I recently made an online order, but encountered an issue when I went to pick it up. Despite informing the store of my intention to collect the order myself, upon arrival, I was informed that it had already been picked up by someone else. Additionally, the delivery was not left at my doorstep as expected. I have evidence to support my claim, including phone records of my call to the store and footage from a camera at my door showing no one approaching during the specified time. It appears that the driver may have taken my order, causing me inconvenience and financial loss.

I've had ongoing issues using online deals through the app. Despite trying to order with deals, it often doesn't apply them or forces me to remove them to place an order, even when I opt to pay cash. This results in my credit card being charged incorrectly, losing me $4.00 in the past few months. It's frustrating that I cannot use the online deals or my $2.00 rewards. I've sought help in-store, even following staff instructions to troubleshoot to no avail. The last encounter was especially upsetting when a staff member tried to assist, but the manager intervened rudely, causing further inconvenience. The manager's consistent rudeness and failure to follow special instructions have led me to stop visiting that location. I wish for the manager to improve their customer service, obtain my rewards, and have access to the deals hassle-free.

Hello, I placed an order on May 19th for two subs to [redacted] S Buffalo St in Orchard Park, NY [redacted]. I didn't mean to order them for this location, I meant to order them from another store with a similar address closer to me. The app wouldn't let me cancel my order, so I tried calling over ten times, but it just rang and eventually hung up. About an hour later after trying to call, I showed up at the store to explain what happened and that I didn't want the sandwiches; I wanted my refund. An employee said I couldn't be refunded since it was ordered online. I asked for the owner's contact and handed the sandwiches back so they could see on the camera I didn't take them. Despite speaking to two different employees and the owner's intervention, I was not given a refund. The owner, Ken, was rude when he eventually called and denied my refund request. I hope to get back the $17.93 spent and for the owner to be reprimanded for the poor treatment.

I left the sandwiches at the store, asked for my name and number to be given to the owner, but didn't receive a call back. The next day, I returned, spoke to different employees, and eventually talked to the owner, Ken, who was rude and denied my refund request. I'm seeking a refund of $17.93 and hope the owner is addressed for his behavior.

I would like to report an incident regarding one of your employees. As a delivery driver, I experienced unprofessional behavior when attempting to pick up an order. Despite asking politely to expedite the process, the employee reacted in a vulgar manner and even displayed threatening gestures towards me near the cash register. This employee was not wearing a uniform or a badge, making it difficult to identify them. While I am unable to provide a name, I do have a photo of the individual, and I suggest reviewing the security camera footage. Such conduct is unacceptable when dealing with customers and should be addressed promptly.

I recently received a full page of Subway coupons in the mail and was excited to try out some of their new items. However, when I visited store #[redacted]-0, I was informed that they do not honor those specific coupons. I had a similar experience in March at the Subway location on Johnston Drive, where they also did not accept the coupons. I made purchases both times, but I am disheartened by this inconsistency and do not plan to return. I am not looking for alternative offers, but I wanted to share my disappointment. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you.

My online order was incomplete from the store on Veterans Blvd in Dublin, GA. One sandwich was missing pepperoni toppings, and the chips and water were not included as ordered. Despite calling multiple times, it took until the 5th call for someone to answer. The employee I spoke with was incredibly rude and unprofessional, insisting I come to the store even though I explained I couldn't. I am requesting a full refund and ask for disciplinary action and customer service training for the employee involved.

I am a lifelong fan of Subway and have never had any issues until today. During lunch with my mom, I ordered a footlong Cold Cut Combo, which was delicious as always. However, my enjoyment was cut short when I broke my back molar tooth on a pitted olive. This surprised me as I thought Subway used pre-sliced olives. The dental bill for fixing my tooth was an unexpected expense for me, especially as a young mom of four children. I have pictures of the olive on the wrapper next to my sub, as well as the damaged tooth. While I understand that accidents can happen, this has been a particularly unlucky experience for me. I placed an order for delivery on 5/18 which never arrived. When I inquired about the cancellation with the Subway store, I was told that the delivery had been picked up, but it hadn't reached me. I was directed to seek a refund through the Subway website as they use a third-party delivery service. I have submitted multiple complaints via the contact us page on subway.com with no response. Although the order was $16, the lack of responsibility and communication from Subway is disappointing. It has been nearly 2 weeks without any resolution, and I feel frustrated and disregarded as a customer. Unfortunately, I will no longer be supporting Subway due to this negative experience.

I made an order at 4:00 PM on the 26th for pickup at 8:45 AM the next day at store number [redacted]. Despite the confirmation falsely showing 8:45 PM, I tried to call multiple times to correct the error. Upon arriving at the store the next morning, my order was missing, and the staff had no information about it. Despite the confusion, I bought another lunch for my meeting. I am now asking for a refund on my VISA for the undelivered original order. I suggest enabling advance orders on the website and providing alternative contact methods when calls go unanswered at the store. Please follow up on this matter. Thank you, John M.

