My name is Josette B. I reached out to TurboTax today to inquire about the status of my stimulus payment. I was expecting an update email from TurboTax, but I decided to call for clarification. I called at 11:52 AM and was faced with a 1-hour wait time, which has now extended past 2:07 PM. Unfortunately, I have been on hold without any interaction from a representative. I have been a loyal TurboTax user for over 8 years and this extended wait time is unprecedented in my experience. I would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me to provide an update on my stimulus payment. I successfully received the first stimulus payment and filed my [redacted] taxes through TurboTax. It's frustrating not being able to reach a representative for assistance during this time.

I encountered an issue with an ATM withdrawal on January 7, [redacted]. The ATM timed out during my first attempt, not dispensing any money, but charged a service fee of $2.50. On the second try, I successfully withdrew $40 plus another $2.50 fee. However, Turbo Tax also charged me $2.50 for the failed attempt. Even after waiting 24 hours, the money has not been refunded to my account. I tried to contact customer service through the app, but encountered difficulties selecting the correct option due to the stimulus check highlighted feature. When I called, I faced long wait times and even had a call accidentally disconnected by an agent. I am currently on hold for 75 minutes today. I am frustrated by the lack of resolution and seek answers on why this occurred and how it will be rectified. I've researched that ATMs have cameras and daily cash counts, indicating the issue should be resolved promptly, yet the money has not been returned to my account after over 24 hours.

I am having trouble logging into my TurboTax account. I have my user ID and password, but they are asking to verify my account via email, which I cannot access. I have tried answering personal questions without success. I no longer have access to the email associated with the account or the phone number on file. Is there a way to transfer the money in my account to one of my wife's accounts also with Green Dot Bank? Thank you, T.H.

When checking the IRS website, I noticed that my stimulus payment was set to be deposited on January 4th into an unfamiliar account. After two days of investigating, I discovered that the deposit was made to my TurboTax debit card, which was used for my [redacted] tax return. I am perplexed as my first stimulus check was a paper check delivered via postal service. I did not request for the second payment to be deposited there; I assumed it would come the same way as the first one. The issue now is that I lack the necessary information or access to review the account where the deposit was made.

A couple we know had their children, two boys, taken for child neglect. My wife and I were struggling, but we didn't want to see the kids shuffled through the system, so we took them in during most of [redacted] and all of [redacted]. However, it doesn't sit right with us that the parents are receiving stimulus checks while the kids are in our care.
I've been receiving unemployment since August, but it was recently cut off without cause. Do I need to file taxes? I'm uncertain if I activated my Turbo Tax card. Child support has been taking it all along with my stimulus payments from last year, which didn't include the stimulus for the two boys in our custody; their parents received that instead.

I have been using this service for four years now. Lately, I have been unable to access my previous tax returns without being prompted to pay. I am frustrated and would appreciate guidance on how to view my past tax returns.
Another concern I have is regarding TurboTax's resolution of issues with the IRS. I have not received any updates on this matter. While I am still waiting for my second stimulus payment, I have heard that TurboTax has resolved the problem. I am seeking prompt payment from the IRS and require clear information if the issue has indeed been resolved.

I am feeling frustrated because they keep transferring me to different representatives. I would appreciate a callback on my telephone number [redacted]. I used TurboTax to file my taxes last year, but I have since changed banks and addresses. I am eager to locate my stimulus payment. My friend also used TurboTax, and she received an email mentioning that her payment would be sent to the correct bank after switching banks.

My husband and I are eligible for the second stimulus payment. I have noticed various explanations regarding not receiving checks from the IRS and TurboTax. Recently, I learned that TurboTax will send an email first followed by a direct deposit. However, I have not received any communication or deposit yet. Upon checking my TurboTax account, all my details, including my bank information, are correct, but I am still awaiting the deposit or email. I verified with my credit union, and there have been no postings or notifications. Please refrain from suggesting I file for the stimulus on my taxes. I am keen on resolving this issue promptly.

I am seeking assistance to understand the steps required to receive my stimulus checks. I haven't received the first or second stimulus payment despite various attempts. Contacting the IRS has been unsuccessful, and time is running out to claim the funds. I need this financial support for specific challenges I am facing. I receive no information from the portal, and contacting the IRS leads to automated responses. Any guidance on resolving this issue with my stimulus checks would be greatly appreciated.

