I stopped using Tinder over two years ago, and recently lost my job. I reviewed my bank statements for this year and noticed Google charged £92 from my account. If it wasn't for my job loss, I might not have noticed. I need to monitor my expenses until I find new employment. Email is the best way to communicate with me at [redacted] A friend confirmed Tinder was stopped for me. I want you to verify I haven't used Tinder and refund the money taken this year. I expect an email from you confirming you won't charge my account anymore. Please respond via email; you have all my account details. Malcolm Tedham

I was using Tinder and then switched to Snapchat. When I returned to Tinder, I was logged out. I attempted to log back in using my phone number, but despite receiving a code, I did not receive any messages. After finally logging in, I noticed that all my matches and messages were gone. Following Tinder's advice to log out and log back in, I now find myself unable to access my account again. I have attempted different methods, such as using my email and phone number, but have had no success.

Yesterday, I was logged out of my account automatically, and I've been unable to log back in as it prompts me to create a new account. I had already linked my account to Tinder three months ago and used my phone number to sign in. I contacted customer support, and they mentioned the possibility of me unintentionally creating two accounts with the same phone number, resulting in the deletion of my old account. However, I believe I should have been notified if this was the case instead of my old account being deleted without warning. I am desperate to restore my account as I have important connections on there. If there is any way to retrieve my account or locate someone I met on the app, I am willing to provide any necessary information like my phone number, Facebook, or Google account details. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently purchased Tinder Gold with a 6-month payment on 10/29/[redacted], set to renew on 4/29/[redacted]. Now, I need to cancel my subscription but encountered an issue due to freezing my bank account. Since I can no longer access my subscription through Google Play, I am unable to cancel it. While I won't be charged while my account is frozen, I would like to ensure I won't face unexpected charges when I reactivate it. Any advice on resolving this would be appreciated. Thank you, Vuk.

The matches on Tinder keep repeating. I see the same people over and over, not just occasionally. It happens every time I log into Tinder. It doesn't make sense for the exact same people to be creating new profiles every few minutes. It's not an issue with my internet connection, which works well with both Wi-Fi and 3G. This has been going on for a few weeks now. Even when I switch to my passport, the matches keep repeating. I've tried everything - creating a new account, uninstalling and reinstalling the app - but the profiles keep repeating. The same people keep showing up. I've upgraded to Tinder Plus and now I'm paying for a service with this issue.

I am seeking assistance as I have been facing challenges with Tinder's Customer Service. Recently, due to a prank by my roommate, my account was banned for violating terms of service. It is crucial to mention that I am a rape survivor and on the autism spectrum, which makes it hard for me to connect with new people in person, making Tinder an important means of social interaction for me. Despite multiple emails explaining the situation, I only received automated responses stating the terms of service violation. Even after my roommate contacted Tinder to confirm the accidental banning caused by his prank, my account remains banned.
I initially just wanted my account reinstated but the lack of understanding and compassion from Tinder's Customer Service has left me feeling unheard and disbelieved. It is vital for me to have my account restored not only for normalcy but also to feel validated and supported. I hope this message reaches someone who can assist in resolving this issue promptly and effectively while improving the quality of Tinder's Customer Service for the future.

Hello,
I have recently had an issue with Tinder Gold, and although it was resolved, a new problem has emerged. Despite the widespread advertisement of the "passport" feature, which has been displayed all over the app during the pandemic, using it may have led to my profile being banned from reaching new active matches. I am a paying monthly subscriber, and I expect the service to function properly. If the issue cannot be resolved, I would appreciate a refund. It is disheartening as I have had positive experiences and made good connections on the app. I am not a bot, as my Spotify and Instagram accounts are linked, and I used to receive matches regularly. It is frustrating to now not receive any matches. If my profile is banned due to the travel feature, which has been heavily advertised, it is unfair given it is part of my premium plan. I recently used a super boost and got no matches, indicating a potential ban or shadowing of my profile.
Thank you,
D.M.

Hello, my name is Alissa Cohen. I wanted to share my experience of being banned from Tinder. Recently, I matched with Andrew Silverman on the app. Our meeting took a terrible turn as he behaved inappropriately towards me. I was left feeling violated and upset. I hope that Tinder reopens my account and takes action against Andrew. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to using the app again soon. Best regards, Alissa Cohen.

Last night, I matched with a guy on Tinder. After chatting, we connected on Snapchat. I must admit we shared some inappropriate content, which I know is against Tinder's rules. However, after he blocked me and disappeared, I fear he might misuse that material. I couldn't find him on social media, which makes me think he wasn't honest about who he is. I'm concerned for my privacy and safety in case he shares the content. Please assist by banning his account, not mine. His name is Kayden, 19, a student at Napa Valley College, with only 2 photos on his profile. Please, I need your help and understanding, don't penalize me.

I encountered issues with using Tinder when I first downloaded it during my senior year of high school. Upon downloading, the app had problems opening and constantly required me to log in. Eventually, it stopped opening altogether, leading me to uninstall it. After a few months, I attempted to reinstall it, only to find out that I was banned without any clear explanation. I reached out to support twice but was informed that the ban couldn't be lifted. Recently, I tried to reinstall Tinder again, only to discover that I am still banned. I am unsure of the reason for the ban or which community guideline I may have violated. I have heard positive feedback about Tinder from my friends and would like the chance to use the app to find a meaningful connection as I've had no success with other platforms. I am now 19 years old and have been single for three years, genuinely seeking to meet someone. I kindly request to be given the opportunity to rejoin Tinder. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Justin W. E.

