I recently made a phone order for two 6-inch steak and cheese sandwiches on Italian Herb and Cheese bread with Pepperjack cheese, ranch, green peppers, and Parmesan. Unfortunately, the sandwiches had old-tasting meat, the wrong cheese, extra vegetables I did not request, and the bread was wheat which my husband and I dislike. When I tried calling the location to address these issues, no one answered the phone. This experience was very disappointing, and I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly. I made an order on the app on 07/21. The app notified me that the order was canceled without giving a reason. This occurred twice. I had to visit the store in person to place the order. However, the app still charged me both times despite the store not receiving any orders. The store representative said the orders didn't go through and assured me of a refund within 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours, but I have not received the refund. While the app shows no order history, my bank statement indicates that Subway charged me twice for the app orders. I also made an in-store purchase. I attempted to contact the store via phone with no success, and the distance makes it challenging to visit in person.

I am a regular at Subway and on 7/25/[redacted], at closing time, my salad was dropped on the floor and then remade with mayo despite not being requested. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the staff, and the manager refused to remake the salad. I was planning to purchase two more subs, but instead of resolving the situation, they behaved rudely. This experience was unacceptable.

Hello, my name is John D. I visited the Subway store number at 5:32. When I arrived at 7:45, the inside was being cleaned, and the outside doors were locked. Despite the store's closing time being 9:00, I was not allowed inside. I tried to communicate my concerns but was ignored by the staff. Other customers also faced the same issue and questioned why the store closed early when the posted hours indicated otherwise. It is frustrating as they should finish cleaning after closing time, not lock the doors before. This is misleading to customers. Kindly address this matter. Thank you for your attention.

My wife visited your establishment last night to grab some food. There were a few people ahead of us, which wasn't a problem initially. However, as we waited in line, the wait time exceeded 10 minutes. We observed that the person in charge was not washing his hands or changing gloves between serving customers. Shockingly, we saw a fly land on another customer's sub, which went unnoticed by the server who still served it. During our order, I had to vigilantly ensure flies didn’t land on our food, but I witnessed them on some items in the food storage area. It’s concerning that the server was handling operations single-handedly. The service was slow, lacking attention to detail, and common sense was evidently absent. My wife suffered from stomach issues throughout the night after consuming the food. When I requested to speak with the absent manager and was informed that the owner is not actively involved, it raised more concerns. I am left wondering how long poor hygiene practices had been ongoing. There is a pressing need for an overhaul of the evening staff and greater owner involvement in overseeing operations. I believe this matter warrants attention from the health department. The only positive aspect was the kind and empathetic young lady I spoke with when I lodged my complaint this morning.

I ordered three 12-inch Subs, requesting two on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, but received them on regular Italian bread instead. When I called the store, they offered a replacement but required us to return the incorrect ones. This was inconvenient as it would involve a 15-minute drive. I requested compensation for our next order, but the manager, at store number [redacted]-0, declined.

I recently had a negative experience at the Subway on Walden Ave in Lancaster, NY. The employee, Dillon, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the manager, Dillon claimed to be the manager and refused to provide me with the contact information for his supervisor. He was dismissive and disrespectful when I inquired about using a Subway card for payment, rushing me and refusing to allow me to use it. Dillon disregarded my request for a receipt and displayed poor customer service throughout my visit. Upon returning home, I discovered that the bread in my subs was undercooked and inedible. I am requesting a refund for my order and urging Subway to address Dillon's behavior to prevent further incidents. The decline in customer service quality at this location is concerning, and I hope this issue is resolved promptly.

I visited the Subway on 84 & Pecos and needed to use the restroom. I was surprised when the clerk insisted I order before washing my hands. When I raised my concern about hygiene, she called the police, and I was asked to leave under the threat of arrest. I believe she should be dismissed for her actions. I then went to a different Subway location, asked the same question, and received a much more welcoming response allowing me to wash my hands before ordering. I followed correct hygiene practices there and had a pleasant experience. The first store claimed it was company policy, but my experience at the other location showed otherwise. I will not be returning to the original store.