I have recently finished my [redacted] federal and state taxes on my laptop but currently cannot print them. I plan to connect my laptop to a printer tomorrow or save the forms as PDF files, but I need to update Acrobat for this. I am concerned about ensuring that my work is saved when I log back into my TurboTax account. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my name is Lesley Brock. The last 4 digits of my social security number are [redacted], and I was born on 8/[redacted] in Dayton, Ohio. I think I received assistance from you with my taxes before, but I never received any payments or a stimulus check. I keep getting emails at [redacted] or [redacted] I'm not sure why I haven't received any money. I don't have an address to receive payments, but I do have an email. I have been receiving social security disability benefits since [redacted]. I received my first stimulus payment in March for $1,[redacted], which was deposited into my BECU bank account. Unfortunately, my bank account has been closed for three months now. When I tried to use the IRS "get my payment" tool to track my second stimulus, it told me my social security number and birthday were invalid, even though I know I qualify. I am wondering how I can find out where my check is or when I should file for the rebate relief credit on my taxes. I have my [redacted] from social security for my earnings in [redacted]. Can you help me track my check, or should I go ahead and file for the relief rebate credit now?

I am encountering an issue with Turbotax Premier on my MacBook Pro running MacOS Big Sur Version [redacted].1. Despite saving the tax return file on an external hard drive, the changes I make are not being saved. I keep receiving a message stating the document could not be saved as the file is locked, even though the file's information on the external hard drive shows it is not locked. When attempting to exit the software, the same error messages prevent me from doing so. I have relied on Turbotax Premier for over 15 years and need a solution to this problem to continue using the software effectively.

Hello,
I am in the process of preparing my [redacted] tax return using the Turbo-Tax software I purchased. However, I am unable to proceed with my [redacted] return until I have completed the [redacted] one. I need access to my prior years' returns, which seems to have been removed. Despite having paid $83.84 for the software, I find it frustrating that I am unable to retrieve this important information.
I am also disappointed with the customer support provided on the website. Given the long-standing use of your products both personally and for my business, I have never encountered issues before. If I have missed a solution to regain access to my previous returns, I apologize and would appreciate guidance. Otherwise, I urge you to rectify this promptly.
Kindly reach out to me via email, as I prefer written communication.
Thank you for your assistance.
Lisa L.

I have been using TurboTax for years to input my and my wife's Social Security benefits. All was well until the [redacted] and [redacted] returns when I forgot to include the Social Security benefits. I admit this was my mistake, but I am curious why TurboTax did not catch this error during the checkup process. Given my history with TurboTax including my Social Security benefits, I assumed the program would flag the missing information. While I acknowledge the error was mine, I think TurboTax could improve by detecting such oversights. Remember that famous phrase, "what does the dishwasher do?" Well, my question is, "what does a TurboTax checkup do?"
Sincerely,
Timothy Shively

Hello, I started my taxes initially and noticed the amount was lower than expected. I was waiting on my [redacted] form to finish. I upgraded for a live representative to help. Anna confirmed I had completed both State and Federal taxes. She then allowed me to finish entering my 1098T and retirement plan information. As I was doing my final review before payment, I noticed a charge of $60 for max defense that I did not select. After completing my taxes, I was charged for a service I did not authorize. I need a refund of $[redacted] ($90+$60) as I did my taxes, not Anna.

I have been a loyal user of Turbotax for several years and have always had positive experiences until this tax year ([redacted]). After entering all my financial information and running a final review, I encountered an issue that needed resolution before I could file my taxes. Despite scheduling two expert reviews, on both January 29th and January 31st, I did not receive any phone calls as promised. Each time, after receiving confirmation emails and texts from Turbotax, I was left waiting for help that never came. As of today, January 31st, at 2:30 CST, I have not received any assistance.

I have used TurboTax for about 20 years since Intuit acquired CanTax. I received an email on Jan. 28 offering 15% off the Standard Version, but I can't log in. I've tried various methods: email, last name, phone number, social insurance number, date of birth, and postal code. I attempted to download on Jan. 29th, but encountered issues. I was notified the problem was on your end but saw no resolution. On Jan. 30th and 31st, the same login problem persisted. Today, I received a reminder about the discount deadline, yet still faced the same issue. Despite receiving emails at [redacted], the site doesn't recognize that email. I am frustrated and doubtful about a resolution. I fear I may miss the discount. Are others experiencing this, or is it just me? The pricing difference is small, but the inconvenience of not being recognized by a long-time user is bothersome. Am I in the right place for assistance?
