I placed an online order for 2 footlong sandwiches. Upon arrival, I had to wait for over 25 minutes at the drive-thru window. I noticed my sandwiches were ready on the counter while waiting and when I got home, neither was correct. After multiple calls with no response, I finally reached someone on the 6th call who claimed to be a manager, but later denied it and said she couldn't help. When I explained the incorrect sandwiches, she mentioned not working with the vegetables that day. She suggested bringing the sandwiches back, unsure if she could resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we received and paid for Subway sandwiches that were incorrect and even contained ingredients we are allergic to. Additionally, I didn't receive my rewards points. I can provide a picture of the receipt as proof.

I visited a Subway in Boonton, NJ, located in Walmart on Wotten Street last night with two coupons. Despite trying to use one for myself and another person, the staff member insisted we couldn't because we were considered family. We explained we were not related, but she continued to refuse and even gave me the wrong sandwich. Every time we tried to clarify, she would avoid us by going to the back room. I attempted to contact the manager numerous times, even reaching out to Walmart's manager. I hope this issue can be addressed as the service was very rude, and despite multiple calls, I haven't received a response. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I work at a Subway in Hamtrack. This past Wednesday, Sandy told me not to come in and to wait for my schedule. However, I received no response by Sunday. Then on Tuesday, she instructed me to file for unemployment. She had no valid reasons for terminating my employment. My fiancée also works at the same location, yet Sandy never addressed the situation with me directly. I am a Black woman, and I feel disrespected due to discrimination and racism. It is disappointing that she communicated with me during my hiring process but failed to inform me of my termination.

A week ago, I sent an email to Consumer Complaint regarding an issue I experienced at the Henry Street Muskegon store. I attached pictures of the incident as evidence. I received an email acknowledgment from them saying they are investigating my complaint, but I have not received any further updates. I am eagerly awaiting a response and a refund for the inedible item I purchased. I have tried calling the online number at 1-[redacted], but no one is picking up. I hope to get this resolved through this forum as the phone line seems unresponsive.

I experienced a frustrating situation when ordering two outlaw sub sandwiches at the Subway on [redacted] MacArthur Dr. in Alexandria, LA. I politely requested lettuce and pickles on one sandwich but was informed by the employee, who claimed to be the manager, that this was not possible and that I must stick to the sandwich as per the menu. I inquired about paying for extra toppings, but I was denied. I found this policy unreasonable and unprofessional. To confirm if this was a new rule, I visited another Subway in town and had my order fulfilled without any issues. It seems necessary for someone to address this "Manager" and ensure they understand the correct procedure for accommodating customer requests.

From Canada, I have purchased footlong subs on two different occasions. Unfortunately, I believe that on these occasions, the staff may have kept them in the microwave for too long after toasting. While the bun looked nice and brown on the outside, when I got home, approximately 1 1/2 to 2 inches on both ends were as hard as a rock. I had to cut this part off and throw it away. I really enjoy the subs, but this issue has occurred recently twice, and at $11.50 each, it's disappointing to waste part of the meal. I have been a fan of these subs for years, but this recent experience has made me consider whether to return in the future.

Hello, Upon arriving at the indicated pickup time on the app, I had to wait a full hour at the restaurant before my order was started by the employee. Furthermore, one of my subs contained uncooked bacon even though I requested it to be toasted, expecting the bacon to be cooked. This is the third instance of receiving uncooked bacon at a Subway in recent months, which is unusual considering my frequent patronage over many years without encountering this issue before. Moreover, I encountered difficulty submitting feedback on the Subway website due to an error message claiming an invalid store number, despite using their store locator. I visited the Subway on Caldwell Blvd in Nampa, Idaho on December 16th around 8:50pm. Tyler assisted me at the register before his coworker made my sandwich. Tyler asked if I wanted drinks, cookies, or chips. I requested a double chocolate and a macadamia nut cookie. Tyler seemed confused, thinking I meant chocolate chip. After clarifying, he mentioned that the macadamia cookies have white chocolate chips and no nuts. I confirmed, and he rang me up before helping the next customers. While his coworker bagged my sandwich and asked for the number of cookies, I said two. As I opened my cookie bag later, I discovered there was only one cookie inside. Tyler, with a small smirk, made bubbles noisily with his gum and appeared unprofessional, leaving me feeling dissatisfied with his customer service. His behavior overshadowed his coworker's friendliness, leading to a disappointing experience overall.

On 12/21/[redacted], I visited the Subway in Bridgton, Maine. I ordered two subs - a chicken teriyaki and a chicken bacon ranch. Unfortunately, both sandwiches were lacking in ingredients. The chicken was very scarce, barely visible, and there was no teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki sub. The chicken bacon ranch had minimal bacon and the ranch flavor was hard to detect. The portion of chicken was disappointingly small, making the meal unsatisfactory. Even when we pushed everything to one side, the sub was only about two inches with approximately two ounces of chicken. My total came to $20.02. The restaurant number is [redacted]-0. I found the customer service to be lacking as well. I am very let down by this experience. - Janet Parsons

I used the Subway app to place an order. During payment, an error message popped up. Despite trying again, the payment did not go through initially. Shortly after, my Apple Card was charged. When I contacted the restaurant, an employee mentioned they did not receive my order as it was placed through the app. The charge remains on my card after a few days, and I have been unsuccessful in reaching out for assistance regarding this matter. My main goal is to receive a refund for the charge.

