I visited Subway store number [redacted]-0 at Washington Square Plaza in Fredericksburg, Virginia, today. I purchased a couple of cold cut subs and a sandwich for my daughter, along with a kids pack that didn't come with chips or a drink as it used to. The cashier mentioned my total was around $31.60, but my Harris bank card didn't work due to store renovations, so I had to pay with cash or Apple Pay. Later, I realized I didn't receive a receipt and went back inside to ask for it. The cashier seemed reluctant and insisted she had put it in the bag. After I pointed out no receipt was in the bag, she reluctantly gave me a duplicate copy showing a total of $27.49, implying my husband had paid exact change. I suspect there might be some issues at this store and plan to follow up with my bank on Monday to ensure no extra charges were made.

I am Debra Robinson. I placed an order at Subway with order # DB997E81-7B for $40.98, but I never received the delivery. My credit card ending in [redacted] was charged for this order. I have been trying all day to contact the Subway store located at 49 Highway Diamond Springs, but their phone appears to be disconnected. This is highly unprofessional, and I am frustrated that I cannot cancel the order or request a refund. I am upset about not receiving my order and the lack of response from Subway or DoorDash regarding this issue. I am demanding a full refund of $40.98 to be credited back to my credit card promptly. If this matter is not resolved soon, I will seek assistance from the Better Business Bureau. I am disappointed and angry that I am unable to find the right channels to address and resolve this complaint effectively.

I placed an order for Subway in Diamond Springs, but it was supposed to be for a different Subway location. The website redirected me to a store with a disconnected phone number. I have tried various ways to contact the store or DoorDash for a refund of $40.98 to my credit card. The store I intended to order from is closed today, and I cannot receive the order. I have been misdirected to incorrect web pages and phone numbers all day. The DoorDasher did not deliver my order, but my credit card was still charged. It is now evening, and I am upset that I cannot reach the Subway store. If I do not receive my refund promptly, I will seek assistance from the Better Business Bureau.

I made an online order with Subway, but when I went to pick it up, they claimed they had no online orders that day. Even though I showed them the charge on my card, they did nothing. After emailing Subway multiple times, they blocked my emails. I contacted the BBB, but all that happened was someone from the store called me to ask when it occurred, promised to call back, and never did. It's frustrating because I believe they can check if the store received any online orders and verify the payment. I just want my money back; this situation is unfair. Please, Subway, refund my money as I have requested several times.

I am experiencing a human resources matter regarding my grandson who works at Subway on 22 S. Greene St, Baltimore, Md. His name is Kenaz P. Unfortunately, he was in a car accident in May [redacted], resulting in a loss of two weeks' pay from May 24 to the week of June 5-11. Despite multiple requests from him and his lawyer, his supervisor at Subway has not completed his lost wage forms. This omission has left his attorney waiting for the completed form since June [redacted]. I am reaching out for assistance as your company's management has failed to fulfill their duties towards an employee in need. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I visited Durango Subway location #[redacted]-0 and had a decent meal there. However, after finishing half of my sandwich, I discovered a long black hair wrapped in the paper, which was quite unpleasant. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but unfortunately, I didn't. It's disturbing to think about if I had noticed it sooner. The restaurant was busy, but I did show one of the employees the hair, pointing out that one of them had their hair up while the other didn't. It was not a pleasant experience and made me feel sick. Upon entering the store with my three grandkids, we were not greeted even though there were no other customers present. The employee continued to wipe the counter for about three to four minutes without acknowledging us. When she finally asked if I had a coupon (for three footlongs priced at $17.99), she then began taking our order. I felt that her attitude resulted in poor service. I am unsure if she was having a bad day, but her behavior was not appropriate towards me and my grandkids.

In February [redacted], my account was compromised, and since then, I've been unable to complete an order on the website or the app. While I can log in, create an order, and proceed to check out, every payment method I try gets rejected with a "potential fraud" message. I contacted Subway via email, and though they responded, the information they're asking for doesn't seem to address the problem I'm facing. I placed an online meal order and received an email stating it would be ready in 10 minutes. Upon arriving, I was informed that the restaurant had run out of bread and food for my order. When I requested a refund, they declined to process it and asked us to leave without requesting any contact information. This experience at Subway was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite them knowing they were unable to fulfill the order, they still refused to issue a refund, leaving me dissatisfied. I possess the digital receipt as evidence of the failed transaction.

