Hello Supercell, I recently had my account permanently banned, and I am unsure of the reason for this action. I have been a dedicated player who has invested a significant amount of money and time into my account. Recently, someone deceived me into sharing my Supercell ID with them, resulting in my account name being changed to “❤️MaNi❤️” from “John.” It is possible that they engaged in activities that violate your Terms of Service (TOS) using my account. I reached out to have my account locked for security, but upon attempting to recover it, I received notice of a permanent ban. I kindly request clarification on the cause of this ban and hope that if there were TOS violations, you would consider returning the account to me as the actions were not mine. Hello Supercell, I recently had my account permanently banned (2URVQQQU) and am unsure why. I have invested a significant amount of money and time into this account. Unfortunately, someone deceitfully obtained my Supercell ID and changed my name to "❤️MaNi❤️" from "John." There is a possibility they violated your Terms of Service. I requested my account to be locked after discovering this, but upon inquiring about its recovery, I learned it was permanently banned. To whom it may concern, I am Nicholas Hoff, a 24-year-old graduate student at NJIT. I want to address my recent ban from Clash of Clans. I have never used or supported hacks, mods, or any third-party software in the game. I am a dedicated player who has invested many hours into it. I play daily and have even received warnings about the 8-hour limit per session. I am surprised by the ban and suspect it may be due to playing on two devices - my iPad 2 and Samsung Galaxy Edge S7. I do not use any jailbroken or rooted devices that could alter the game files. I have spent over $20 on in-game purchases and strongly believe in playing fairly. My account got banned after a break from playing for three years. My girlfriend and I wanted to start playing again, so I reached out through Clash of Clans with her details because she lost her account. We're both in our clan called BakaPig❤️, which only has the two of us, so it's confusing why this was seen as a phishing attempt. No one responded to me, and I found out I was banned when I tried to log back in. If someone had just talked to me, I could have easily provided the necessary information to prove it wasn't a phishing try since my girlfriend was with me, and I could have asked her for her email and so on.

I am facing a challenge as I cannot recall having a Supercell ID. I used to play the game on my phone smoothly until I recycled the device. Now, I am unable to access my level 12 game in the clan petrodollarmafia. My trophy score was around 4,[redacted], but I am uncertain about the exact number. My tag is 'Roy', and I recently acquired a level 13 wizard. Transitioning to using SUPERCELL ID has proven complex for me as I either used Google Play before or possibly started with a Facebook account that I closed many years ago. It would be highly disappointing to restart the game after dedicating years to it.

I have been playing Clash Royale for a long time and enjoy its gameplay. However, I find it unfair that pre-made decks, which seem to be tested by developers and in-game AI, are favored over original player-created decks. This unbalance in matchmaking takes away the fun of the game, especially when facing top players who use pre-made decks. It diminishes the originality and challenge of the game when players opt for these pre-built decks that almost feel like cheat codes. I believe that matchmaking should be adjusted to either pair players using similar types of decks or limit the use of pre-made decks to maintain fairness and the essence of the game. It is disheartening to invest time in understanding card strategies only to face opponents with pre-made decks tailored for easy wins. I hope that the developers address this issue to restore the enjoyment and competitive spirit of the game for all players. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Hello, I am the leader of Clan #28CP9LQ0C, an elite war clan that achieved 50 wins without any losses. Recently, my account was hacked while I was offline. The hacker promoted their own account, "maviss," to leader and kicked out all members from top to bottom. We suspect the hacker is from Turkey based on the language used in the kick messages. They changed the clan settings, posted a victory message, and even kicked out my mini accounts when I tried to join back. Upon checking today, the new leader is "Loki" who left a message in Kurdish. Translate indicated it was a thank you message. It seems like someone orchestrated this hack without our consent. We have been continuously warring towards the goal of [redacted] wins and 0 losses, and it's disheartening to see our hard work jeopardized by these actions. I request Supercell's assistance in investigating and resolving this matter to safeguard our clan and its members.

A few days ago, I encountered a permanent block on my Clash of Clans account with player tag #2RYG8QU (Level [redacted]), which I feel was unjust. Here's what happened: I lent my device to someone who claimed to have lost their device and needed help accessing their account with Supercell support. Eventually, the person found their device, and shortly after, my account was blocked. Despite explaining the situation to Supercell support, my account remains blocked with no clear answers from the support team. Hello, I have been trying to email with one of your representatives for a few weeks now; she needed invoice numbers to help me. I have finally managed to gather all of those from my credit card and would like assistance to resolve this issue. My son unintentionally accumulated over $1,[redacted] in charges while collecting rewards on a game called Brawl Stars which didn't have clear dollar amounts attached. Dear Supercell Management, I am reaching out to request assistance in recovering a lost Clash Of Clans account with the ID Tag #2GCJYCPPO. I must confess that the account originally belonged to a friend who passed it on to me as they were leaving the game. I unintentionally created a Supercell ID using the email associated with this account when starting a new account at level 5. During my exams, my friend Tarun Asrani managed my account in a game I wasn't finding interesting. When a new update intrigued me, I returned to playing and realized Tarun had changed the Supercell ID details to his own. He gave me access for a brief time but later changed the password, claiming his email was hacked. I am unable to regain access as the Supercell ID is linked to my Gmail. I have tried contacting Supercell support, but automated responses are hindering me from speaking to a human. All I want is to recover my account, which I have invested five years in.

Good morning, I have been playing this game for over three years, and my account has been banned twice. I reacted to online bullying with a civil tone and a proper attitude, yet I keep getting banned. I have spent around $2,[redacted] in the past few years on this game. I recently reported bullying behavior and ended up getting banned for two days myself. I spend $5 per month regularly on this game and have never had issues with other games monitoring inappropriate behavior. As a parent of two children, I find it unacceptable to be banned for trying to protect kids online. I would like to speak to a supervisor immediately. I am frustrated by being penalized for trying to stop inappropriate and bullying behavior online.

I am a TH8 player who needs help with my Clash of Clans account. Another player, whose name is Tausin, somehow got access to my account. When I try to log in via Google Play Games, I am prompted to enter a SuperCell ID linked to a TH10 account that is not mine. The email address Tausin used to link to my SuperCell account is [redacted] My TH10 account has a tag of L2PQOJRGU and my name in the game is Kashav. My main account has been recently banned for 2 days. The message said, "You have been banned!" and under it was the reason: "Your account has been banned for 2 days due to disruptive behavior. Repeated offenses can lead to a permanent ban." I may have triggered this due to frequent attacks because I used 2 training potions last night and 3 this morning. I apologize if this violates rules, as I was unaware. My intent was to gather dark elixir for my Barbarian King and support my clan games because we only have 2 members. I had training potions I didn't intend to use, but circumstances changed when my brother, once Frozenwolf845 now Cloakzy, unknowingly promoted a new player to clan leader who then caused chaos. This situation led me to create my own clan named "FaZe" and participate in clan games using training potions, ultimately resulting in my ban notice.
