Upon re-entering the app, my account simply disappeared, along with all my photos, matches, and chats. Tinder suggested creating a new one. I tried to recover the account via the phone number I used to register, but Tinder says: "Too many unsuccessful attempts, please try again later," even after waiting a whole day. Trying to recover it via email also fails, stating: "This email is not associated with any Tinder account." I don't understand where all my information went — photos, chats, matches. Why can't I log in using the phone number I registered with? I will provide my phone number linked to the Tinder account, email, and registration name. I noticed an unauthorized Tinder charge of $29.99 on my bank card from 2/5/[redacted]. I have never used Tinder or visited the website. Hello, around a month ago, I attempted to access my Tinder account but discovered it had been banned. This was quite surprising to me as I have been a long-time user of the app and believed I had not violated any rules. Despite reading the community guidelines multiple times, I remained unsure about the reason for the ban. Following a difficult breakup, I discovered my ex's associates were orchestrating my removal from the platform through false reports. Despite my appeals to Tinder, my pleas have fallen on deaf ears. Other dating apps do not compare, and I simply desire a fair chance to utilize the platform like my peers. I even proposed a trial period to prove my adherence to the terms of service. I have been facing issues with my account on the phone app. Despite creating a new account and verifying it, my original account was still banned, though I did not violate any rules. I recently got a notification from Tinder stating that my account has been banned while I was vacationing in Morocco. Tinder asked me to verify my account with a photo, which I promptly did. I've been trying to understand why Tinder believes I violated their terms, but I haven't been successful in getting any clarification.
