redacted] taxes. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this problem.

I was upset when Turdo Tax charged me $[redacted] last year, claiming their service is free for simple tax returns. However, a consumer advocate website recommended them, and I decided to give them another chance. They have prepared my federal return but haven't filed it yet. They took $59 from my bank account and are insisting I fill out the state return, likely to charge more fees. Unless they refund me in 48 hours, I'll escalate this issue to various agencies including the BBB, IRS, and the consumer group that endorsed their "free" service.

As I prepared to submit my taxes through TurboTax, a prompt appeared asking me to "Review Your Order." When I followed this instruction, I was informed that my email details were missing and directed me to fill this out in the "My Info" section. Unfortunately, there seems to be no option to input my email information on the "My Info" page. Upon seeking a resolution, I discovered on the TurboTax website that I need to ensure my email is verified on my Intuit account. I have verified my email on Intuit, yet the error message persists whenever I try to file my taxes.

In [redacted], I encountered an issue with my tax refund. The routing number provided to the IRS does not match my bank's information, as confirmed with the IRS. I used TurboTax Premier to file my taxes. I submitted my taxes on April 1st, and I owe the IRS $[redacted]. I requested the amount to be withdrawn from my checking account, but no action has been taken yet. I purchased the Deluxe and Home and Business products from Amazon. Initially, I downloaded and utilized the Deluxe for my personal taxes without any issues. However, when I attempted to download the Home and Business version, I encountered difficulties. Despite multiple attempts of uninstalling the Deluxe and removing my personal returns, I have been unsuccessful in installing the Home and Business version. I made sure to select the correct product from my software library. How can I successfully download the Home and Business software?

I am assisting my 85-year-old Mother with her taxes. The email address is [redacted] Once we enter the verification number, it prompts for another verification and then states there is an issue on your end when I provide the required information. I indicated "NO" for Form [redacted]-F, but the form is still appearing when I try to file my taxes. Despite multiple attempts to delete it, the form persists, and I do not wish to include it. I bought an online tax program from a local retailer but lost the receipt. I've contacted support multiple times. The first two times they said it was fixed, but when I tried to e-file, it asked for payment for support. The last call lasted almost 3 hours, and they finally confirmed my code was active, but it still wouldn't work. Very frustrating. I just need to e-file two more returns. The new code they gave me only worked for one return. Even though I purchased 8 returns, I can't get a new code if the original one doesn't work. Customer service insists my 8 is active, but I can't access it. They said the new code was only for one return. Please help me resolve this issue.

I am experiencing issues with online activation for my tax return. Despite speaking to four representatives over the past few hours, no one has been able to resolve the problem. The last representative was unhelpful and hung up, leaving me frustrated. I urgently need to file my return for myself and my spouse and have been trying to fix the issue since Monday. I sent my tax refund with TurboTax on 3/16, but it got lost in the mail according to the post office. Despite customer service being unhelpful, the IRS confirmed my correct address and direct deposit information. However, fees were deducted by the tax preparation company on 3/16. The IRS recommended filing a claim against the tax group for the issuance problems and extra charges. I am now trying to resolve this matter with TurboTax before taking further action.

When attempting to file my taxes using the free version, I was steered towards purchasing the deluxe version, despite my efforts to stick with the free option. After trying to address this over the phone, I was unexpectedly disconnected, despite maintaining a respectful demeanor. I have been informed that I am ineligible for a refund because I did not purchase physical copies of the software. This situation has cost me $[redacted] and caused me to miss out on the maximum refund. It would be beneficial to have an accurate customer service system with estimated callback times. I have yet to receive any calls despite waiting for a service representative for an entire day.