The female cashier was very rude. When I asked about an item, she ignored me. Her comments triggered a severe anxiety attack in my girlfriend's aunt, causing her to struggle counting change to complete the payment. A gentleman kindly offered to cover the remaining amount, but the cashier rudely stated that there were multiple orders, making it seem like my girlfriend's aunt only owed a small amount. This led to a tense situation and almost resulted in an argument. We managed to stay calm and left the store. I am upset by the whole ordeal and how the cashier repeatedly mentioned other orders, rushing us. Please address this matter. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at a Subway location on Jean Talon. Despite providing my order confirmation and ID, the manager refused to give me my sandwich. After an hour of waiting and no explanation, I only received a refund. I attempted to reach out to customer service without success. Additionally, the manager made unacceptable racist comments towards me. I would like to lodge a formal complaint against this manager and hopefully receive the sandwich I ordered.

Today, on 12/29/22 at 12:14 pm, I treated my employees to lunch at your Camilla, GA location. I spent $62.91 on food and an additional $11.83. Unfortunately, we encountered a distressing situation. Upon receiving our subs and beginning to eat, we discovered human hair inside them. When we informed the cashier, she rudely disposed of the food and declined to refund me. The lack of empathy and unprofessionalism displayed by the employees was disappointing. I insist on a full refund of the $62.91 spent as none of us could enjoy our meals. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to report this incident to the health department and the Better Business Bureau. It is imperative that the employee behavior at that location is addressed. In my position as a boss, such behavior would not be tolerated.

I made an online order for pick up using the app and paid in advance. After receiving a confirmation that my order was ready, I arrived at the store only to find it closed, despite the app indicating otherwise. I contacted the store and was assured of a refund. It has been a week now, and I have not yet received the refund. I am quite disappointed as the store's listed hours indicated they were still open.

I recently emailed regarding my unpleasant experience at the Subway in El Paso, Illinois a few days ago. I ordered a sandwich but was informed that they couldn't heat my meat, which was disappointing. The staff's behavior was very rude and unwelcoming. As my children and I were having our meal, we were unexpectedly told about a 30-minute time limit, despite there being no other customers in the store. Although it was a spacious location, our food got burnt, and the staff unkindly labeled us as ignorant customers. I just wanted my chicken heated but was refused. I have been reaching out via email for days without any response, and I am frustrated by the lack of communication.

While in Miami Beach, I placed an online order at the Subway located at [redacted] Normandy Drive. Despite the online confirmation and lights being on inside, the store was unexpectedly closed when I and my companion arrived at 7 pm to pick up our $28.87 worth of food. Frustratingly, the store showed activity online but was unstaffed on-site, leaving us hungry after waiting for our order that never materialized. Despite attempts to contact customer support, the urgency to resolve this issue quickly due to our hunger remains unaddressed. I seek a refund promptly rather than any offers or compensations for the inconvenience caused by the store's misleading status. All I desire is the return of my money, that will resolve the situation immediately and allow us to finally have a meal.

I have visited four different Subway locations in Atlanta, Georgia, and unfortunately, none of them consistently display all the sandwich prices, making it challenging for customers like me to know what we are being charged for. For example, at the Subway in Westend Mall, I was overcharged for a cold cut trio because the price was not listed. Additionally, during a recent visit where I purchased both a footlong and a 6-inch cold cut trio, I was charged the same price for the 6-inch. When I returned the next day to purchase another 6-inch, I was charged a different price. I shared my concern with an employee at store #[redacted] located at [redacted] Ralph David Abernathy Blvd, Atlanta, GA [redacted] (phone: [redacted]), but they did not seem to address the issue. It's disheartening as a loyal customer to face inconsistency in pricing and lack of displayed prices.

I visited your store on 5 Mile Road at Newburgh in Livonia, Michigan about two weeks ago. I ordered a #1 and a #8 footlong sub using a coupon for a buy one, get one free offer. Despite my order being correct, the person at the counter refused to honor the coupon, claiming I did not choose the correct bread. I paid around $24 for both subs. The next day, I returned to speak with the manager, but they were unavailable. I left my name and phone number but have not received a callback. I have visited the store five times since and have not received any assistance or feedback from the manager. I believe I am entitled to two free footlong subs. Thank you, CF. [redacted].

I previously had a Subway card linked to my Subway app on my phone, which was functional until September [redacted]. Recently, it stopped working at my favorite Subway location in Carbonear, Newfoundland. I have accumulated about 8 or 9 rewards of $2 each. Despite providing my phone number to credit my purchases, the rewards cannot be redeemed using my phone number. I have attempted to update the Subway app on my phone, but have been unsuccessful. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I received a message stating my email address is already in use.
