Hello. We have been trying to contact you for the past few months, and this will be our final attempt. Unfortunately, the blog playanimaljam was terminated in October [redacted], likely due to its resemblance to an official Animal Jam account. Regrettably, we did not receive any warning email prior to the deletion. Had we been informed of the issue, we would have made immediate changes. Our goal was never to deceive individuals into believing we were affiliated with the official Animal Jam account, but rather to provide humor and storytelling. The termination resulted in the loss of a significant amount of content and effort. If Tumblr decides to reinstate playanimaljam, we are committed to making it clear to our audience that we have no connection to AJHQ. Best regards, the Mods of playanimaljam.

Hello there,
I am seeking assistance regarding my blog on Tumblr. About a year ago, I classified my blog as explicit to avoid children viewing it. However, I mainly post pictures of clouds and sunsets and have never had inappropriate content. Due to this tag, my blog now has no avatar or header, and it is not visible to others. Despite my efforts over the past 6 months to resolve this by emailing, I have not progressed beyond receiving the acknowledgment that my request is under review. I have explained multiple times that there are no flagged posts on my blog and even provided evidence of this. Nevertheless, I am continuously redirected back to the same appeal process. I am simply requesting a quick review of my blog to correct this error and remove the explicit classification. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Kind regards,
Bigfoowel (Tumblr username)

Hello,
I recently discovered that my blog has been flagged as "explicit," my profile header image replaced with a green background, and my profile picture pixelated. I am reaching out to address these issues as my blog is not explicit, but rather raw and occasionally nsfw. Despite deleting previously flagged posts that couldn't be appealed, the problem persists. I attempted to contact support through the Tumblr site, but encountered a glitch preventing me from sending my message. I would like a prompt resolution to this matter and hope to avoid further complications. Thank you.

Hello there. I have a secondary art blog that is somewhat popular on Tumblr. On this blog, I have multiple pages dedicated to different art categories with internal links. Recently, when trying to add a link to one page that already had 93 links, I noticed that all the links vanished after saving the changes. I attempted to re-add the links, only to have them disappear again once saved. This made me wonder if there might be a restriction on the number of links allowed on a single page. I have not found any information regarding this limit, and the specific cut-off number of 92 or 93 seems peculiar. I would prefer not to split the page, so I am seeking a solution or an explanation for this issue.

My blog, nyalbus.tumblr.com, is having issues with sending and receiving messages. This problem occurs across all of my devices, indicating that it's related to the account itself. I have another Tumblr account linked to a different email address, and it can send messages without any problems.
I’ve attempted various solutions and searched through settings and Tumblr’s Help section but haven’t found a resolution. On my computer, clicking on the messaging icon has no effect, preventing me from sending or viewing messages. On my phone, I can't find any messaging options or screens. When I try to message from my other account to nyalbus, there's no option to do so, and attempting to message someone else results in an error message.
I tried updating my email on nyalbus and re-verifying it, but the issue persists. I’m unsure why my messages aren’t functioning correctly and need help resolving this.

Hello, I recently tried to log into my Tumblr account and noticed that it has been canceled. I don't understand why this has happened as I did not receive any prior notice. I suspect it may be due to an accidental reblog without intention.
Could you please inform me about the issue and advise on how I can recover my account? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
Email associated with the account: [redacted]
Thank you and regards,

Hello,
I established my Tumblr account in [redacted] using the email address [redacted] Everything was working fine until recently when I encountered issues with what I initially thought were related to the app. After attempting to troubleshoot by reinstalling the app and logging back in, I discovered that my email address is no longer recognized by Tumblr. Upon checking my email, I noticed unauthorized adult spam links being posted on my account every few minutes. It appears that my account has been hacked, and the associated email address has been changed to [redacted] without my authorization. I have not made this change. I can provide the email notification from Tumblr regarding this email change if necessary. Please advise on how this situation can be resolved. Thank you.

Hello, I'm the user go-be-wild.tumblr.com. I recently switched phones and when trying to log in, I encountered issues. My email and password are correct, but I haven't received an authentication code on my new phone or any authentication app. I started my Tumblr account in [redacted] and my blog has been my source of strength during tough times. Can you reset the two-factor authentication for me? I don't want to lose my blog and the years of effort I've put into it. I'm willing to provide any necessary proof to confirm my identity. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my handle is @lazyquinette. I have been a Tumblr user for over 2 years with this account. Recently, I have noticed a decrease in likes on my posts, particularly in tags like "#persona 4." Despite not sharing any explicit or offensive content, my posts are not appearing in the tags. This has happened multiple times, and now my posts with links for commissions and adopts are also not appearing. I rely on tags to reach a wider audience, and this issue is frustrating me. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your help.

Hello,
I believe my Tumblr blog was mistakenly labeled as explicit. I have checked, and there are no posts that violate guidelines. It has been more than a week since this happened, and I have not received any response. I am having trouble contacting support about this issue as I am unable to submit a message under the correct category. Even when I attempted to use the "something else" category, I did not receive assistance.
I am eager to have my blog restored to its original status. Thank you.

I am unable to access my Tumblr account using a browser. Despite my unchanged phone number, the 2-factor authentication code doesn't come through when I try to sign in with my password. While I am continuously logged into the app on my phone, I prefer creating posts on my desktop, which is currently not an option due to the TFA.
I contacted Tumblr support and heard back from "Alfredo," who suggested generating a backup code, overlooking the fact that it requires logging in via a browser, the very challenge I am facing. Unfortunately, he did not reply after I explained this limitation.
I am looking to connect with a Tumblr representative who can assist with resetting the 2-factor authorization on my account, enabling me to access my account on a browser to modify the settings.

