I kindly request the phone to be unlocked to enhance the experience of Apple users. On September 13, [redacted], I renewed my service plan for my cellphone ending in [redacted]. Unfortunately, from September 17 to September 21, [redacted], the Mobile Network was down. Today, September 21, [redacted], I contacted Tracfone regarding the issue. The representative mentioned that SIM cards are necessary for phone calls. Despite informing them of my recent top-up last week, they did not clarify if the SIM card would be part of my upcoming Auto refill on September 30, [redacted]. When questioning the representative about the functionality of SIM cards for activities like texting (including GIFs and videos) and calling, they didn't provide a clear answer. I'm still uncertain when my service will resume, and I am seeking further assistance.

I made a payment for my TracFone service three weeks ago, and now my phone has been disconnected even though I have paid up until November 7, [redacted]. I provided all the necessary information, but they are requesting numbers of recent calls that I am unable to provide due to a factory reset two weeks ago. TracFone is now denying me the service that I have already paid for. This situation feels like I am being cheated out of my money, as I paid for a service that I am not receiving.
