I recently posted a TikTok video on @camxd131 but had it on private to save it, not realizing it would cause any issues. I made sure not to show my HEALED self-harm scars, as those videos often get removed by TikTok. However, even though the video was private, TikTok took it down and banned my account permanently. I tried to appeal, but it was denied. I have also emailed their support, but I suspect it won't be of much help. Please, could you restore my account access? I put a lot of effort into building that account, and this seems like a misunderstanding.

Despite multiple attempts to contact TikTok through the app, website, and emails, there has been no response. This account was crucial to my career and had nearly 600k followers. I always adhered to guidelines, and past video reviews were overturned. I previously submitted proof of ID to join the creator fund, which requires proof of being over 18. Feeling frustrated and upset as I believe the ban was an error but cannot get a response from TikTok.
