I haven't used my Tinder account in about 2 years since I've been in a relationship. Recently, I unexpectedly received a text with a Tinder verification code. This has stirred up a big argument with my current partner, which is really unfair. Could you please send me an email with my login history to reassure my partner? This situation has unnecessarily stressed both of us out.
Thanks,
K.

I canceled my Tinder account two years ago and am now married. Please remove my private details from the site as they are still visible which I find highly illegal. I am concerned about my safety as I believe someone has set up a fake account to contact me. Please remove my information promptly to ensure my safety. Thank you.

I am experiencing an unusual issue since yesterday at 8:00 PM as I am unable to receive any verification codes. Typically, I receive a code via text message when attempting to log in. I considered the possibility of being banned due to frequent logouts, but without any error message or notification, this seems unlikely. Despite multiple attempts, no verification codes are coming through. I am unsure of the next steps to regain access. Could you please advise on whether there is a ban in place or provide a solution to this issue? Thank you.

My Tinder account has been blocked, presumably due to inactivity, as I have never used inappropriate language or violated any rules. I was inactive for personal reasons but now want to get back into dating. I contacted Tinder through email, and received an automated response saying bans cannot be reversed. I am disappointed by this and feel it's unfair given my situation. Could you please reinstate my account? I promise to be active and engaged, as my goal is to meet someone through the app. Thank you, Abby.

Hello,
I registered on Tinder today for a one-month subscription but was double-charged. I intended to upgrade to Tinder Plus, as I had used it previously, but I couldn't view my likes as before. I had to upgrade to Gold today to see people. During the process, I was instructed to pay the difference of $13.99 to do so. However, my credit card was charged an additional $46 instead. This resulted in a total charge of $80 for one month, which I find unreasonable and upsetting. I would appreciate a refund promptly.

In March [redacted], I created a Tinder account and purchased a one-month subscription using a debit card. However, I inadvertently got charged for an auto-renewal in May after deleting my account. I tried to transfer the subscription to a new account using the same email, but it didn't work. This cycle has been repeating for the last 8-9 months, with RS [redacted](INR) being deducted on the 27th of each month. I urgently need help to resolve this issue.

I have attempted to contact Tinder multiple times without any response. The customer service number listed on their website appears to be non-functional. Despite updating the app, I am still experiencing issues with it not showing any users on my discovery page. I value using this app to connect with others and would like to continue, but the lack of customer support is frustrating. Unfortunately, I am unable to find an option to stop paying for the service within the app or in my iTunes account.

Hello,
I am reaching out regarding my banned account. I have been using it to connect with fellow creatives as an artist. I have been a Tinder Plus subscriber for over a year, and I recently found my account banned without any explanation or refund for the remaining months on my subscription. After reviewing the Terms and Conditions, I am confident that I did not violate any guidelines. I have attempted to contact Tinder via email, but have not received a response. Could someone please direct me to the appropriate department to investigate this matter further? Thank you.

I am having issues seeing profiles on Discovery even though I have Tinder Plus. I have tried everything to fix it, but there seems to be a problem with my account. When I traveled to Exeter from London, I thought I would see more profiles, but that hasn't been the case. I have tried swiping in different locations like the 25th floor, countryside, and uni library with no luck. I even considered if people reported me for replying late to messages. I have decided to cancel my Tinder Plus subscription for now and might create a new account if this continues. Despite support suggesting to reinstall the app, now I can't even log in - it's frustrating. The automated responses I receive don't address my concerns, and I feel unheard. I used to be able to message matches, but now I can't even log in.

Hello. I'm unsure if this is the right contact for Tinder, after searching for a long time. I recently reactivated my account after a break and was offered a 50% discount on a month of Gold membership, but the offer disappeared quickly. I found it interesting as I've had little success on Tinder before. However, after the offer vanished, I suddenly had 7 likes from people. It feels suspicious. I'm questioning if Tinder is manipulating users to purchase full-price membership after showing a discounted offer briefly. This has deterred me from using Tinder further. I'm puzzled by this situation and hope for an explanation. Thank you. - Tapani

Hello,
I recently engaged in a conversation on Tinder with a user named "brissym." Our interaction was very promising. Today, another Tinder user named "Marco" appeared as a match and messaged me. As I tried to access "brissym's" messages, I kept seeing messages from "Marco" instead. After attempting to unmatch with Marco, "brissym" was inadvertently deleted. It is disappointing as I saw potential in our connection and would like the chance to rematch. I believe this issue was due to a glitch in the app.
Thank you for addressing this matter. You can reach me at [redacted] or at [redacted] in Australia.
Regards,
Norah O. (Norma)

