I submitted our Joint [redacted] Tax Return on April 2, [redacted], via Certified Mail. Recently, we received a letter from the IRS requesting clarification on several items. One of the inquiries was about Form [redacted], which is incomplete. They are seeking support for $1,[redacted] related to Qualified Business Income Deduction. The form shows Qualified dividends & PTP (Public Traded Partnership) income or loss of $7,[redacted]. However, based on my K-1 forms and statements from Fidelity & Vanguard brokerage accounts, the total Qualified dividends income is only $3,[redacted]. I am unsure where the $7,[redacted] in Qualified & PTP Dividends came from since I do not see this information on my K-1 forms. I am seeking assistance in resolving this discrepancy to avoid any penalties. Thank you for your help. I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. Vijay V. T., Mobile: [redacted]

Hello, I am currently trying to access my tax return from last year. The issue is that I had assistance from someone who used their email and password for the login. Unfortunately, I am no longer in contact with this person. I have tried reaching out to them, but they are unresponsive. I need to access this information to be able to apply for FAFSA for school. If you could email me back, I can provide more details. Thank you.

Hello, I'm seeking details regarding the pay rate for the Customer Service/Tech by Phone position for the [redacted] tax season on the Arise Platform. Despite going through the INTUIT TURBOTAX 12.28.20 certification course, I have not found this information. The instructor suggested contacting TurboTax for clarification. Thank you.

I typically use TurboTax for my taxes. Last year, they deposited my taxes onto a Green Dot prepaid card which I no longer have. The first stimulus check of $[redacted] was also put on that card. Unfortunately, my wallet was stolen, including the Green Dot card. With a second stimulus check on the way, I would like it to be deposited into my regular bank checking account instead. I am unsure how to make that switch. Please assist me in getting the next stimulus check directly deposited into my bank account.

I am having trouble accessing my TurboTax account because I no longer have access to the phone number or email linked to it. I have been encountering issues with my TurboTax card that I received when filing my taxes and receiving my first stimulus payment. Whenever I call customer service, I am unable to get through due to high call volume. When I try to use my social security number online, it says the information provided is not valid. I am also receiving an error message asking me to enter a valid card. Please assist me with this matter. The email address I provided does not match the one on my account. Thank you. - B.J.

I received my [redacted] tax refund on a Turbotax Debit card, but I haven't used the card for a while and never deactivated it. However, when attempting to log into my Turbotax Debit card account, I am repeatedly receiving error messages indicating that my username, password, and card information are incorrect. I have verified that all the details are correct and have not changed since my last card use.

I'm Carter S. I have the Turbodebitcard and the mobile app. However, I'm unable to log in or reset my password. I've tried calling the number on the back of the card 35 times. However, after waiting for about 20 minutes each time, the call gets disconnected. I urgently need access to my account to pay my bills. Could someone assist me, please?

In [redacted], I did not select the box for "spouse can be claimed as a dependent" on my return. However, this box was checked by the system, causing issues with my stimulus check and my ex-wife's tax refund. Turbo Tax's error, as evident from other users' experiences, has impacted me significantly. I have already filed an amended tax return with the IRS but have not received any updates. I am concerned about receiving the [redacted] stimulus and potential future payments. Urgently needing a resolution to this matter before filing for [redacted] taxes, I am seeking guidance on how to ensure I receive the stimulus payments I am entitled to.

I received my first stimulus payment on a TurboTax card from [redacted]. However, I forgot the password to my account and no longer have access to the email and phone number on file. I reported the card lost or stolen and recently received a new one, but there's a security block on my account. I need to reset my password to receive my second stimulus check. My account username is Hayleereann7 with old number ([redacted])-[redacted] and address at [redacted] Otto Rd, Jacobsburg, Ohio, [redacted]. My new number is ([redacted])-[redacted] and email is [redacted] Please assist me with this issue promptly. Thank you.

I am currently waiting on the line to speak with a TurboTax representative. I have a question regarding my second stimulus check, which was sent to my TurboTax card. I am awaiting my new card to arrive in the mail, but when I checked my balance online, it still shows a balance of 0. However, when I called the number on the back of the card, 1-[redacted], and entered my Social Security number, it stated a balance of $1,[redacted]. The card I used was from a previous tax return. Why is there a discrepancy with my online balance? Additionally, when I requested a new card, the previous card was locked. I was informed that the block on my account would be automatically removed once I activate the new card. Can someone confirm if this is true? If not, could you please provide the website or instructions on how to unlock my account once I receive my new TurboTax card in the mail? Thank you. - AH

I usually use TurboTax to file my taxes every year. Unfortunately, my wallet was stolen a few months ago while I was at the store, and it contained my TurboTax/Greendot Walmart card, which means I don't have a way to receive my $[redacted] stimulus check. I now have a regular bank account with Suncoast Credit Union, but I believe it may be too late to update my direct deposit information for the stimulus check. I read online that if anyone didn't receive their stimulus check from the first round or the recent $[redacted] one in December [redacted], they can claim it as a recovery credit when filing taxes this year. I've been trying to contact customer service regarding getting a new card with no luck. I'm feeling very anxious and in desperate need of that money.

