I requested a refund for the Turbo Tax Premier CD I purchased at BJs yesterday. Upon installation, it failed to transfer last year's data from my H&R Block program, and the manual transfer suggestion was not acceptable. I completed an online refund form, received a case number, and was provided with the refund amount and tracking number. The response indicated my refund status is marked as "closed."
I am unsure if it is necessary to return the CD to the Returns Department at PO Box#[redacted], Pleasant Prairie, WI [redacted] to process the refund. Despite making multiple attempts to contact Intuit Customer Service, the calls were challenging as the connections were poor and noisy, making communication difficult.

I need to contact TurboTax about disputing transactions. Someone stole my card while I was in jail from February 24th, [redacted], to April 21st, [redacted]. A witness saw the defendant taking my purse and using my Turbotax Debit Card to steal $8,[redacted] from me. I have email evidence of the transactions made. The first deposit of $5,[redacted] was the Economic Impact Payment for me and my three children. The second deposit of $6,[redacted] was my adjusted tax refund. Upon my release, only $3,[redacted] remained, which I promptly moved to a secure account to prevent further theft. I have a letter confirming my incarceration as proof of my situation.

I initiated my [redacted] tax return on a MacBook Pro in March. The trouble began in April (4/18/[redacted]) when I utilized Apple's Migration feature to transfer files from an older laptop. Unfortunately, the migration replaced all the files on my MacBook Pro, including the work I had done on the TurboTax [redacted] file and the TurboTax program. After reaching out to Apple on 4/19/[redacted], the tech support team helped me recover my files, and my [redacted] TurboTax document reappeared. However, on 4/24/[redacted], when I tried to open the [redacted] TurboTax file, I encountered an error indicating no associated program. Despite reinstalling TurboTax Premier from the CD, I was unable to find a prompt to re-enter my license key code. Additionally, I am facing issues with retrieving the Virginia state tax form, which I had previously downloaded. I require technical support to assist me in accessing and reading my partially completed [redacted] tax return in TurboTax, as well as restoring the downloaded Virginia state tax form.

I was rejected by the Federal and State tax agencies due to a mismatch with the primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-Select PIN from last year. I tried TurboTax's automated customer service suggestion to remove the AGI, but I was then instructed to mail in my documents. I wanted to e-file, as I already paid either $45 or $25 to TurboTax for this service. Despite obtaining the AGI from [redacted] paperwork, which matched what TurboTax provided, my submissions were still rejected by the Federal agency. If I need to mail in my income tax return, should I send all document copies, or is the TurboTax printout sufficient on its own? Thank you.

I have submitted my tax return to claim my stimulus money as required but haven't received it yet. I had two Netspend All Access cards and a GOBANK card. I earlier asked for the funds to go to my GOBANK card, but later received another GOBANK card and a new Netspend card with my new married name. Due to Covid-19, I couldn't legally change my name with the Social Security office as they require an appointment and have limited hours. I'm confused about which card the money is on or if it's in my PayPal account. It's been nearly two years waiting for this payment while others around me have received theirs. The situation has been very distressing and frustrating as I'm unable to work and have been relying on family for housing for over two years. I urgently need this money to secure my own place and it's rightfully mine. I'm struggling to understand why this is happening. Please assist me promptly.

I have been repeatedly receiving emails stating that my tax return was accepted, but then I received another email instructing me to sign and submit my taxes. Hello! I purchased the online version of Turbotax Premier on Amazon. I successfully e-filed my Federal taxes but encountered an issue with the State filing as it required a specific number to proceed. I believe I may have accidentally created multiple accounts as I couldn't find the confirmation emails. I recall seeing an email confirming my Federal filing but am unable to locate it now. I submitted my tax return in February and found out I owed $[redacted]. However, I recently received an email from TurboTax explaining that the first $10,[redacted] of my unemployment income in [redacted] may be tax-free under the American Rescue Plan, if my household income is under $[redacted],[redacted]. The IRS has advised that no action is needed now to benefit from this change. Despite this, I have now received a CP11 notice from the IRS stating I owe an additional $[redacted]. I am confused and seeking assistance as I believe this is unfair. If I pay the extra $[redacted] now and am entitled to a refund due to the tax-free unemployment income, will I eventually receive this money back? I have worked on my [redacted] tax return and successfully filed my Federal taxes with payment. However, I am encountering difficulties accessing my returns and encountering issues while trying to file my State (VA) return. The process has been frustrating as I've spent most of today trying to resolve this. I urgently need to access my return in order to proceed with filing and printing it. I wonder where my return could have disappeared to since I can't access it or print it.
I had a helpful call with an agent, but unfortunately, my phone unexpectedly shut down. We had planned for a callback, but it never occurred. My main goal is to pay the taxes owed to the State of Virginia. Most search results only address refund-related inquiries, yet I simply need to settle what I owe.

I bought TurboTax Premier in April through Amazon. I attempted to upload it, but it halted midway. Since then, I've been unsuccessful in opening it. After updating, it stops at a window labeled "TurboTax Premier - Activation" and doesn't proceed. I've cleared up my drive and ensured it's defragmented, ruling out those as the cause. I had issues with TurboTax while preparing my state return. The software's calculation was incorrect, so I had to file manually. I initially wanted to submit only my federal return through TurboTax, but both federal and state returns were charged. I'm seeking a refund for the state return. Despite a rejection on my federal return, it seems the state return was also submitted, which I did not intend. Fortunately, it appears the state return was rejected as it was already mailed. Now, the state return status shows as pending. I've raised a dispute with my credit card company regarding this charge.

I recently purchased the Home and Business software with a license number included. Upon trying to launch the software, it prompted me for a PIN number which then appeared to be incorrect. After several attempts, I got locked out. I'm in urgent need of using the software before the tax deadline hits on Friday. How can I bypass this PIN requirement and start using the software? I bought a TurboTax Deluxe license code UWRY-WRKK-R8G5-AJ5S on 2/6/[redacted] at 10:31 for $39.99 from the Wright Patterson AFB base exchange. Despite encountering issues with the program, I requested a refund from a supervisor back in early March. However, I have yet to receive my refund as of 5/10/[redacted]. In a recent call, another supervisor mentioned that it was past 60 days and there was nothing more to be done, and they hung up when I asked to speak to their supervisor. Key points to note: I purchased the licensed product from a retail vendor, requested the refund well within the 60-day refund period, did not file my taxes using TurboTax, and have been waiting for the refund in the mail.
