I recently bought a new Tracfone smartphone from Walmart to replace my outdated flip phone. I've been a loyal Tracfone customer for years. Unfortunately, the new smartphone stopped working after just one month, and Tracfone instructed me to return it for a replacement, which I did. They sent me a refurbished phone even though I had paid $52 for a new one at Walmart. When I tried to activate the replacement phone, Tracfone had mysteriously deleted my account and phone number. Despite my efforts to get help, they couldn't find my account or service contract, which I had renewed for a year until July [redacted] according to my Visa statement. So now, I am out $[redacted] for the year's service, $52 for the faulty phone, and stuck with a refurbished phone that cannot be activated with my account.

Hello, I am seeking urgent assistance with my Simple Mobile service issues. For the past month and a few days, I have been unable to connect my phone. I have been a loyal Simple Mobile customer for 7 years with the number [redacted]. Recently, I was directed to switch to a new SIM card from Simple Mobile to Verizon, however, I did not receive the new SIM card while I was in Pennsylvania. Upon returning to California, I purchased a new SIM card with the number [redacted][redacted]47 but encountered network issues. After multiple attempts to resolve the problem, I was advised to switch to a Verizon SIM card from T-Mobile and paid for this new SIM as well. Unfortunately, after this change, my phone service was abruptly cut off, and my number was changed to [redacted] without my consent. My entire life, work, and health depend on my original number, and I urgently need it restored. Despite various promises and ticket numbers, the issue remains unresolved. I currently can be contacted via my neighbor's phone at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] My new Verizon SIM card number is [redacted][redacted], and my Mobile IMEI is [redacted][redacted] for my iPhone 11 Pro. I recently bought a new phone that is not working properly. I contacted customer support and spoke with a manager for a total of 3 hours without any success. The next day, they called back with another manager, and after 45 minutes on the phone, the issue still wasn't resolved. When I tried to chat online, I was told my issue was too complicated for that platform. Being a loyal Tracfone customer for years, I have noticed a decline in service quality each time I need assistance. I even experienced being hung up on at one point. Thankfully, I eventually got help from Paul, who managed to fix the problem in just 10 minutes.

I have an active account with Tracfone. Recently, I purchased a new unlocked phone as my previous one was also unlocked. Tracfone informed me that I needed a new SIM card for the new phone. I ordered and received the new SIM card. However, I no longer have my old active phone or SIM. I have attempted three times to activate the new phone using the chat feature on their website and a few self-service options, but each time, I was informed that I needed to handle it via a voice call. Due to recent vocal cord surgery, I am unable to speak at the moment, leaving me stuck in this situation. Interestingly, while I receive ads and purchase confirmations from Tracfone, their support emails do not seem to reach me. I tried to find a support email but it appears there isn't one available.

I recently purchased a new phone to replace my old one. Following Tracfone's suggestion, I ordered and received a new SIM card. After sending my old phone for a rebate and discarding the old SIM card, I placed the new SIM in the new phone. Unfortunately, I've been unable to activate it. Trying the online self-service option, they sent a security code to my old phone which is no longer with me. I then attempted to resolve this through Chat, where they confirmed my identity using a PIN and security question but were unable to assist further and suggested I call support. Unfortunately, due to recent vocal cord surgery, I am unable to make phone calls at the moment. It seems I am caught in a difficult situation and would appreciate having my old number transferred to my new phone with my existing service plan.

I submitted a request for my call detail records but have not heard back after sending a sworn statement. I am specifically looking for my records from July, August, and September [redacted]. Additionally, I would like to understand the process to regularly receive my call details for future months. Is there a direct phone number for the Call Detail Records department that I can reach out to for assistance? I am currently on a Simple Mobile plan and use an iPhone X.

URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED! I made a purchase on 11/30 via Ebay from Tracfone. Despite it being "direct from Tracfone," the phone arrived on 12/3 dead. I followed instructions to return it to IMM Returns / Tracfone without receiving an RMA. The delivery was confirmed on 12/7, yet there has been no response regarding a replacement or refund. Despite multiple attempts with Tracfone ([redacted]) and Ebay, no resolution has been reached. I now have a return label to send it to Texas for credit, but the phone is already with you. Tracfone advised me to contact Ebay for assistance, but Ebay requires confirmation from you of receiving the phone before issuing a credit. Please, can you provide help or guidance on the next steps? I bought a Tracfone Galaxy A03S, model number SM-S134DL, with serial number R9WT4ORYD1J and IMEI number [redacted][redacted] in late October or early November. I also bought a Walmart Family Plan Pay as You Go Card and activated the phone. I used the Tracfone until my plan ended on December 2nd. I now have a Qlink account and want to unlock the carrier on my Tracfone Galaxy A03S so I can use my Qlink SIM card in it.

I received the new Tracfone (Nokia [redacted]) over a week ago. I contacted Tracfone the following day to set up my phone with my old AT&T number [redacted] and account number [redacted]19. I want to keep this number as my old phone is beyond repair. I have only a landline at [redacted]. The new phone's IMEI is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. Despite charging the battery, whenever I turn on the phone to make a call, I get an error saying I am not connected to a network. Customer service said it's "in progress," but after a week and paying for the new phone and a 12-month plan, I'm unable to make calls. I've tried chats, calls, and live reps multiple times. I sent my damaged phone on December 7th (the date it was received by your team), and I am yet to receive a replacement. Throughout this period, I've reached out to your direct response line on 7 different occasions, only to receive varying and conflicting responses. It's now December 28th, and I am still without a replacement phone. I've been informed that the replacement phone I requested is unavailable, despite giving permission for a similar model replacement multiple times. I am concerned about losing my phone number as I've not received a date for a replacement yet. The delay in resolving this has surpassed the 3 to 5 working days timeline stated in your policy, and it's now almost a month. I kindly request urgent assistance as I do not want to risk losing my important contacts due to circumstances beyond my control.

