I believe my account was compromised because I was unable to access it. After going through the security steps, I was able to regain access. However, now when I attempt to log in, I encounter the following message:

Your account has been locked for security purposes. Please enter the unlock code to recover your account.

Hello, I am the owner of a TH11 account that was locked a while ago. Recently, my cousin informed me that he has been banned for attempting to assist me in recovering my base. I want to clarify that the account he was helping with is my old TH11 which got locked. I am unable to retrieve it as I no longer have access to the email for the unlock code due to my phone being broken. My account name is "Nirob." My cousin, whose IGN is SavageMode, has been banned for "account phishing," although he was genuinely trying to aid me in unlocking my base. I was recently banned from Clash of Clans for what I believe to be unjust reasons. The ban was for "DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR" for 2 days. I would like to appeal this decision as I consider myself a positive and calm player. This ban is extremely disappointing as I have dedicated a lot of time and effort into the game. I do not have an account with Google *Supercell, yet my Visa Credit Card shows two debits from them. The first transaction on 11/25/[redacted] was for $3.26 under GOOGLE *Supercell. The second transaction on 12/02/[redacted] was for $5.43 under GOOGLE*SUPERCELL INTERNET. Both were for purchases categorized under electronics and hobbies. I would like to dispute these transactions, cancel any account associated, and have the amounts credited back to my Bank of America Visa account. Please resolve this issue promptly. Thank you. - R. I am seeking assistance to retrieve my account. I played COC more than five years ago and created a new account. I can still locate my old account using the ID, and I can visit my village. The challenge is I cannot recall the email address associated with my old account. I also do not have access to the mobile number linked to that account from years ago.

I was charged $99.99 accidentally for a Clash of Clans special offer. While exploring the new update, I visited the in-game store and experienced a touchscreen malfunction causing an accidental purchase. I was trying to close out of the store, but it bought the special offer instead. I need this order cancelled as soon as possible.

I need help recovering my Town Hall Nine account with you. I was in the early stages of the game but lost access when my old Samsung phone broke. I accidentally got logged out of my Google Play account, which is linked to my game account "Sike" at Town Hall level 9. When I try to log in, it prompts me to use Supercell ID. However, after registering Supercell ID, it connected to a new game. When I attempt to connect to Google Play, I see a message about loading my account, but logging in with Supercell ID takes me to a new game instead of my original account.

I am having trouble logging into my Clash of Clans account. I have been playing since [redacted]. I was part of the clans SYG, Timon and Pumba (#gjcr9rju), with the ID name "சோழர்கள்". I changed my phone at one point, and since then, I have been unable to log in. I am a TH12 player under the name Bsd. Recently, I encountered an issue where my account was banned mistakenly. When I logged into the game, I was prompted with a security code request. I reached out to Supercell support where I connected with a representative named Michel K who was initially assisting me with the problem. After answering five security-related questions, he suggested creating a new email for added safety.
Unfortunately, when I returned to the conversation after one day, a new individual had taken over and promptly banned my account. I am unsure of the reason for this ban. I have documented the entire conversation with Michel K through screenshots and would like to request assistance in resolving this issue. I understand Supercell's strict policies, but I am confident that my ban was a mistake.
I kindly ask for the ban to be lifted so I can continue playing, adhering to all security measures and policies. I am eagerly awaiting a response.

Our clan recently had a trusted player who was promoted to co-leader, but unfortunately, they abused their power by demoting our leader and kicking out all our members, leaving us unable to communicate. This has caused a great deal of frustration as we are now unable to inform anyone of what is happening. I am eager to restore our clan to its original state and have the player responsible, "FAYTTER" with the clan tag "YVOO88YGG" from clan "LOVER [redacted]" with tag "2PRLQ8JO2," banned from the game. This situation is disheartening as it undoes all our hard work, and if this issue is not promptly addressed, it may lead to players leaving. It would be greatly appreciated if FAYTTER could be completely removed from our clan, and any assistance in recovering our lost members would be invaluable.