Hello,
I am Aaron, known as WatedtimeEE on Tumblr. I operate the blog AskDawnAndVern with about [redacted] followers. Recently, I encountered technical problems on my PC that led me to clear my browser cache. However, I am now unable to access my Tumblr account. It is prompting me for a 'two-factor authentication' code, which I do not recall setting up. Even if I did, I am not receiving the code on my mobile device. Despite researching solutions, including Tumblr's guide and extensive online searches, I have had no luck. After struggling to contact support, I received a generic response referring to the 'two-factor authentication' guide. Despite following up, I have yet to receive further assistance. I am seeking help to resolve this issue so I can retain access to my blog and update my followers accordingly. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I contacted support a few days ago regarding the issue with the two-factor authentication on my blog. I am currently unable to access my blog, although I am logged into the app on my phone. Unfortunately, the app is not displaying any posts even though it shows that I am logged in. I was instructed to access the security section and generate backup codes, but this option is not available in my settings as shown below. It seems like the app may not support the generation of backup codes. In this case, how can I regain access to my account? As a loyal Tumblr user, I am eager to regain control of my account "friskyflamingo" and I am willing to provide any necessary information. Is there a way I could provide a phone number to receive a code for access?
Best regards,
Yolanda

Hello,
I have been trying to reach out to Tumblr regarding my page DEANNA CICCHINO PHOTOGRAPHY. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my account as I no longer have access to the associated email address. Despite providing my driver's license, birth certificate, and proof of residence, I have not received any assistance. In contrast, Flickr promptly resolved a similar issue with just my driver's license. I am seeking genuine assistance from Tumblr to regain access to my account and delete my photos and account. I kindly request for my email address to be updated from [redacted] to [redacted]
Thank you.

I've had an account since before [redacted], and today, my account was terminated. I had 6 themed blogs where I reblogged content, edited, and wrote my own posts. The handles were: memyselfvstheworld, ambidrama, thewritingfangirl, theuniverseinfluence, enemisuniversee, and thefashiongeeker. The termination seems unwarranted as I don't post NSFW content, spam, run affiliate or business accounts, or bully others. Tumblr appears unaware or unconcerned about my loss. I've been a loyal user for over 8 years, creating content, connecting with friends and mutuals, and engaging with people worldwide. It's disappointing to see the site overrun by porn bots exploiting minors and women, yet my account was canceled for simply making online friends. I hope this was a mistake and my account can be reinstated, even though it seems my community has been taken away from me.

In [redacted], I dedicated several months to crafting a tutorial aimed at Cambridge Glass collectors, focusing on their nude stem glassware. Cambridge Glass was a prominent manufacturer of elegant glassware based in Cambridge, Ohio, during the early to mid-19th century. The nude stem pieces are highly sought-after antiques, often valued between $[redacted] and $[redacted]. These unique pieces all display a nude young woman holding up the glass as the stem.
I had created a Tumblr tutorial that served as a valuable resource for collectors, but unfortunately, it has disappeared. Previously accessible at www.cambridgenudes.tumblr.com, the content is now missing. I seek assistance in restoring this tutorial, as it is an important source of information for enthusiasts.
Thank you,

I have been attempting to access the site for a day now but have been unable to reach my dashboard. I can view individual blogs like my own, but the top-right corner tools and blog search bar are missing. The URL consistently redirects to something related to "privacy/consent" with no content appearing. Even entering the tumblr.com URL results in the privacy/consent page. I am unable to utilize the help form as I require access to the dashboard to complete it. I attempted to email [redacted] but received an error message stating the email couldn't be located or accept mail. This issue is hindering my account access, and I am unsure how to resolve it.

When I was 11 years old, I made the mistake of writing a fake and embarrassing story on a Tumblr page under my real name. Now, whenever my name is Googled, this embarrassing post is one of the first results that show up. It's causing me a great deal of anxiety as I fear it could impact my relationships, friendships, and even future job prospects. I'm considering changing my name legally just to avoid this situation. If Tumblr could delete this post, it would alleviate most of my worries and allow me to socialize without fear. I am willing to provide the URL and any necessary verification if this is something that can be done.

Hello,
I've been having issues with my Tumblr account and blog recently. When I click on certain icons in the dashboard, I get redirected to blank pages. For example, clicking on "explore" or "inbox" leads to blank pages with URLs related to privacy consent. Additionally, trying to access settings or help results in the same issue.
Moreover, a bigger problem is affecting my ability to use my blog. Whenever I attempt to create a new post or edit existing ones, I receive an error message saying, "Error loading forms - Hmm. This doesn't seem to be working. Please try again."
These problems all started a few days ago, and I'm unable to post or edit on Tumblr effectively. My only functioning feature is scrolling through my feed.
I really need assistance to resolve these issues so I can resume posting and utilizing all dashboard functions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you! 😀

Hello,**I am inquiring about the reason for terminating my blog, [redacted], for alleged hate speech. I kindly request evidence to support this decision, as well as information on the reporting user's blog if feasible. I believe that expressing my opinions, while possibly controversial, should not result in the removal of my entire blog without justification.**Furthermore, I urge the platform to enforce restrictions against pornography as I have noticed an increase in explicit content that may not be suitable for all users, particularly minors.**I do not expect an immediate reversal of the ban, as I acknowledge the possibility of my errors. Nevertheless, I advocate for a ban on sexual or nudity-themed blogs to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Words can certainly inflict harm, but visual content often has a more profound impact and is more easily remembered.**If required, I am willing to refrain from discussing political matters on the platform. I would appreciate any opportunity for reconsideration if available.**Thank you,*LN Weber