I reached out to your company for assistance with waiting on hold to connect with Subway customer service. I received a text from you stating that you were unable to get through and providing me with a phone number to call. Unfortunately, the phone number provided was invalid. If your company offers a service to wait on hold for customers, I am confused why I was given an incorrect phone number for Subway customer service. I recently visited the new menu at Subway in Joplin, MO, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, I was let down once again. The staff seemed untrained and had difficulty making sandwiches from the new menu. Despite ordering two six-inch subs, I was incorrectly charged for a 6-inch and a 12-inch, and one of the sandwiches was missing roast beef. The staff was apologetic but unable to provide a refund properly. I suggested making another sandwich but ended up paying $27.18 for a meal that didn't meet my expectations. I didn't realize the mistake until I got home, and I chose not to call the store as the staff already seemed upset about the situation. As a senior, I can't eat much at once, so we didn't consume the replacement sandwich. I have always enjoyed Subway but have been let down recently, leading me to prefer Jimmy John's for better quality and service, despite the slightly higher prices. Yesterday around noon, I visited the Subway located in Edmond, Oklahoma, on Santa Fe and 15th Street. The staff member, a guy wearing sandals, had to assist us with the ice machine that wasn't working. He took off his sandals, reached into the machine barefoot, and retrieved ice without gloves on. Despite waiting for about 15 minutes for the ice, the service was slow, and the food quality was poor. My two friends and I spent over $50 there, but the experience was disappointing. The overall atmosphere was chaotic. I prefer the Subway in Guthrie, Oklahoma. I am in search of my receipt for further details. The address on the receipt should be [redacted].? S Santa Fe, Edmond, Oklahoma. I would like a refund or a gift card for another location. I found the service unprofessional, with a staff member's bare feet near my face. My friends agree that we won't be returning to this Subway.

I recently enrolled with Subway for their $15 April deal offering half-price footlongs. However, I encountered difficulties downloading the app in the White Mountains of Arizona where I reside. Unfortunately, I couldn't place an order as the app displayed a "webpage not available" message. Additionally, when attempting to contact the Subway location in Taylor, AZ, which is 15 miles away, the phone number was out of service. Online ordering also proved unsuccessful. Given these challenges, I suspect there may be an issue with my internet provider. Could you kindly credit the $15 deal amount to my card instead? Thank you.

I am encountering multiple issues with the website: 1. I recently reset my password, used it, but now I'm receiving an error message stating it is incorrect. 2. Over my last three visits (1 in February, 2 in March), my rewards have not been credited. 3. When attempting to use the website form to report missing rewards, it requests a store number which I am unable to input as it appears to be invalid. Employees at the store have mentioned the store number [redacted], but this seems to be incorrect. 4. The receipts from online orders for pickup lack necessary information for contacting support. While I greatly enjoy the food and service at Subway, there are persistent technical issues with the website and receipt generation.

I called about the issue with the app showing chicken sandwiches out of stock online when they were available in-store. I am a loyal customer and this discrepancy has been occurring for some time. Despite ordering other items, I specifically wanted my usual chicken sandwich made by Claudia. When I called, Claudia claimed they were too busy with a long line, but my husband onsite mentioned there was no line, just dine-in customers. Claudia also mentioned they were not allowed to answer the phone when the store had customers inside. This was contrary to my past experiences where they would answer even with no customers around, sometimes with an unhelpful tone. She suggested I file a complaint without offering any solution before abruptly ending the call. I was simply seeking a resolution to enjoy my regular sandwich.

I recently completed all my errands and was looking forward to enjoying a sandwich with a friend on a budget. I opted for Subway, but to my disappointment, the steak sandwich I ordered mainly tasted like vegetables despite requesting them to go easy on them. There was very little meat for what I paid, leaving me upset. In the past, I have always liked the food at Subway, but each visit seems to be less satisfactory. This experience was in Avoca, Iowa. Despite not usually lodging complaints, this was the final straw for me. I support small businesses, so perhaps I'll give them a try next time. It's unfortunate to have spent nearly $25 on a vegetable sandwich that did not meet expectations. Improvement is needed.

I visited Subway location [redacted] in Las Vegas after ordering online to avoid driving. However, my order was incorrect as I received a regular chicken breast sub instead of a teriyaki sub. When I informed the staff, I was told they do not make it that way at this store. I requested to speak with the manager but was unable to reach them despite attempts. Additionally, the establishment was dirty and lacked proper customer service. I am seeking a resolution for this issue and intend to report it to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you.

I recently left my job at Subway after a week due to a better job offer. I was expecting to receive my paycheck around the 22nd, but since the location only issues physical checks and not direct deposit, I have not received it yet. I now work full-time at another job, so I need to confirm if my check will be sent to me by mail. I visited Subway on March 28th around 8:30 p.m. I ordered three Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong subs with tomato sauce, cucumbers, sweet banana peppers, on toasted Italian bread with provolone. I had called ahead to place my order. Unfortunately, when I got home, the sandwich had jalapeno peppers instead of sweet banana peppers, which I'm allergic to. There was very little bacon and chicken, along with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, but no sweet onion sauce. The sandwich was not even toasted. I have a photo of it if needed. I had to throw it away as it was the worst sandwich I've encountered, especially considering my allergy to jalapenos. I also have the receipt as proof of my order. This experience has put me off visiting the El Dorado Subway in the future.

I experienced racial discrimination at the Elizabethtown Subway where I have been a loyal customer for years. An employee falsely accused me of not purchasing food, spending excessive time in the restroom, and loitering. The employee's actions were unjust as I did buy a sandwich and did not overstay in the restroom. Additionally, the employee was impolite while preparing my order, and her behavior seemed racially motivated. There was no valid reason for her to involve the police as there was no threat or wrongdoing on my part.
