I am requesting a refund for all the money I paid because the software did not function correctly. The system repeatedly gave me an error message claiming my return was rejected by the IRS, which was inaccurate as I filed with HR Block successfully. Furthermore, there was an issue with double-counting my HSA and inaccurately stating my wife had a gap in health care coverage. Despite seeking assistance, no resolution was achieved due to system malfunctions. I expect a full refund as I should not be troubleshooting software issues. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with TurboTax Premier [redacted] when entering Social Security benefits for my wife. The left column was working fine, but the right column under "wife" was not accepting any input except for the "voluntary Fed tax" box. When clicked, the other boxes would briefly react but wouldn't let me type anything in. I tried restarting the program and computer, reloading the tax return file, but the problem persisted. This is the first time I've faced a glitch with TurboTax. I need to input this information to file my return, and it's frustrating. The software seemed to install without any issues.

I used TurboTax to file my taxes at the beginning of April. After checking online, I saw that my return had been accepted. When I called to inquire about the status of my green dot card, I was informed that it was being held at the post office. Unfortunately, the post office couldn't help me without a tracking number. It has been two weeks, and I still haven't received my card. I am hoping someone from TurboTax can reach out to me to provide assistance in obtaining a tracking number or exploring other options for receiving my return quickly.

I had someone file my taxes online using TurboTax for me to receive my first stimulus payment. It's been a couple of months, and I haven't received the money yet. I need help finding out where my payment went and what steps to take to get it. I also want to know how to address the possibility of this person committing fraud and taking my funds.

I used TurboTax [redacted] and left line 8 (AGI) blank, assuming it was $0. Now, as I'm using TurboTax [redacted], it asked me to input last year's AGI, which reflects as $11,[redacted]. I tried to change it to $0 and continued, but it kept showing $11,[redacted]. I can't find where it's pulling that number from in the [redacted] form. What am I missing? Why can't I locate the number $11,[redacted] anywhere? What mistake am I making that I can't find that number?

I feel frustrated with being pressured to upgrade to the deluxe edition of TurboTax just for the healthcare advanced premium that I don't even owe a repayment on. I refuse to spend $60 on an upgrade I don't need. I'm getting more and more upset as I've completed my tax return only to be stopped by this issue. I may start over with a different service rather than be pushed into this kind of tactic. I will also share my experience with everyone on Facebook to warn them about how using the free edition could turn out to be a waste of time. I might switch services before I receive a response because of how upset I am.

I contacted at 6 p.m. regarding my issue logging into TurboTax, a problem occurring every 4 weeks since January due to a software glitch. After requesting a callback, a brief call came in but disconnected before I could answer. Upon calling back, I waited on hold from 7-8 p.m. until a representative answered. Despite explaining the glitch and specifically asking for a TurboTax expert familiar with Mac software, I was transferred after a long wait. Sadly, after another hour on hold, the 9 p.m. call abruptly ended. I am now attempting once more to reach a live person for help, totaling 3 hours of wait time. Experiencing disconnections and lack of callbacks is disappointing. Although I intend to avoid TurboTax in the future, my immediate concern is regaining access to my files for filing.

I am encountering an issue with Turbotax Premier as I attempt to file my federal and state taxes. Despite confirming that everything is accurate, I am stuck in a loop related to form [redacted]-R. The software prompt indicates that the New York State and local withholding cannot exceed the gross distribution in Box 14a. However, my [redacted]-R shows both the distribution and withholding as zero, as provided by Fidelity. I have tried leaving it blank and entering "0.00" but keep getting redirected back to the same form without being able to proceed with transmitting my returns. I am unsure how to move past this repeated obstacle and successfully file my taxes.

Before starting my taxes with Turbo Tax online, the initial charge was supposed to be $30. However, it increased to $48, then pushed me to upgrade to the $60 deluxe package. Despite my charitable contributions totaling over $6,[redacted], I was only allowed to claim $0 in deductions, yet IRS guidelines allow up to $[redacted] for charitable deductions. I ended up owing $1,[redacted], but Turbo Tax initially calculated $1,[redacted]. Additionally, I also had to pay $42+ to a third-party vendor through Turbo Tax. This unexpected increase in charges and inconsistencies in the amounts owed have left me feeling deceived and betrayed by Turbo Tax, especially when other websites confirmed the higher amount owed. I am disappointed with the experience and hope others can be cautious when using this service.

I arranged a payment on 5/16/[redacted] to cover my full tax year [redacted] balance of approximately $[redacted], but the payment did not process. Despite receiving a confirmation from TurboTax prior to the tax deadline, the funds were not deducted from my account. Upon checking today, TurboTax does not show any scheduled payment for my balance. I simply want to settle my [redacted] taxes promptly to avoid penalties, especially since I scheduled the payment before the tax deadline. I spoke with two different TurboTax customer care representatives over the phone on 5/16/[redacted] and 5/17/[redacted]. Both assured me that the payment should be successful and that I would not incur late fees since the payment was scheduled before the deadline.