I recently took a cab to Subway at [redacted] South 24th Street, Omaha, Nebraska with a $12.99 coupon for sandwiches. Despite specifically requesting extra sauce on my meatball sub twice, it arrived dry, barely edible. The other Italian sandwich, supposed to have three types of meat, only had pepperoni and salami. I attempted to call the store four times with no answer, although there were two employees present at 8:30 p.m. Central Time. I have been unable to reach anyone to address this issue and request a refund. I have documented the situation with pictures of the sandwiches. I refuse to spend more money on Uber to return the sandwiches. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.

I placed an order for a rice bowl for delivery, but unfortunately, it was sent to the incorrect Subway location, causing me to not receive it. I am requesting the return of my $2 worth of rewards and a refund of $21 to my debit card. I purchased 6 6-inch sandwiches for takeout, but arrived home to find one missing. The initial worker took my order for 2 #11's and a 6-inch tuna sandwich. Following this, a second worker brought three sandwiches for my daughters. However, I received a total of 6 6-inch sandwiches instead of the correct order. I did not receive a receipt and upon contacting the store located on Port and Baldwin in CC TX, Brenda responded defensively and accused me of lying about my order. I am frustrated with this situation.

I placed an order for food from [redacted] Tremont St in Boston, MA on June 30th, [redacted], at 9:35AM, with Order ID: A7F2F0D9-14 but it was never delivered. I have been trying to contact the store, but they keep saying the manager is unavailable. My $29.52 has been held for 35 days now. I just want a refund, as I am not even asking for a redelivery. The service at this Subway location is very disappointing. Despite a refund request sent by Doordash, I haven't received any response. I just want my money back and to move on from this unpleasant experience at this specific Subway location.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing the website due to an error message displaying as "Oops. Something is not right, please try again." The issue persists despite multiple attempts. I have tried to contact Subway through their website, but my message is not going through. I have been attempting to contact a Subway branch situated inside Circle K in Macon, Georgia, on [redacted] Chamblee Road, but I am facing significant challenges reaching them. I have tried contacting their headquarters and even reached out to other Subway locations in the area to contact their district manager. On my sister's birthday, I went to this Subway branch since she loves Subway and ordered three sandwiches through the app. When I requested sliced avocados on my sandwich, it was prepared with guacamole instead, making it unappetizing. Despite numerous attempts over the past month, I have been unable to get through to anyone for assistance. Today, I managed to reach someone at the Circle K location, but the manager on duty was disrespectful and unhelpful. I am now simply requesting a refund for my order, as this experience has deterred me from making any future purchases at Subway due to the poor treatment received.

My partner and I visited our neighborhood Subway in Ketchikan, Alaska. Despite ordering through the app smoothly, upon entering the restaurant, we were shocked to find it in disarray. Tables were covered in food and soda, the floor was littered with trash and scattered food. Regrettably, the counter where our sandwiches were prepared appeared unsanitary and untouched. I recently experienced an issue with a couple of employees at a store a few weeks ago. After speaking with the manager, I thought the problem was resolved. However, when I visited the store today, I encountered one of the same employees who reignited the problem, this time about the amount of pepperoni on a sandwich. The employee accused me of always having an attitude, which was not the case. All I requested was to be treated with respect and receive proper customer service. I then asked to speak with the manager, who was one of the individuals involved in the initial incident. When I inquired about speaking with their supervisor, I was informed that person had been fired, leaving the current employee as my point of contact. I find it disappointing that Subway allows patrons to be treated this way. My only wish is to have a simple sandwich made accurately, without facing insults, accusations, or mockery. The only resolution I seek is for the staff to undergo customer service training or further education. Is this request unreasonable?

I placed an online order for a salad at your store located on [redacted] Brown St, Dayton, Ohio. Unfortunately, my request for cooked bacon was not fulfilled. Additionally, I asked for less lettuce, but the salad had very little lettuce in it initially. I had to request more, which seemed to offend the employee. I requested 2 cups of honey mustard sauce, but I received only one cup of that and another cup of a different sauce. I also asked for extra onion, which was missing, and banana peppers, which were not included at all. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with my orders at this particular location.

I'm currently in Ellicott, Colorado, trying to grab a sandwich at the Subway that should be open at 11 o'clock. However, every time I arrive, they are closed with their sign indicating they open at nine. They seem to have irregular opening hours and provide excuses like being in meetings. Waiting customers often knock on the door to no avail. As we rely on this location since we're in a rural area, it's frustrating that they can't get their act together. I'm currently sitting in front of the Subway in Ellicott, outraged by their lack of consistency. They really need to improve their management.