I placed an online order with a designated pick-up time but when I arrived early, my sandwiches were missing. Initially, I was informed they never received the order, then I was told someone might have taken it. After a 30-minute wait, they remade my order. Despite requesting to speak with a manager, I was told none was available. I was advised to call the next day, but despite trying repeatedly from 9:30am to 1:15pm, I kept getting disconnected. Upon visiting the store, I spoke to a young person claiming to be the manager, who said they couldn't help and wished me a good day. The sandwiches, which I eventually received after an hour's wait, were disappointing with stale bread and poor-quality meat. I am frustrated by the lack of concern and effort to resolve the situation.

I received my order incorrectly. I ordered 2 Italian cheese breads but got BLT sandwiches instead. They were missing bacon which is essential for a BLT. One of the sandwiches was supposed to have extra pepper jack cheese and jalapenos but didn't have them, and the other was missing pickles and had oil & vinegar on it which was only supposed to be on one sandwich. I called the store, but the person in charge couldn't find the order and didn't have the corporate number. I want a full refund of $46 and some change, which includes the tip paid to Uber Eats, and I also want the correct order re-made or delivered if possible.

I placed an order for three foot-long subs at the location on [redacted] East Main St, Endwell, NY, [redacted] around 9 pm. Unfortunately, I received a call saying they were out of bread and couldn't fulfill the order. I couldn't get a refund because I used the app to place the order, and there isn't an option to cancel or request a refund on it. I'm frustrated as I spent $24 and haven't received any food. Please refund me and consider improving the support system for situations when a store is unable to complete an order.

Hello, my name is Shenisha Harris. I placed an order on May 17, [redacted], for 2 foot-long sandwiches using the Subway app. Despite the app indicating that our food was ready, when we arrived at the store, it was closed with a note stating they shut at 8:00pm. After contacting the store and being advised to speak with the manager the following day, I requested a refund. The manager directed me to seek a refund through the app. Upon submitting a complaint via the app, I received an email from District Manager Latoya. Unfortunately, her response seemed automated, and I doubt she thoroughly reviewed my concerns. I've been struggling to reach a resolution and feel frustrated by the lack of communication. I hope to either be reimbursed for my order or receive the food I paid for. It's disheartening when hard-earned money doesn't result in a satisfactory experience.

I made an online order on the Subway app and received email confirmation. Shortly after, I got a text message from DoorDash, informing me they were delivering my food on Subway's behalf. Unexpectedly, DoorDash sent me another text message canceling my order just 15 minutes before the store was set to close. Despite DoorDash canceling, the Subway app shows my order as delivered. The funds I used were all I had, and now I am left without food or money since the transaction is pending. I hope to have a resolution to get something to eat tonight. The store's official closing time is at 9, although my order was canceled before that, even though it showed as being prepared.

I recently placed an order on the Subway website and patiently waited for our food delivery. After a long wait, I contacted the Milton WV Subway location and was met with unhelpful service. The employee I spoke to seemed unaware of our order status and abruptly hung up after claiming she had placed the order. Upon further investigation, it became clear that no efforts had been made to arrange a delivery. The interaction with the employee was unpleasant, not only towards me but also towards the delivery driver who had to return to the store to complete our order. Unfortunately, the order we received was subpar - cold, soggy, and overly seasoned with pepper. To top it off, some items were missing, and the available drink options were limited. This experience has happened more than once, and I am deeply dissatisfied. I am requesting a refund for this order.

I am looking for a Canadian customer service contact as the Canadian website directs messages to the store instead. When I paid, the amount on the credit card screen was $4 more than the cashier's screen. Despite telling her three times, she insisted her screen showed $4 less. The additional $4 turned out to be an unwanted tip, which she refused to cancel or credit. Hello, I am a regular Subway customer who orders through the Deliveroo app. Recently, I noticed that the ORDER NOTES option was removed from the app. This feature was useful for providing specific instructions for our orders, especially considering Subway's variety of ingredients. For instance, requesting to scrape the dough from one sandwich and not the other cannot be specified using the current app options. I arrived at Subway at 8:35 am. A lady ahead of me didn't pull up far enough, blocking my access to the screen. Despite having three sandwiches to make, when I was on my last sandwich at 8:57 am the staff shut me down. I was frustrated by this rude behavior; I was nearly finished, only one away from completing the order. It was unfair that because of the lady's delay, I was denied service. The staff member could have seen me preparing the orders and informed me earlier if there was an issue. It was frustrating to be turned away when I had almost finished placing my order.
