I recently returned some Adirondack chair cushions. I received an email confirming that UPS issued the label. I packed up the cushions and went to the UPS store to drop them off. Unfortunately, they couldn't print the label because it was set up for a driver pick-up from my house. I brought the boxes back home and left them on my porch last Monday. They're still there as of today. The driver named Robert couldn't take the package but said a UPS truck would pick it up last Thursday or Friday. I've tried reaching out to UPS multiple times, but haven't had any luck. I just want to make sure the package gets picked up soon. Thank you for your assistance.
