I have been a loyal customer for many years. I experienced two different issues recently. First, I was informed that my email, [redacted], was not on record, even though I have used it for at least 25 years. Second, I was unable to log in to Turbo Tax despite knowing my password, "Licensedlarceny," which I used on Monday, March 30th. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I kept receiving a message to wait 15 minutes before trying again, which persisted on Tuesday, March 31st, and even today, Wednesday, April 1st. Since I will need to reset my password, I hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I used TurboTax to file my [redacted] taxes, but I've received 2 letters from the IRS stating that they have no record of my filing. In the past, everything was fine, but TurboTax claims they don't retain copies of previous filings and are asking for a fee to assist. Unfortunately, I recently lost my part-time job, leaving me only with Social Security income, resulting in falling behind on bills. I am financially unable to pay TurboTax more money for something that seems to be their oversight. I urgently need advice on how to resolve this issue as I am struggling to make ends meet. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I have received the refund card, but I am unable to activate it. The activation page is blank, and despite multiple attempts, I cannot activate the card. The Turbo debit card number only leads to an automated system. I am instructed to set up a PIN through the mobile app, but it is inactive. This situation is incredibly frustrating since I have bills to pay using this money. I have been waiting for a response patiently, but have been unsuccessful. I would appreciate prompt assistance and the opportunity to file a complaint. If possible, please contact me soon.

I recently filed for the stimulus payment, but I am struggling to understand the process. I just completed the 16-page form and realized it was more intricate than I expected. Even though I am separated from my spouse for six years and don't typically file taxes, I included myself as married filing jointly. As someone on disability receiving Social Security and SSI benefits with children, I assumed my information was on file. However, upon reviewing the form, I noticed it did not include Kevin, and when I added his name, it classified me as not having a dependent since he doesn't live with me. The complexity of the form is causing confusion, and I want to ensure I am not making any mistakes or facing any issues.

I provided my bank account information for the stimulus check but unexpectedly filed my taxes instead. They requested my [redacted] and [redacted] AGI, which I gave, thinking it was for my stimulus check details. However, I received an email stating that my stimulus registration was rejected due to my taxes already being filed. This is puzzling to me as it seems contradictory. I need this issue to be fixed promptly as I don't want any trouble with the IRS. I also want to ensure that I receive my stimulus check without any further complications.

I used TurboTax to file my taxes, and the refund was sent to a Green Dot card that I never received. After reporting this to Green Dot and receiving a replacement card without the funds, I contacted the IRS for assistance. The IRS advised me to confirm the account and routing numbers used on my return with the tax preparer. Upon speaking with a representative from your company, I was instructed to reach out to Green Dot but was not given the necessary account information from the return. I am seeking urgent resolution and request immediate contact. Thank you.

I received my tax return, which was deposited on an Intuit Turbo Debit card. I am curious if the Coronavirus Stimulus will also be deposited on the Intuit Turbo card or if I need to provide my personal banking information to the IRS. I believe it will be deposited on the turbo card, but I would like confirmation. Thank you.

I'm having trouble inputting my information online. I really need to speak with someone, thank you. I've been trying for an hour without success. As the stimulus payments are expected to go out soon, I'm concerned. If I didn't use direct deposit and utilized my Emerald card for tax purposes, I'm unsure how to receive my payment promptly. Waiting months for a paper check isn't feasible for me. I assumed the IRS would utilize the information linked to my Emerald card, given their promise to use our tax details. However, I can't find a clear answer anywhere. Additionally, I appear to be missing $1,[redacted] from my refund, and I'm unsure of the reason or recipient.

I keep receiving emails asking me to review my tax refund, mentioning there is an issue, but I can't access my account to address it. I need help resolving this matter and understanding what the problem is. Additionally, I require assistance with my TurboTax card. It prompts me to complete a step, but I have done everything on the screen. If there is an additional step I am missing, I would appreciate clarification. Please respond promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

I am receiving emails from TurboTax asking me to review my return, but I am unable to access my account to do so. The emails do not specify the reason for the review, and I need assistance in navigating the platform to identify and resolve any issues. Additionally, although I have completed the steps provided on the TurboTax card, it indicates that I still need to finish registering the card. I may be missing a step and require help in completing the registration process. Thank you, and I anticipate your response.

I am unable to fill out the health insurance form since I am a dependent and do not have this information. My sibling, who is also a dependent, did not have to fill it out. The only person who should provide this information is our dad. Unfortunately, the website's automated system is not helpful, and I am unable to complete my taxes because of this issue. If Turbotax continues to charge for speaking to a human representative without addressing this problem, I will have to switch services.

I've been having trouble accessing my account. Initially, I tried receiving a code via text but was unsuccessful. Ended up requesting a phone call, received a code, followed the instructions, but still couldn't log in. Then, I was directed to a page asking for personal information like name and SSN. I inputted the details and received a code, but the process repeated. Managed to answer security questions, but got stuck again with the code loop. When I tried to submit a form, it asked for an old email I don't use. I usually use my current email, which I couldn't bypass as it was mandatory. I need assistance to access my account by changing my user ID and password with human help. I find dealing with computers frustrating, but I appreciate using TurboTax.

