I used TurboTax to do my taxes on March 3, [redacted]. Recently, when I logged in, it prompted me to "Let's finish your taxes now." This is frustrating as my return was already completed. I faced financial issues in the past due to IRS errors and was hoping everything was sorted after filing with TurboTax. It's disheartening to encounter this now. The lack of customer support is disappointing. It's concerning that my information is accessible but my return isn't updated correctly. I am hesitant to resubmit my details in fear of being flagged for fraudulence. This situation is exasperating, especially if there were deductions or other factors to consider. It's distressing to navigate through automated responses without human interaction. This experience is perplexing and unsettling. Sincerely, Maureen G. O'B.

I filed online on 5/15/21, the fee was deducted from my account, and I have my receipt. However, I haven't received my refund yet. When I checked the status online, the site indicated that we are almost finished filing, even though I completed it on 5/15/21. I proceeded with the steps again, and it had me e-file once more, showing now that I filed on 6/12/21, which is three weeks past the due date. I am concerned that my refund might not have been filed as you already deducted your fee back in May. The reference number provided is Ref# TTWCC[redacted]78 from 5/15/21. I don't want to incur a late fee as I filed on time.

I reside in Texas and experienced issues during the winter storm in February. The IRS extended the filing deadline for Texas residents to June 15, [redacted], for [redacted] federal taxes and extensions. I am encountering difficulties filing for an extension through Turbo Tax, claiming it is past the due date, which is not accurate. Can someone recommend a reliable platform where I can file my extension before the deadline tomorrow, June 15th? Thank you.

I need assistance in having my name removed as a dependent on another person's tax return. I have been dealing with identity theft within my own family for more than a decade. My name is being improperly used on my 90-year-old mother's tax return, which was completed by my older brother, Steve Krueger, who currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida. My mother resides with me in Blue Springs, Missouri, and is in the advanced stages of Dementia, requiring constant supervision for the past two years. She could not have signed the [redacted] tax return without my knowledge as she lacks a legal Guardian or Trustee due to circumstances beyond my control. My immediate priority is to file my [redacted] tax return accurately, indicating zero income and claiming only myself as a deduction so that I can receive the $[redacted].00 Stimulus payment owed to me. I appreciate any guidance you can provide in resolving this matter.

I am currently using the "Where's My Refund" tool, and I filed on 4/18/21. The status message keeps saying they cannot provide information about my refund. I submitted my taxes on the night of 4/18/21, and it was accepted on 4/19/21. Should I consider 4/19/21 as my filing date? My details are as follows:
- Social Security Number or IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number: ***-**-[redacted]
- Filing Status: Head of Household
- Expected Refund Amount: $1,[redacted].00
The refund status results keep showing the same message. I'm unclear about what's happening.

I am writing today to address concerns regarding my taxes filed through TurboTax. After filing, I noticed discrepancies in the information provided, such as mentioning a deceased spouse and owning a small business – details that do not apply to me. I suspect there may be another profile mistakenly created under my identity, potentially leading to unauthorized changes in my tax information. Despite attempting to report this issue when filing my taxes this year, I have not received a response or clarification on whether my identity has been compromised. Furthermore, my login information has been altered, preventing me from accessing my tax details online. I kindly request thorough investigation into these matters and would appreciate a prompt response at your earliest convenience.

I am currently facing a unique situation with my taxes. My spouse, who usually handles all our tax matters, is currently incarcerated. The IRS has informed me that they have a refund for us but require verification before releasing the funds. They have advised me to complete a form on IRS.gov, which necessitates details from the tax return my husband prepared. Unfortunately, I cannot reach him to obtain this crucial information. As this is also my financial information, I believe I should be authorized to access it. I am Amaya Nichole Benson-Mangum, and my husband is Richard Allen Mangum. For verification purposes, my social security number is [redacted]-07-[redacted], and the last four digits of my husband's social security number are [redacted]. I can provide his full social security number to confirm if necessary. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have already submitted this request twice with no resolution. I submitted a non-filer's recovery rebate through TurboTax in mid-May. I received an email confirming IRS acceptance around May 20th. It has been almost two months, and I have yet to receive the $[redacted] stimulus payment. I kindly request TurboTax to contact me regarding the status of my stimulus payment.

I completed my taxes here by uploading my documents for my self-employment, which ended with me owing taxes to the IRS. I am also wondering if I can claim unemployment benefits due to some cash I earned from side jobs. Since I thought I had submitted my taxes but later found out there were errors, I am now looking for assistance in getting them filed correctly. I struggled with using the Android app provided as it was confusing for me and contained unfamiliar questions. Unfortunately, I cannot visit a tax office as I lack transportation. If possible, I would appreciate help via phone or email. Please reach me at [redacted] or troubleschewe8@.com. Thank you.

