On January 12, I attempted to purchase the New Balance [redacted] White Grey sneakers on StockX. During the first payment attempt, a message appeared on my phone in red prompting me to verify the data and try the payment again later due to high application traffic. After a minute, I retried the payment, which went through, but I was charged for two pairs of shoes instead of one. The application now shows two separate orders for the same pair of shoes. Why was I charged for two orders when the first attempt was unsuccessful? How can I cancel one of the orders? Is it possible to receive a refund for one of the duplicate orders?

I recently purchased the Jordan 1 Mid SE All Star shoes in US size 12 for men from the link provided. However, my confirmation email states that the order is for US preschool size 12. My account was temporarily suspended for verification after selling 8 shoes on Black Friday. Despite 6 out of 8 shoes being quickly verified as authentic, my account remains suspended nearly two weeks later, causing me to lose crucial time for improving my seller status by the end of the quarter. This ongoing hold has resulted in my listings being removed and missed sales. I am disappointed by this situation and request the suspension to be lifted, especially since all my shoes have been confirmed as genuine. I have also enabled two-factor authentication for added security.

Hello, I submitted a form about my missing 6.5Y Dunks, but after speaking with support, my issue remains unresolved. It has been three days since I submitted my claim, and I am quite disappointed. This is not the experience I expected, especially since it's not my first time ordering from StockX. I am now considering requesting a refund since none of my neighbors received my order, and I have checked my security cameras as well. Given the value of these shoes, I believe UPS should have required a signature for delivery.

I purchased a pair of barely rose Jordan women's size US7 (UK5) for my daughter's birthday from StockX. Unfortunately, when she opened the box yesterday, she found that StockX had sent a size UK4.5 instead of the UK5 I ordered. I was informed by FedEx that my package was delivered, but I did not receive it. On the specified delivery date and time, my security camera and family at home did not see any FedEx delivery. I reviewed our subdivision footage, confirming no FedEx delivery during the reported time. I believe the delivery person may have falsely stated delivery and taken my package. FedEx mentioned the shipper, StockX, must lift restrictions for me to proceed with the complaint. It's worrisome that the Ellenwood Ga FedEx branch has multiple theft complaints. I placed an order for a product, received a confirmation email with an order number, but later found out it wasn't processed. Despite the money being deducted from my account, I haven't received any response to the emails I sent regarding this issue. I am still waiting for information on how the £[redacted] will be refunded as this has been ongoing for over two weeks with no resolution in sight.
