Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I bought a standard 3-day camping ticket (Fri 24 Aug – Sun 26 Aug) for Creamfields on 08/08/[redacted]. Regrettably, the ticket has not been delivered to me yet.
I currently reside in Jersey in the Channel Islands, and my flight is scheduled for Friday morning. Without the ticket, I will miss the festival.
I purchased the ticket from Ticketmaster and here are the order details:
Ticketmaster Order Number: 9-[redacted]/UK4
I kindly request urgent assistance in resolving this matter and would appreciate your prompt response. If needed, please feel free to contact me directly on my mobile [redacted].
I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
Best regards,

On Monday, I tried to buy iKON tickets on Ticketmaster. Although I had CAT1 tickets in my cart, the order did not go through, and I had to settle for Rock Zone tickets.
Recently, it was revealed that Ticketmaster allocated seats to other sellers like Tang Events and Yes Asia Boxhill before the official sale, without notifying the public.
I am requesting to exchange my 3 Rock Zone tickets for 3 CAT1 tickets with the price difference refunded per ticket. Ticketmaster's actions were deceiving, as they did not disclose all available seats, making this request reasonable. Please contact me via email for further discussion, and I can provide my phone number if needed.
Thank you.

I recently tried to reach out to the Ticketmaster fan club email, but I have not received a response yet.
I made a mistake while booking tickets for the 7pm showing of Wicked in NYC this Saturday. Due to a mix-up, I accidentally booked the tickets for last Sunday. I was preoccupied with my mother's hospitalization at the time, and I booked ticket insurance knowing I might need to cancel the outing. Sadly, my mother passed away, and we are still going ahead with the trip.
Had I noticed the error sooner, I would have contacted you or made a claim through the insurance. Now that I have realized the mistake, I am wondering if it's possible to transfer the unused tickets to this Sunday, the 16th. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
K. Magill

I am frustrated by the recurring error messages I am receiving when trying to purchase tickets on Ticketmaster. The message advises me to use a different device, which is not a feasible solution as I have successfully ordered tickets on this same device before. I need Ticketmaster's customer service to address this issue promptly, as I am missing out on opportunities to purchase tickets. Despite receiving messages from Ticketmaster on my phone, I am unable to proceed with my purchases. I am a legitimate user who buys tickets for personal use, and it is concerning that this problem has not been resolved since my previous complaint on September 11th. I need assistance to rectify this situation and ensure that I can buy tickets without further obstacles.

I tried to purchase 3 tickets for Rod Stewart at York Racecourse on Saturday, June 1, [redacted]. I completed the payment and entered my details, but the card issuer's verification site timed out. I retried and successfully purchased 3 tickets. However, I received 2 separate confirmation emails stating I bought 2 sets of 3 tickets. If I knew the first transaction went through, I wouldn't have bought another set. Can I please get a refund for the duplicate order 55-[redacted]/UK1?

On February 2, [redacted], I purchased handicapped tickets for the Def Leppard and Journey concert on August 31, [redacted]. I received a confirmation number, seat location details, and was instructed to bring a photo ID. On the concert night, I called to inquire about the best gate for wheelchair access and was informed that the tickets I bought were invalid as the designated seating did not exist. Despite contacting customer service twice, I was left without concert access. Following a hospital stay, I am now able to address this issue. I am seeking a refund or tickets of equal value. My elderly mother and I, both wheelchair users, were eagerly anticipating this concert. It was a significant event for her bucket list, and we invested considerable time and money in arrangements like accommodation, caregiving, and pet care. The tickets were purchased under my name, Bambi Teaney, using a debit card ending in xxxx xxxx xxxx [redacted] for Section [redacted], Row 2, Seats 7 & 8. Please contact me at [redacted] due to email service issues.