Hello,
I have been using Tinder for a while, but my profile got removed for supposedly breaking the rules. I reached out to Tinder previously but didn't get any response. Every time I try to use my phone number to sign in, it says my account is blocked and deleted. Recently, I had an unpleasant experience on a date arranged via Tinder. I chose not to engage in any intimate activities, and the person I met started harassing me and eventually reported my account. My profile clearly stated my intentions of looking for a date or relationship with some photos and a brief description. I don't understand what I did wrong to deserve getting blocked. It seems very easy for someone to get another person's account blocked on Tinder. Please address this issue promptly and respond, as I have never experienced such lack of communication from Tinder before. Thank you for your attention.
Best regards,
Roberto

I recently created an account on Tinder and discovered yesterday that my account had unexpectedly logged out. Today, I was surprised to find it was banned without any prior warning of violence. I would like you to review my account before deletion because I haven't violated any terms. I reside in Korea and I'm interested in meeting women from the Philippines, so I adjusted my location accordingly. While browsing, I noticed several fake and aggressive profiles, so I swiped left frequently. I only politely inquired about gender before chatting, and I always respect individuals' preferences. Could you please reinstate my account? Being in a foreign country, I genuinely seek meaningful connections, and Tinder's sudden ban without warning is confusing. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you, Tinder, for your help.

Hello Tinder Team,
I've noticed a recurring issue with my Tinder profile and believe I have finally found solid evidence of a bug in the application. Here's the situation:
Over a long period of time, I've had very few matches (only 7 in 5 years) despite having what I believe to be a well-optimized profile, which my friends have also confirmed. Moreover, the women I match with tend to quickly disappear and rarely ever respond (except for 2).
This past weekend, I conducted a test while out in the countryside with friends. One of them suggested we both log onto Tinder, reduce the geographic search distance to one kilometer to quickly find each other, mutually match, and see what happens. She found me, liked my profile (which I saw), then a few seconds later, I came across her profile, liked her... and nothing happened :) ! I should have received a match, but I didn't. This test only solidified my belief that there is indeed an issue with my profile. I should note that my friend has no issues with her profile and gets plenty of matches.
Could you please take a look to see if there is a problem and advise on how to resolve it?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best wishes and have a great day.

I accidentally left my wallet in someone's car after meeting them on Tinder. They led me on for two days, promising to return it but never did. I had no money for gas or food, and even my social security card was in my wallet. Despite offering to pick it up, the person made excuses and refused to return it. I threatened to involve the police, and only then did they allow me to retrieve it. Subsequently, they reported me on Tinder, resulting in my ban. While I may have persistently messaged them due to being ignored while my wallet was withheld, I would like you to investigate this situation. I believe I was a victim, but I will accept the ban if you disagree. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I recently came across an ad for the Tinder app and decided to download it on my phone. I paid for a premium feature using my phone number ([redacted] - AK). However, as I didn't get any matches and lost interest in the app, I deactivated and uninstalled it. Surprisingly, after about 15-20 days, an amount was automatically deducted from my account by Tinder, which has left me feeling frustrated. I request a refund of approximately [redacted] rupees and ask that no further unauthorized deductions occur. This experience feels unfair to me, and I hope to resolve this matter promptly. You can reach me for any further assistance at [redacted].

I uninstalled the app after inviting a girl over, but she behaved strangely, so I stopped talking to her. When I tried to reinstall the app, I realized I was banned. I believe I am the victim in this situation. I still have her number and can provide it to ensure the actual offender is banned. She exhibited strange behavior like wanting sex, food, and not wanting to leave my place for 2-3 days despite me asking her to. I never had any physical interaction with her. When I stopped giving her things, she left angrily. I agreed to let her sleep over, but it was purely platonic. I'm confused why I'm banned when I was the one who had a negative experience with a gold digger who invaded my space.

Hello, I need assistance with my banned account on Tinder. I'm uncertain about the reason for the ban and would appreciate it if you could investigate. Recently, I connected to my Tinder account through a friend's computer using Chrome incognito mode while my phone was charging. Subsequently, I attempted to log in on my phone, only to discover my account had been banned. I suspect there may have been some confusion on Tinder's part, possibly due to the overlapping logins on my Facebook and my friend's Facebook. While using both regular and incognito windows, I acknowledged my mistake. My friend, whose account is also banned, regularly uses Tinder. He encouraged me to return to the platform and purchase Tinder Gold, which led to this predicament. I'm worried he will be upset with me. Could you please help us both regain access to our accounts? I confirm that the account in question is mine, and the other belongs to my friend. Thank you for your assistance.

In January, I had purchased Tinder. Although my subscription had expired, I maintained my profile assuming I had canceled the renewal. After verifying in my Apple settings that my subscription had indeed expired in January, I was surprised to receive an email confirming a new charge for the following month, as seen in my bank account. When I contacted Tinder Support, I was advised to visit iTunes, access my Purchase History, and report the issue. However, upon checking, there was no record of the transaction, making it impossible for me to report the problem. This situation feels suspicious, almost as if it could be a fraudulent activity from Tinder.