I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] federal tax return. In prior years, the refund was always deposited into my Bank of America account. However, this year it was sent to a bank account in Texas with a different routing number. I am willing to provide my correct Bank of America account details to ensure I receive my refund. A banking associate advised me to contact Credit Karma after looking into the issue. Attached are my [redacted] and [redacted] tax returns showing the inconsistency in routing and account numbers. I have never provided this Texas bank information before. Kindly advise on the next steps to resolve this situation as I do not recognize this bank account or the routing number used for my return this year.

I've been using TurboTax for years, and it usually imports my basic information, including two Schedule C's - one for my wife's business and one for mine. However, when I try to enter a new [redacted]-NEC, only my wife's business is selectable for the second entry, not mine. Even when I correctly select my business at first, it doesn't show up associated with the [redacted] in the summary section. When I check my Schedule C directly, it appears as "untitled." I've tried deleting past years' [redacted] entries and starting anew, but the issue persists. Any suggestions on what might be causing this strange behavior?

I used TurboTax CD to file my [redacted] taxes, and the file is saved in a TurboTax folder on my PC. Trying to file my [redacted] taxes online this year, I encountered issues with the system not recognizing the file extension, which prevented me from accessing last year's tax numbers. When attempting to open the TurboTax app on my PC, it required an update and then requested the original 16-digit purchase code. I have the CD version's order number with 16 digits, but there is not enough space in the application to input the code. Feeling frustrated as I cannot access a return I have already paid for, I am considering seeking help from a more expensive accountant who can provide support more effectively. I hope for a resolution from TurboTax within 24 hours; otherwise, I may not proceed with filing my [redacted] taxes or any future ones through TurboTax. This experience may lead me to share my feedback on social media platforms and product reviews.

My federal and state returns were rejected twice and I had issues with the tax experts. Even after two failures, the third expert quickly identified the mistake. Initially, I faced a two-week delay as one expert suggested waiting for the IRS to mail my gross income. I believe I should receive a full refund for the subpar service I encountered. The third expert assured me of a refund but I was still charged. I'm disappointed with the service as the experts seemed ill-prepared and it left me wondering what would happen if I were closer to the deadline. I expect to receive the refund I was assured, to rectify this situation where I had to bear the consequences of the experts' lack of knowledge.

I am using TurboTax Deluxe [redacted] for my Subchapter S Corp. In it, I reported $7,[redacted] income and $3,[redacted] health insurance premiums on my K-1 (1120S). I am unable to input the health insurance premiums as there is no "business income" section. I need to find a way to ensure the K-1 income is linked to "business income" to correctly show that my income exceeds the health insurance premiums. Additionally, I am seeking help on how to request the stimulus payment for my wife and me for [redacted].

I completed my [redacted] tax filing using TurboTax, following all the steps. I uploaded a picture of my W2 and filled in all the necessary information. However, I encountered an issue when attempting to e-file. As a solution, I selected to mail in my return. I noticed that there is an error in the refund amount shown, with the comma incorrectly placed, resulting in a significantly higher refund amount than my actual earnings. I would appreciate it if you could review my account and provide an update on the status of my refund. Thank you.

I have two important questions: 1. I would like to confirm if the amount listed on my tax return from TurboTax includes the Covid stimulus checks. 2. Regarding the tax return and potential separate stimulus checks, I am uncertain about the timeline for receiving them. We filed our taxes some time ago and received a partial stimulus payment, but we are unsure about the status of the remaining amount and when we can anticipate receiving it. Thank you.

Recently, Turbo has partnered with Credit Karma. Someone has used my information to create an account, making it impossible for me to access my credit score. When attempting to reset the email linked to the account, I receive an error message. I believe the fraud department is not effectively handling this issue. I have lodged multiple complaints since the transition to Credit Karma. I am keen on resolving this matter promptly. I am eager to responsibly manage my life but unable to do so without access to my credit score. I am willing to provide any necessary information or documentation, such as my photo ID and social security card, to rectify this situation. The email associated with my social security number does not belong to me, and I did not create the account tied to my information.

I applied for a Turbo Card and never received it. When I try to contact Turbo, it says my birthday is incorrect. Despite receiving an email confirming the card, I couldn't transfer money from it to my own Paypal, as it was linked to the thief's account who stole my cards. This includes my [redacted] tax refund and potentially my stimulus. I am unable to reach Turbo Tax or Intuit customer service, leaving me feeling frustrated and unsupported. I believe this lack of assistance is aiding the thief in taking my money. I am Cassandra, and you can reach me at [redacted] I urgently need to discuss this issue with a customer service representative.