I have encountered issues multiple times at checkout while purchasing tickets. Each time I proceed to pay, a message appears stating that my bank does not recognize the security code provided. This problem occurs no matter which ticket I select. I have made several attempts to rectify the situation by editing my profile details without success. Despite reaching out to Ticketmaster via email, I have not received the necessary assistance. The responses I receive via email do not address my concerns accurately. I have even requested a direct phone call to resolve the matter, but unfortunately, no one has contacted me. This problem does not arise with other ticketing platforms like Telecharge, leading me to believe it is a Ticketmaster-specific issue. I am in urgent need of speaking with a customer service representative who can help me resolve this ongoing issue.

Upon logging into my account and inputting my access code, I eagerly tried to secure tickets for the Twenty One Pilots Bandito Tour in Columbus, Ohio on 6/29/19. After selecting 2 seats in section [redacted], row F (seats 9 & 10) and clicking "get tickets," a message appeared stating my verified tickets were being secured. However, as I patiently waited, the circling check mark continued for 17 minutes. Sadly, I watched the seats disappear, and the screen reverted back to the map page with no available seats at the $79 price or below. Despite my efforts, I feel frustrated and disappointed by this situation, especially considering this is the second time I've encountered issues trying to purchase tickets for TOP through Ticketmaster. It saddens me that my 13-year-old, who is a huge fan of TOP, might miss out on her first concert due to these technical issues. I am reaching out for assistance in securing 2 seats in the area I initially selected, as I cannot afford higher-priced tickets. Your help in resolving this matter and allowing my daughter to attend the concert would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I attempted to buy MercyMe concert tickets for October 12th, [redacted] in New Orleans, Louisiana from mercyme.org, but ended up purchasing tickets for October 14th, [redacted] in San Antonio, Texas via Ticketmaster without realizing. I returned to the website to verify, but it continually directs me to the San Antonio show, despite it being sold out. Is there a way to exchange the tickets or receive a refund? Thank you.

On October 10th, I tried to purchase Aaron Neville tickets for an event on December 7th but encountered an error on the website. I have a Ticketmaster account under [redacted] My name is Holly McKnight, and you can reach me at [redacted]. On Tuesday, October 16, [redacted], I purchased 4 tickets for "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" through Ticketmaster. Initially, I selected Saturday, December 22nd, as my family needed a weekend day due to our work and college schedules. During payment, I had to update my credit card and did not see an order review option. The tickets I received were for December 13th instead. I contacted Ticketmaster to request a date change, but they asked for an additional $50 per ticket, totaling $[redacted] extra. This is unacceptable as the error was not mine, and I am not seeking a refund, only a date adjustment to December 22nd. If Ticketmaster does not comply, I will dispute the charges with my credit card company. I am open to attending any December 22nd show as long as the seats are similar to my original selection. Ticketmaster's policy does not align with standard 24-hour change windows seen with other vendors. If necessary, I will seek tickets from an alternate vendor. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, D. Kelly.

I have emailed several times to inform you that I encountered a website crash when booking Olly Murs tickets for the 14th of May at the Belfast SSE Arena. Despite the crash, I reloaded the page and managed to purchase what I believed to be just 2 tickets. Unfortunately, the crashed page still deducted £[redacted] from my bank account for row 3 seats, while the tickets I intended to buy at £[redacted] for row 2 were also processed. I am unable to cover the cost of calling you due to the £6 charge along with additional fees. I contacted my bank, and they recommended live chat or a cost-effective phone number for assistance. I eagerly await your response.
Kind regards,

Refund Request for Cancelled Lil Dicky Tickets
I am writing to address my concern about the refund for the Lil Dicky tickets I purchased in mid-September. The total cost was £64.50, and unfortunately, the show was cancelled shortly after. I contacted your customer service line at the end of September to request a refund. However, I encountered long wait times and was put on hold for extended periods, incurring additional costs. Despite being assured that I would receive the refund within 15 days of my initial call, it has not been processed.
I have made multiple attempts to reach out, experiencing significant hold times of up to 40 minutes without my calls being answered. As the promised refund window has passed, and it is now approaching November 1st, I am growing increasingly concerned. The delay in refunding nearly £70 for over a month is frustrating, and while I understand that this situation is beyond your control, I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter.

