Yesterday on Mother's Day at Restaurant #[redacted] located at [redacted] S. Milford Road, Milford, MI [redacted], I had a disappointing experience. While attempting to place my order around 1:30 p.m., I encountered an employee during the afternoon shift named Joshua S. who displayed hostile and rude behavior. Despite my attempts to order, I was unable to complete it, did not receive all items, and left upset without the second sub I wanted. Joshua S. exhibited disrespectful behavior, such as playing loud music, pretending not to hear, and failing to listen to my requests for toppings and extras. I suspect discrimination due to my Eastern European background as others understand me without issue. I am hesitant to return to this Subway branch until I receive assurance that this matter will be addressed efficiently.

During our visit to [redacted] N7th St, Rochelle, IL [redacted] for dinner, we ordered four veggie subs and a veggie pizza. Unfortunately, there were issues with the employees not following our instructions correctly. The sandwich maker didn't listen when I asked for the toppings in a specific order, and the person making the pizza didn't cook it properly the first time. When we asked for corrections, things escalated, and the staff member, Dan, rudely suggested we go elsewhere. This kind of mix-up seems to always happen during the evening shift. We were even wrongly accused of causing a disturbance. Previously, there were problems with our orders not being made correctly. The lack of professionalism and customer service from Dan was disappointing, and we hope the manager addresses this situation.

I had $14 on my Subway rewards card, but when I tried to use them, I couldn't. An employee suggested I email for a refund since the points were meant to expire the day after my visit. I ended up losing the $14 because the rewards system didn't function correctly. It's frustrating to save up points only to be unable to use them when I try. I have screenshots from the app showing I had $14 in points on the day I visited the store. It's disappointing that I wasn't able to redeem them as intended.

I visited Subway with my two children after soccer practice, but unfortunately, we were not greeted and felt ignored by the two young employees working. Natalie was sweeping and seemed to go out of her way to avoid helping us. It took about 5 minutes for us to even be acknowledged. The service we received was rushed and the sandwiches were sloppily made. The staff member who assisted us seemed very irritated by our presence. I ended up paying $30 for our meal feeling extremely disappointed by the whole experience. It's safe to say this was the worst service I've ever had at a Subway restaurant.

I have experienced multiple issues during my visits to this Subway branch located at [redacted] Turner Drive in Reidsville, NC. On one occasion, the toaster was not working, and another time, they ran out of ice at the drink fountain, requiring customers to wait for ice retrieved from the back. Additionally, I received a promotional email for a $9.99 footlong deal and was charged $10.39. Lastly, when ordering a meal deal for takeout, I was told they did not have medium drink lids and was encouraged to buy a large instead. I contacted the store a week ago, and despite being assured that the matter would be escalated to the owner for resolution within 24 to 48 hours, no one has reached out to me yet.

On Saturday, September 22, [redacted], at around 1:00pm, I visited the Subway restaurant in Coxsackie, NY [redacted] for the second time that day. After sitting down to charge my phone, a male employee approached me quoting "company policy" that customers need to make a purchase to stay. I explained I had asked permission from the manager during my earlier visit to charge my phone. The manager arrived, explaining he had allowed it earlier to be nice. He then asked me to leave for not buying anything. Although I wasn't disruptive, he insisted I couldn't just hang out. Despite seeing another customer hanging out earlier, the manager was discriminatory towards me. I peacefully left but tried to obtain the manager's name for a complaint, which he refused. I expect an apology and new management for this unpleasant experience.

I visited the Subway in Santa Claus, Indiana with my wife and wanted to use the drive-thru but was informed to come inside instead. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes just to place our order. When I inquired about the drive-thru, I was told it would be like cutting the line as there was a long queue inside. Despite this, every other fast-food restaurant I know has both drive-thru and indoor ordering options simultaneously. The staff were all very rude, inefficient, and slow. This was by far the worst Subway experience, and we will not return. I have never experienced such poor treatment at a restaurant before, and others I've spoken to share similar negative encounters. I plan to advise everyone against visiting that location.

On October 7th around 12:45 PM, I visited the Subway located inside the Walmart on Powerline Road and Atlantic Boulevard in Pompano Beach, Florida. I had to leave because there was an older woman behind the counter who was disrespecting, humiliating, and demoralizing the staff due to customer orders not being prepared properly, which she said was causing her to lose money. Two other customers also left because of this display of poor leadership. This woman should not be allowed to serve the public. It's disappointing that Subway may not be addressing such behavior, which tarnishes their reputation. As a business owner, it's troubling to witness this kind of mistreatment without consequences.

I believe I left my wallet in a Subway restaurant and tried contacting the manager for assistance, but they hung up on me. I had a terrible experience with the store manager Linda Woods at the Subway on [redacted] E Mayfield Road#[redacted] Arlington Texas [redacted] today. Upon my arrival, Linda seemed annoyed and did not greet me kindly. When I reached for some chips, she scolded me for touching the glass, claiming she had just cleaned it. Despite my pointing out that she would have to clean it again regardless, she insisted it was my fault for touching it. After her rude behavior, I decided not to order anything and left. On 10/30/[redacted], around 6:30 PM local time, I went to the Subway on Main Street in Hardinsburg, Kentucky. I ordered a footlong cold cut combo on wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and provolone cheese - not heated or toasted.
Unfortunately, after eating the sandwich, I became very ill and vomited. This was the first time I experienced this at this location. I tried to contact the Subway but the person I spoke with was unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills, not even apologizing for the issue.

I used the app to purchase a roast beef sandwich because PayPal was offering a $5 discount for using both platforms. I received one receipt for $3.36 confirming the discount applied. However, another receipt followed for the total amount of $8.36, resulting in a double charge of $11.72 on my bank statement. PayPal advised me to request a refund from the app since they cannot cancel the additional payment. The Subway in Sutherlin, Oregon is disappointing. The managers lack pride in their work. The bread is always burnt or overdone. Drive-thru orders frequently come out wrong. Asking for light ingredients results in excessive amounts being added. The sauces are inconsistent, either too little or too much. Unfortunately, knowing the managers makes the situation even sadder. It's a waste of money as the sandwiches are often unacceptable. The Sutherlin community would welcome an overhaul at this Subway location. Cleaning house could improve both the service and business for all.