I am currently working with TaxAudit regarding my [redacted] tax return with the IRS. I bought TurboTax Premium and have the receipt and cd, but after moving from North Dakota to Arizona, I misplaced the activation code. Is it possible to get a downloadable version of the [redacted] Premium software since I have proof of purchase and simply need to make some adjustments to my taxes? Thank you, C. Email: [redacted]

To Whom it May Concern,
I am Khalidah Walton, a TurboTax customer, reaching out regarding the child tax credit scheduled for distribution on July 15, [redacted]. I contacted an agent after learning about the Advance Child Tax Credit. Initially, I used TurboTax to claim my rebate recovery credit due to not receiving any stimulus checks in [redacted]. I have since received the rebate recovery credit.
With President Biden signing the American Rescue Plan to increase and distribute payments for the Advance Child Tax Credit and the Child Tax Credit, I inquired with TurboTax. A female agent assured me that I do not need to take any action even though I did not initially claim the child tax credit. She explained that there was no need to amend my taxes for this credit.
I seek clarification on whether this guidance still stands and if any further steps are necessary despite not initially claiming the credit. The agent mentioned the credit should be deposited into my account. I am awaiting a callback for further clarification on this matter.
Thank you.

On April 7, [redacted], I received my tax return of over $7,[redacted] via a Turbo Debit card. Shortly after, I got a call from Turbo Card concerning several $2,[redacted] charges that I did not authorize. They froze my account and I filed a dispute. After struggling with customer service calls, I received a provisional credit almost a month later. Despite difficulties activating my new debit card, I finally got my money back. However, a month later, I discovered my balance was over -$6,[redacted]. Turbo Card had reclaimed the money after denying my claim without providing reasons. I had to request supporting documents, but the denials continued without any explanations. Now, my child tax credit payment was taken due to the negative balance they claim is my fault. I am stuck with no resolution, feeling cheated. The situation appears to involve Turbo Card employees, causing distress and financial loss to many users like me. This experience feels like theft and fraud, adding to the frustration with their services.

I used TurboTax to file my taxes, and I am still waiting to receive my refund. However, I recently received a letter from the IRS stating that someone else has claimed me. My husband and I used to file taxes jointly, but we have been separated for two years. I recently learned that he has been claiming me and our kids on his taxes, receiving all the stimulus money while I have not received anything. Unfortunately, he has passed away this year. I am unsure how to proceed to claim the money that I believe is owed to me.

I am looking for assistance regarding missing tax documents. My ex-partner, Christina L., who has helped me with taxes for years, is no longer cooperating. I misplaced my W2s and suspect they were taken. Despite making copies, they disappeared again. Christina claims ignorance when asked about them and I suspect she received a tax refund without having a job. She is uncooperative when I ask for help accessing TurboTax to check on my taxes.

I received an email from TurboTax regarding unemployment income on my [redacted] tax return. The email states that the first $10,[redacted] of my unemployment income may now be tax-free if my household income is under $[redacted],[redacted], as per the American Rescue Plan. The IRS has mentioned that I do not need to take any immediate action to benefit from this change, and amending my return could cause delays in payment. TurboTax will provide further updates once the IRS shares more specific timing and details. It's reassuring to know that this tax benefit is in place, and it's good to be a TurboTax customer.

I submitted my tax return in February. It was the first time I filed with a claim for my daughter. Initially, it was rejected as someone had allegedly used her social security number. I had to remove her from my tax return, resubmit, and got accepted, but owed $[redacted], which was deducted from my account in May. However, the online status shows that I was rejected for owing money and also had a $[redacted] refund accepted, which I never received. This is causing issues with applying for rental assistance due to COVID-19 as the correct tax information is required. The details shown by TurboTax are inaccurate, and I'm unsure how to proceed. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years, relying on e-filing for quick tax refunds. However, this year, it has been 90 days since filing, and the IRS still states that my return is being processed, which seems longer than the usual 21 days. Despite TurboTax assuring me of the accuracy of my return and low audit risk, there has been no update from the IRS. As retirees, my wife and I are in need of the refund promptly. I am struggling to find a contact number that connects me with a person for clarifications. This delay is eroding my trust in TurboTax. I am John P. Supplee, and I filed a joint return. I am uncomfortable sharing my SS# through email.

I used TurboTax to file my [redacted] and [redacted] taxes, but I have not received any response from the IRS regarding my returns. Despite the ongoing pandemic, I have been patiently waiting for my stimulus checks to arrive, but I have not received the first, second, or third one. Interestingly, my significant other, who also filed taxes using TurboTax and claimed our children, did receive the first stimulus check via mail. However, he has not received the subsequent payments either, which is confusing to us both.

I am reaching out to TurboTax regarding a tax issue. My stimulus payments totaling $3,[redacted] were incorrectly processed, and I only received $1,[redacted]. The remaining amounts were supposed to be directed to the IRS. However, I recently found out that on 06/08/21, a transaction occurred to an account I provided, but I did not receive the payment. The stimulus payments were vital to me, and I need them rectified. The payments were issued for $1,[redacted] and $[redacted] each for a total of $1,[redacted]. I am Benson Young, with the last four digits of my social being [redacted]. I noticed the IRS marked them as processing, but then mentioned something about 06/08/21. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