I need assistance with expediting my stimulus deposit on my Turbo card. Today, I got a notification about my $[redacted] deposit, but it will supposedly take two days for Turbo to process it. Despite their claim of direct deposits being available two days faster, it seems to be taking longer in reality. Had I known this earlier, I would have opted for and suggested a different card to my friends that truly processes direct deposits promptly.

I completed my federal and state tax returns on TurboTax for free. At the end, I was asked for info from my [redacted] return, which I didn't have. I printed, signed, and mailed the forms to the IRS and Georgia Department of Revenue. I provided my bank details for direct deposit but have not received the refunds yet. It's been 7 weeks, although the refund was due in 21 days. The IRS "Where's My Refund" tool tells me I'm entering incorrect info and can't provide an update, even though I'm sure I'm entering it correctly. I don't know how to contact the IRS as there are no live representatives available. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My social security number is [redacted]-37-[redacted], my name is Kiran Krishnamurti, the refund amount is $[redacted], and I dated and mailed the forms on 2/19/20 and 2/20/20 respectively. I believe my file should be in your system since I used the online tool. Thank you.

I have been using TurboTax to file my taxes since [redacted], always with my Chase bank checking account. This year, for [redacted], I decided to use the TurboTax card after closing my Chase account due to getting married last year. Despite the IRS stating they would reference [redacted] tax documents, they mistakenly used my [redacted] information to deposit my stimulus check into my old closed account. I am aware it will be rejected, and they will send a paper check, as noted on the IRS website. My concern is that my [redacted] filing address is outdated as we moved in May [redacted]. On my [redacted] return, my current address is updated. I want to ensure the check is sent to the correct location since I am unable to update it on the IRS website, which indicates changes are managed through the tax filing company. I suspect my address was not updated along with my bank information.

I am a 46-year-old man who has been on disability since [redacted] due to multiple back surgeries and other health issues. I receive a monthly check from Social Security that is directly deposited into my account. Since [redacted], my sole source of income has been this disability check, so I haven't filed taxes.
I've checked the IRS website, and it initially mentioned filing a return but later seemed to suggest that those on Social Security/Disability would receive their payment directly. My mother, who is also disabled, lives with me, and I am her caregiver. Like me, her only income is a monthly Social Security disability check.
I tried to use the IRS site to check my payment status, but it seems unavailable, and their phone helpline is now automated without an option to speak to a live person.
I'm curious if individuals in a situation like mine will receive a check or need to file taxes, given that our income consists solely of disability checks.

I am in urgent need of speaking to a representative. This is a complex issue. My spouse and I have always filed taxes jointly until this year. I, the husband, have had no income for the past five years and consequently did not file a tax return. We decided to file jointly this year to update the IRS on our circumstances. However, when we e-filed using TurboTax, the IRS applied our return towards a student loan levy. Despite expecting a $[redacted] stimulus check, we only received one for my wife. Initially, I attempted to file an "online no income tax return," but it was rejected due to our joint filing status. When I used the "Get My Payment" tool and entered my social security number, I received an error message stating that my payment eligibility could not be determined based on available information. I am desperate for assistance and unable to reach the IRS by phone.

Hello, I'm Cristina. I submitted my Tax Return on March 9, [redacted], but it was repeatedly rejected. After receiving an email with instructions, I printed, signed, and mailed the document as per TurboTax's request. Despite this, as of April 18, [redacted], I have not received any updates. I've tried various methods to resolve the issue but have had no success. I kindly request assistance in locating my refund, even if that requires contacting the IRS to track its progress. I opted for direct deposit and am concerned about the delay, especially given the current circumstances with the Coronavirus pandemic.

I used TurboTax to file my taxes on February 17th, along with my fiancé. I filed as independent and received confirmation that my refund was accepted. Despite having the necessary health insurance paperwork, TurboTax did not prompt me to provide that information. While my fiancé received his return in the first week of March, I did not. Later in March, I received a letter from the IRS requesting form [redacted] due to my marketplace health insurance coverage for part of last year. I completed the form to the best of my ability, including sending my marketplace tax information and a spare [redacted] form. I am still waiting for my tax return and concerned about my eligibility for the stimulus check.

I have been using TurboTax for the past 10 years, but this year, I received the Turbo Card, which has been causing me a lot of trouble. I am unable to add money to it at my local money loading station ([redacted]), and I urgently need assistance with this issue. I have been trying to contact customer support, but I keep getting stuck in automated systems with no option to speak to a live person. The chat option is closed due to COVID-19, and this is frustrating because I need help as soon as possible. Additionally, I was expecting my stimulus to be direct deposited onto my Turbo Card, but after updating my information on the IRS website, it now shows that a check will be mailed to me. This delay will result in me being evicted on the 24th, which is when the check is being sent out. I am very disappointed with TurboTax's lack of customer service and communication. I hope they improve their services for other customers. I apologize for venting my frustrations, and I appreciate your understanding.
