Hello, I am Kristin Harper and my account email is [redacted] I recently received a notification from Total Wireless stating my device is eligible for unlock. When I tried to check my eligibility using my phone number [redacted] and device, a Samsung Galaxy A32 purchased from Walmart, it mentioned a “service line attached to my phone number.” I am puzzled by this as my account is a single line plan. Your assistance in clarifying this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I am requesting assistance with transferring my phone service from my old TCL phone to a new LG phone under Total Wireless while keeping my same phone number, [redacted]. Yesterday, a Tech Support agent assured me she would handle the transfer, but after my old phone stopped working, the new phone was not activated. As a result, I am currently without phone service and unable to make calls. I must note that I forgot to inform the Tech Support agent that the new phone displays the message "Invalid SIM card" and "Mobile Network Unavailable", even though I typically use the TCL phone successfully in the same location. Your assistance in resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated. - Dan

I provided details about the situation, and instead of receiving assistance from the lady or the man, they instructed me to contact customer service. If calling was an option, I wouldn't be resorting to live chat. I've been without a phone since yesterday and can only communicate over Wi-Fi, forcing me to stay near a McDonald's. Being unfamiliar with this state as a visitor, the lack of assistance is frustrating. After being redirected several times, I've been in the car for over an hour in the intense Arizona heat. I urgently need this issue resolved promptly. Kindly direct me to someone to speak with, as I am unable to make phone calls.

I was charged over $[redacted] for other people's bills, and when I requested a refund, they insisted on deactivating not just my phone, but everyone else's phone lines too. This left me without service for two days, and despite numerous calls, my phone remained deactivated. Although I did eventually get my money back, dealing with their customer service was frustrating as I kept going in circles over the same issue. This has happened before, and now, when I want to switch to a different service and unlock my phone, they are insisting I stay with them for an additional 60 days because they deactivated my phone without my consent. I'm very disappointed with this situation and I am considering switching to a different provider.

Hello,
I am reaching out regarding my Total Wireless Samsung A10e phone with the number [redacted]. Even though I activated the phone last month, I am experiencing issues with making outgoing calls. Each time I try to call, I get redirected to a message saying, "Thank you for calling migration support line." I have contacted Total Wireless twice, and they have attempted to fix the problem by updating the software to Android 11.0 and running system checks and reboots. The most recent technician mentioned that the phone seems fine, and they suspect an issue with a nearby tower. However, after two weeks, the problem persists. Seeking a second opinion, I consulted a Samsung specialist at a computer/phone repair shop who shared the same view as the Total Wireless technician. They also mentioned a possible tower issue. I am hopeful that you can assist in resolving this matter. Thank you.

My name is Jennifer Cronin, and I have been using my Total Wireless cell phone number [redacted] for the past 3 years. To regain access to my accounts and emails like [redacted] and [redacted], I need my phone number back. I'm wondering if I can use my old Verizon flip phone or TCL track phone instead. Please contact me at +[redacted]5 to assist. Thank you.

My outgoing caller ID is displaying the name of an individual who has caused me harm. The situation occurred after Verizon took over Total Wireless. Despite having a consistent name without any changes, this distressing turn of events happened. Since I do not hold a Verizon account, they are unwilling to assist me. Total Wireless claims they cannot modify the CNAM and suggest I contact Verizon for resolution. Despite reaching out to Total Wireless multiple times, they have been unable to address the issue. This situation not only causes me distress but also leads to embarrassment when reaching out to businesses or individuals who do not recognize the displayed name. I am hopeful that Total Wireless can liaise with Verizon to rectify the name displayed on my outgoing caller ID, given my inability to communicate directly with Verizon on this matter.

I recently had a $50 plan that my father purchased for a Total Wireless phone. I was offered to add a second line for $10, believing that both lines would have the same $50 service. However, after adding the second line, my plan was downgraded to a $10 one, and I lost my original service. I intended to benefit from the additional line, but this mistake occurred. I would like my service restored to the original plan.

My phone stopped charging on the 8th, and I am looking for information on where and how to get my Blu View 2 B1300L phone repaired. I am also curious about the potential cost of the service. While I wait for my phone to be fixed, I need to know if there is a way to suspend my phone data to avoid losing it. I have confirmed that my cord and power box are functional as they work with other devices.