I reached out to Ticketmaster's general inbox to reset my account to the original one, but have not received a response. I have Discount codes, Ticket codes, and Ups codes on my Sofia Cee Ticketmaster account linked to [redacted] due to a lawsuit settlement. After the system locked my account, I was prompted to create a new one, but the new account does not show my previous codes. I have printed the codes for my records. Despite a promise from a representative to help me regain access to my original account, there has been no follow-up. I sent another email without a response. I am seeking assistance to reactivate my original account. Thank you, Sofia Cee.

I bought 2 tickets for Jason Manford's show on December 1st in Cardiff, but mistakenly meant to book for January 1st, [redacted]. It was intended as a Christmas gift for my son and his fiancée, who won't be in Cardiff until Christmas Eve since she's flying in from Australia. I live in Spain and won't be in Cardiff until December 22nd. I realized my error after booking past the Motorpoint's Saturday closing time. I seek a full refund despite not selecting the protection or refund option. I am 66 and regret the mix-up. Can you kindly assist with this issue? My purchase receipt number is 63-[redacted]/UK3.

I bought two tickets for the upcoming Redskins game at FedEx Field for this Sunday at 1 pm, spending over $[redacted]. Initially, I had these tickets in my Ticketmaster account, but due to a family emergency, I had to transfer them to my friend, Steve Biron. Despite attempting to do this, the tickets seemed to have vanished from his Ticketmaster account. After reaching out to Ticketmaster, I was given conflicting information. First, they claimed the tickets were at will call, and then I found out they were sent to a different email address with a minor spelling error. Someone else seemingly retrieved the tickets from that email. I was promised a call from Ticketmaster to sort out this confusion, but no one reached out. I urgently need this situation fixed promptly. My details are as follows:
- Sherri Alley
- Email: [redacted]
- Phone: 1-[redacted]
- Last 4 digits of debit card: [redacted]
- Reference #: [redacted]
- Order #: [redacted][redacted]
I am eager for a swift resolution and would appreciate a prompt response, preferably via phone.

I bought tickets yesterday for the Need to Breathe Acoustic tour. However, upon receiving the confirmation email, I realized they were for the concert in Canton, OH instead of the one at the Morris in South Bend that I wanted. Yesterday, I called Ticketmaster, but their only solution was to suggest selling the tickets on Stubhub. I purchased these tickets as a Christmas gift and had them mailed to me. I don't have a barcode to list them on Stubhub until they arrive in the next 10-14 days. Since I'm in Indiana, I have no one in Ohio to sell them to. I won't be attending this event and would like to stop this order and get a refund for the ticket price.

I bought tickets for the Needtobreathe Acoustic Live tour yesterday. However, I realized that the tickets are for the show in Canton, OH, not the expected one at the Morris in South Bend after receiving the confirmation email. I called Ticketmaster right away, and they advised me to sell the tickets on Stubhub since they couldn't offer a refund. The issue is, I don't have the physical tickets yet as I ordered them to be mailed to me as a Christmas gift. This means I can't list them on Stubhub without a barcode for another 2 weeks. I am located in Indiana and don't know anyone in Ohio who might be interested in the tickets. I want to cancel this order and get a refund for the ticket price since I won't be using them. Hopefully, someone else can benefit from these tickets!

Subject: Ticket Time Issue at Queen Extravaganza Concert
I wanted to share my disappointing experience at the Queen Extravaganza concert in Leicester. My family purchased three tickets for the show on November 21st. However, upon arriving at 20.06, we were shocked to learn that the show actually started at 19.30, not 20.00 as printed on our tickets. This caused us to enter while the band was already playing, which was embarrassing for my wife and her friend.
The night, meant to be a special 50th birthday present, was disrupted by this timing confusion. The venue manager explained that Ticketmaster was responsible for the incorrect start time on our tickets. Many others faced the same issue. I shared my concerns with the manager, Nicholas Ward, who apologized but indicated Ticketmaster's error was widespread.
If you have experienced a similar situation, feel free to reach out to Nicholas Ward at [redacted] It was unfortunate that our much-anticipated evening was marred by this mistake.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Darren C.