In July of last year, I filed my [redacted] taxes using TurboTax, authorizing the IRS and the state of Kansas to withdraw the funds from my savings account. Despite this, no money was withdrawn. I reached out to a TurboTax representative in October, and was advised to contact the IRS directly. Even though I believed TurboTax should handle this since I purchased their top support package, I followed their advice and contacted the IRS. After waiting and being transferred for a couple of hours, I spoke with IRS agent Ms. Smith (ID#[redacted]) who confirmed that my tax return is in their system but is still being processed. The state of Kansas also has not taken the funds owed from my account. I have outstanding balances of $[redacted] to the federal government and $[redacted] to the state of Kansas. How can we resolve this issue together?

I have not received my tax refund approval for the $1,[redacted] stimulus check. I believe there was an issue with the company that handled my tax refund. I am requesting that they deduct their fees and send me the remaining balance by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 6, [redacted]. If this is not addressed promptly, I will need to escalate the matter.

Last year, my spouse and I processed our taxes using TurboTax and received a Turbo card with the first stimulus funds. However, I became suspicious, froze the card, and now have misplaced it. I am uncertain how to transfer the second stimulus payment to my new GreenDot card since I don't know the account number mentioned as [redacted]. Despite receiving a new GreenDot card, it has no funds. I am struggling to reach a customer service representative for assistance.

I used TurboTax to file my taxes in April. After submitting my form, I expected a $[redacted] refund, but it showed that I owe money instead. I quickly filed Form 1040X for amendments. When I contacted the IRS to inquire about my tax status, the automated system indicates that my information is not in their system. I am hoping to speak with a specialist to clarify if I owe taxes for the year and how much. If payment is required, I'd like to know the amounts owed to the state and federal governments and the steps to make the payments. I am looking for assistance from a specialist to determine my tax liability for this year, the total amount due, and guidance on the necessary forms and payment addresses. My last 4 SSN digits are [redacted]. My address is [redacted] W 38th Ave, Denver, CO, [redacted]. Date of Birth: 02/19/[redacted]. Email: [redacted]

I e-filed my taxes on April 8th at 11:25 AM via TurboTax and received confirmation that the IRS received it at 11:26 AM on the same day. TurboTax order number: TTWCC[redacted]86. Today, when I contacted the IRS, they claimed that they have not received my tax return. They insisted that TurboTax needs to provide a confirmation number for them to proceed. I am certain that TurboTax submitted my taxes as I have already received my state refund, and the IRS confirmed the amount of $[redacted]. I did not anticipate this issue and have been patient considering the current situation with the ongoing pandemic. The IRS mentioned they might penalize me and I am worried I might not receive any additional refunds. I am frustrated as I am dependent on DSS support due to a severe illness. I believe I am entitled to my tax refund. Kindly assist me. Thank you, Mary C.

We submitted our [redacted] tax return with you last year, but we have yet to receive it. Additionally, we are awaiting the Stimulus check, which was supposed to be sent to you, but we heard that you might be refusing to accept these payments. We are unsure of the status of both our tax refund and stimulus money. We are reluctant to file this year's taxes with you until we understand why the previous year's refunds are delayed. We kindly request a call back to clarify the situation. Thank you.

I have a block on my current card. I was sent a new card I never ordered, and I need the block removed or a temporary virtual account until my new card arrives. When I call, I wait on hold for over an hour and get disconnected. The person who finally answered didn't identify themselves properly. I was told to call a different number to register my card, but the questions seemed sketchy. I didn't feel comfortable sharing my card details. Now I can't get through to customer service again.

I am inquiring about my boyfriend's and my stimulus checks. I am Susan Traxler. I filed my [redacted] taxes with you last year, which the IRS has on file. I also receive Social Security Survivors benefits due to my disability. I am entitled to the $[redacted] Stimulus check, but all I see on the webpage is that it's not available. I would like to know the status of my $[redacted] Stimulus Check. My partner, Ronald Caruso, is facing a similar situation with his stimulus check. He also filed taxes in [redacted] and receives Social Security due to his disability. Like me, he is eligible for the $[redacted] Stimulus check, but the webpage indicates it is not available. We both want to know where our checks are since the IRS has our information but has not direct deposited anything into our accounts. We are eagerly seeking answers regarding our $[redacted] Stimulus checks.