I am currently having issues transferring my number from Total Wireless to Q Link. Q Link has provided me with numerous incorrect numbers, leading to my phone being locked for 24 hours multiple times. Despite working on this for five days, I have made no progress. I urgently need the correct pin to use my phone, especially since my service will be shut off on the 16th. I have health concerns and living alone, with my children two hours away, makes having a working phone essential for emergencies. I am in a difficult financial situation and rely on food stamps and section 8. It's been a challenging process, and I fear not having a phone available. Any assistance or advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Six days ago, I began the process of transferring my Total Wireless number to Q Link. However, my phone is SIM locked and I require a PIN code to remove the lock for the transfer. Despite receiving over [redacted] codes from them, I remain unable to progress. My phone is scheduled to be disconnected on the 16th, and due to health reasons, I must have a phone as I live alone. The issue lies solely in obtaining the correct SIM lock code to finalize the transfer to Q Link. I am puzzled by the delay and frustrated at the repeated unsuccessful attempts to unlock my phone.

I had to call to transfer my phone number because my phone was broken. I informed the representative about my stolen wallet, so I no longer have the card linked to my account. They sent me a new card, and my phone bill is already paid. I should be able to transfer my number as I have another phone from the same company. As my service is prepaid, I never set up a PIN, but the representative kept requesting it, which I didn't have. My phone is essential for work as I clock in and out using it. I really need to transfer my old phone number. The customer service rep's name is Mae, ID# [redacted].

I am trying to activate a phone, but it seems like the SIM card may have been compromised as the phone was returned to the store. Additionally, I purchased a minutes and data card, but it shows as used, and I am unsure where the minutes went since the phone still requires activation. I want to start fresh by buying a new phone, considering something more advanced than the previous one that I accidentally damaged. I also hope to track down the missing minutes, if possible, and explore acquiring a hotspot device instead of another phone.

I currently have 8,[redacted] rewards points on the site but I require 8,[redacted] points to maintain my grandfathered $85/3 line/60 gig plan. However, the website did not apply my points as expected. I contacted customer service for assistance, but they were unable to apply my points. They informed me that I do not have enough points without specifying the exact number needed for the 3 line plan. They only provided information for the 1 and 2 line plans, which was not helpful. During the conversation, one representative claimed my IMEI didn't exist, while another stated my SIM card was non-existent. Despite this, they were able to verify my information by sending a confirmation text. I am eager for my points to be credited. Does anyone happen to know a customer service email address or a US-based phone number I could use to resolve this matter?

I am experiencing difficulties transferring my number to Verizon. Initially, I was informed that it would take a maximum of 24 hours. When the number did not port, I called again and was asked for the PIN and account number. Even after explaining that everything had been completed, we had to restart. During this process, my phone is missing, and the representative mentioned that without the code sent to my phone, the validation process might not be completed. I believe there should be a solution to this as I recently discovered that the number must be ported over upon request. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Good morning. I am encountering an issue with Total Wireless. Since October [redacted], they have been charging my credit card twice each month for services. In September [redacted], I faced service issues. Despite contacting Total Wireless and believing the problem was resolved, a new problem arose. Our service plan for two lines costs $60.00 plus tax, but Total Wireless has been charging for four lines - two on my phone and two on my wife's phone. We have contacted customer service, but have struggled to communicate with them effectively. During our last interaction, a representative suggested resolving the matter with the credit card company, but they can only investigate within a limited timeframe. Consequently, Total Wireless owes me for over a year's worth of double billings. I am open to receiving a refund or a credit to my Total Wireless account. Thank you for your assistance. My Total Wireless phone numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. - Richard W.

I lost my phone and purchased a new one. I paid my bill for the lost phone number and attempted to transfer it to my new device, but encountered an issue. Although I provided the correct pin number, the service provider requested two to three frequently called phone numbers from my lost phone. Unfortunately, I do not have this information memorized as my phone stored it. Without access to my old number, I am unable to retrieve my password for my Google account. It's a frustrating situation.

My phone has been malfunctioning for about a week now. The internet is not working properly, and I keep getting server issues. It hardly works on wifi and when I try clicking on websites to open in a browser, it's extremely frustrating. From what I've read, this model has known issues with connecting to the internet and 5G. I would like to exchange this phone for a different model as it's becoming practically unusable. I have tried resetting the network, and although Bluetooth connects fine, the problem persists. It's only been in my possession for 3 weeks. Please allow me to exchange my phone as I believe that getting a different model is the only solution to this persistent problem.

Today, Total Wireless unexpectedly deactivated my phone and claimed my bill was due on August 14, [redacted]. I have spent the entire day intermittently trying to resolve this matter. Due to my fixed income, I typically pay my bill around the 25th of each month as it is a recurring expense. After contacting my online bank, they provided me with evidence of the payment made on July 26th. With this proof, my phone service should not have been interrupted. I attempted to email Total Wireless this evidence, but they were unable to provide me with an email address for submission. Unfortunately, one customer service representative abruptly ended our call, while another stated they do not have an email contact. I am unsure of the next steps to take in resolving this issue.