Ticket number [redacted]. On December 5th, [redacted], I reached out to Customer Service regarding my Tracfone not functioning properly when scrolling. The phone number associated is [redacted] under Friedenberg, with the account phone number [redacted]. I was instructed to return the phone for a replacement, which I shipped on the same day and was received by Tracfone on December 14th, two weeks ago. Despite contacting Customer Service four times since then on December 5th, 16th, 19th, and 29th, and being reassured each time that a new phone would be sent from the warehouse, I have yet to receive a replacement phone. I have been without a phone for 20 days now. Today, on December 29th, another warehouse representative confirmed my account details and promised that a replacement phone will be shipped. As a loyal Tracfone customer of over 10 years, I have always been satisfied until now. The lack of action on sending the replacement phone is extremely disappointing. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I recently had a ZTE flip phone that had not used up all its prepaid talk, text, or data. On January 3, [redacted], I suddenly couldn't make calls, receive calls, or text. I contacted the customer service number 1-[redacted]. Unfortunately, they wiped out all my prepaid service, and the phone still didn't work. I spent many frustrating hours on the phone with representatives I had difficulty understanding, trying to fix the issue. The next day, I decided to purchase another cheap flip phone, but after programming it, it only worked once before encountering the same problem. Now, after nine days, I still don't have a working phone. I attempted to buy another model [redacted] phone from Walmart, but they were out of stock. I also checked various dollar stores, but they were all sold out. I'm frustrated and confused about the ongoing issues and lack of available phones.

I didn't receive my phone expiration reminders and missed my renewal. Consequently, I lost all my accumulated minutes, data, and texts. Six nights ago, my new TracFone went missing. I last used it at the Dollar General Store in Ellington, MO, [redacted], between 8:00 and 10:00 P.M. I tried using the "find my phone" option multiple times, and for four days, it showed up at the same Dollar General Store in Ellington, MO, [redacted]. Despite searching the store and asking employees, it's no longer tracking there or anywhere else using the locator. I've contacted TracFone support numerous times without assistance. I have the phone's IMEI, serial, SIM, and phone numbers but can't afford to replace it. Being a long-time customer, I expect better help. I recently lost all the data on my phone, including at least 24GB of carryover data that disappeared. I usually monitor the information on the Tracfone app after purchasing the 30 days of unlimited talk & text and 2GB of carryover data. The last time I added a card was in December of [redacted] with approximately 24GB of data available. Early in January [redacted], both my wife's phone and mine had issues resulting in the loss of all data. My wife managed to have 10GB of her data restored after one phone call and was advised to call back for the additional 20GB. Despite calling multiple times since January, the issue remains unresolved. Each call lasts 1 to 2 hours where I am repeatedly assured the data will reappear after given periods like 30 minutes, 24, 48, or 72 hours. Today alone, I've called four times. In one call, I was provided with ticket #[redacted] to restore the 24GB total, but no additional data appeared on my phone after waiting. Subsequent calls led to conflicting information about the ticket's purpose and hours spent talking to different representatives with no resolution. Despite being informed that the ticket to reinstate the 24GB would take 72 hours, I am skeptical that the data will reappear. The process feels like a series of delays to distract the customer. I'm puzzled why my wife's data could be restored easily while I face such challenges.

I purchased a Galaxy AO3s, which has been in service for 30 days. Unfortunately, Simple Mobile has been unable to assist me, despite providing all requested information. I have been without a phone for over 10 days. As a long-time Tracfone customer, I always used auto-refill and even earned 2 months of free service. However, after my old phone broke, I purchased a new one only to find out that Simple Mobile had taken over my service. The transition has been difficult, as they require new information that I have never had to provide before. Being nearly 70 years old and [redacted]% disabled, living alone in a rural area, I am deeply concerned about not having a working phone in case of emergencies. I need my Blu View 3 cellphone unlocked to use my new QLink SIM card. I was told by customer service that it's not possible, which is frustrating. Being unemployed, I can't afford a new phone and not being able to use my current one puts me in a difficult situation. I can't even contact the unemployment office now. It's disappointing that the company isn't helping loyal customers in need. I won't be using Tracfone again, and I'll share this experience with others.

Last night, I switched from my old flip phone to a new one with Tracfone. After contacting support, we were able to port my number successfully and I received the free year of service on top of my remaining service. The representative tried to determine the remaining balance on my old phone but couldn't find the exact information. I recalled having [redacted] voice minutes, and the rep credited those to me along with one text credit. My son later mentioned that I should have had numerous text credits transferred, potentially hundreds or even thousands. Since I seldom text, I never verified this. I would like to know if there is a way for them to officially confirm the number of text credits that should have carried over from my old phone. I received my service time and the new [redacted] voice minutes and [redacted] texts included in the new phone's package. Thank you for any assistance you can provide!

I purchased a new Moto G Stylus 5G on 01-03-[redacted] from QVC and received it quickly. However, it froze on the Tracfone screen twice within a few weeks. After contacting customer service, I was promised a replacement within 3-5 days, but it did not arrive. I was then instructed to return the broken phone but faced challenges due to a knee injury.