During my senior year, I encountered issues with the app I downloaded. It would frequently log me out, forcing me to log in each time I opened it, until eventually, I couldn't access the app at all. After uninstalling it, I tried to reinstall it a few months later, only to discover I was banned for allegedly violating a community guideline. Despite contacting support multiple times, I received the same response that nothing could be done. I genuinely don't know what I did wrong, so I'm reaching out to understand the ban and request to be reinstated. I believe the app could help me connect with someone special as other apps have not worked for me. Many of my friends recommend Tinder, and I've been single for three years now, hoping to give it another try. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Justin W. Ewert

During my senior year, I encountered issues with the app. It kept logging me out each time I opened it, and eventually, I couldn't even access it. After uninstalling and attempting to download it again months later, I found out I was banned for allegedly violating a community guideline without knowing which one. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times and receiving the same unhelpful response, I still don't understand why I was banned. I hope to regain access as I haven't had success with other dating apps and really want to connect with someone on Tinder, which my friends recommend. Being single for three years, I'm eager to use the app again to find someone special. Please reconsider reinstating my account.

I recently subscribed and updated my profile with sincere information on my interests. Although I'm deployed with the US Army and not actively using the app due to my location, I adjusted my location settings to Ohio in hopes of connecting with nearby individuals. I am frustrated that my account was reported, leading to a ban, as I strive to maintain professionalism. I've grown since my earlier days on the app and now value respect and dignity in my interactions. It's perplexing why I was banned and I'm eager for assistance in resolving this issue so I can engage with potential meaningful connections. To verify my identity, my Instagram handle is nationalmrdean, and I assure you that I am genuine about my intentions of engaging respectfully on the platform.

I downloaded Tinder over a month ago but have had no luck getting matches despite swiping right. Even when I tried with supermatches, no matches came through. Eventually, my account stopped showing any new candidates to swipe on and kept crashing when I tried to use it. I attempted to delete my account numerous times from both my phone and laptop, but each time it failed. I simply want to remove my account to ensure it's no longer visible to others. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am having trouble sending my complaint to Tinder contacts and would like to address it regarding their app.
I've been using Tinder for 18 months, switching between Gold and regular modes. I've spent over £[redacted] on this app. Lately, I've noticed that the profiles shown to me don't match my preferences. Some individuals I've swiped left on keep reappearing, and I'm being shown people far beyond my set radius.
Additionally, not having an Instagram account seems to affect my visibility. Despite getting likes within my area, they don't show up until I buy Gold. Features like super boosts and notifications about likes have been misleading, leading me to doubt the app's integrity. The lack of matches and the feeling of not getting what was promised have left me dissatisfied with the service.
If my concerns aren't addressed promptly, I'll have to discontinue using Tinder due to these ongoing issues and questionable tactics.
Sincerely,
B.K.

Hello,
I am Tanarius Stuart and I have encountered a problem with my Tinder account. Despite being a long-time user, I had to delete my account due to lack of matches and responses to my messages. It appears that I have been shadow banned, as my swipes were not being reciprocated. I confess that on my previous account, I violated the terms of service by indiscriminately swiping right on everyone. I sincerely apologize for this behavior and hope to be given a second chance to use Tinder correctly. As a genuine user looking to connect with others in my new town, I value the opportunity to engage positively on the app. Please consider unbanning my phone number and device so I can enjoy Tinder in adherence to the rules. Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Tanarius

Hello,
I am writing to address an issue I encountered on Tinder. After using the app for a while, I noticed a decrease in matches and suspect I have been shadow banned. Upon researching, I realized that my behavior of swiping right on everyone violated the terms of service. I sincerely apologize for this mistake and assure you it won't happen again.
I kindly request to be unbanned from Tinder to use it properly. Despite creating new accounts, I faced the same issue of matches dropping suddenly after the first day. I am eager for another chance to engage with the app in the correct manner as I understand its value for meeting new people and dating.
Thank you for considering my request.
Sincerely,
Tanarius Stuart

Hello,
I encountered an issue when attempting to update my phone number on the app. I needed to use my friend's phone number (07[redacted]80) as mine wasn't functioning properly. Whenever I tried to sign up, after entering the code, it redirected me to the home page. When I tried to update the number, the app logged me out. Upon trying to log back in, I received a message stating that I have been banned for violating terms and conditions. I have always used the app appropriately, with respect for others, without using any inappropriate language or images. I even paid for additional features to enhance my experience. I had enjoyable conversations, making this ban perplexing and frustrating as I believe I did not breach any rules.

Hello,
I am a long-time Tinder user, Tanarius Stuart. Recently, I have noticed some issues with my account. It seems like my device, email, and phone number have been shadow banned from using Tinder. Initially, I would get matches and messages, but suddenly, they stopped coming the next day. Even while swiping, I noticed a lack of matches, and some users mentioned not receiving my messages.
I acknowledge that I may have violated Tinder's terms of service by excessively swiping right on my first account. I understand my mistake and am eager to use Tinder appropriately if given the chance.
I believe my account is being hidden from other users, and I would greatly appreciate it if this could be rectified. I simply want to use Tinder to connect with new people.
My Tinder account is under the username Tanarius. You can reach me at Tamariusstuart[at]yahoo.com or [redacted]. I am hoping for a prompt resolution.
Thank you and have a wonderful day,
Tanarius
