I bought a PlayStation 5 digital edition console on Monday, December 13th. The next day, Tuesday, December 14th, my PS5 order status changed to "En Route to StockX for Authentication." It is now Friday, December 17th, and there have been no further updates. Despite StockX stating that it usually takes 1 to 3 days to reach their location, it has been almost 4 days without any new information. I'm curious if this delay is common and when I can anticipate an update from StockX regarding my order.

Hello, I have sent numerous emails regarding my recent purchase of a pair of Supreme half cab barbed wire white or beige shoes from last Friday. I listed a pair of Yeezy Zebra's for sale on StockX and sold them to the highest bidder, shipping them out. Unfortunately, the listing was not automatically removed after the sale, leading to a duplicate sale of essentially the same pair a few days later. I need assistance on how to cancel the second order and remove the listing from the market, as I have already sold the shoes on this platform.

My American Express eGift Card was stolen and used fraudulently on 6/11/[redacted] for $[redacted].10 on your website, which I was unfamiliar with. The card number involved is 3[redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I reached out to customer service via email to report the fraudulent activity. Eden responded, assuring me she would investigate and provide further information. On December 12, [redacted], an email from Eden inquired about my satisfaction with the service and prompted me to rate her. I expressed my ongoing wait for details regarding the product, the identity of the purchaser, the delivery address, and any available contact number. I mentioned that if necessary, I would involve the police. I am seeking a reversal of the charges and a credit back to my American eGift Card.

I sold my Dior Air Jordans on StockX for £4,[redacted]. After it was verified and listed as sold, I expected to receive my payment, but it was rejected due to my account not being found. I can't log back into my account since it was created using a deactivated social media account. Despite providing evidence and screen recordings to StockX customer service, there has been no progress in over 3 weeks. I urgently need the money and feel stressed about not receiving any help from StockX customer service. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm writing to address the sale of my shoes. Due to Covid-related isolation, I couldn't send the pair today. In the attached file, it states that I can send the pair by tomorrow, however, I received an email stating I should send it today. I purchased shoes through my cousin's StockX account, but upon receiving them, I decided to return them under the EU's right of withdrawal as a citizen from Croatia. I have followed all the return procedures and received confirmation that StockX has received the shoes. However, I have yet to receive my refund or any updates on it. In mid-November, I sold a valuable item to StockX, but unfortunately, the item got lost during transit with UPS. UPS has agreed to compensate me the full amount of the item value but needs to send it to StockX, the issuer of the shipping label. Despite UPS sending the money to StockX, I have not received the refund, and StockX is not responding to my messages and emails. They owe me a significant sum of money from the sale. I have evidence to support all the claims made here, and I am seeking StockX to fulfill their obligation and pay me the full amount they owe.

The shipper failed to send my shoes to the Stock X sneaker facility, and it has been six days since my order. I am unable to reach the seller or Stock X for assistance, and cancelling the order seems impossible. My money has been deducted, yet the shoes remain stationary. I made the purchase on the 15th, and today is the 21st. Stock X stipulates that the seller must ship the shoes to their facility, but this has not happened. Unfortunately, Stock X's lack of customer service has left me feeling frustrated, as they allow such misconduct to persist on their platform. It's disheartening to remain patient during the transaction while facing these challenges without any resolution in sight.

I encountered an issue with Stockx as I sold an item and it got lost in transit due to UPS. Stockx has been uncooperative in starting an investigation with UPS or offering a resolution. After much effort, UPS reimbursed Stockx for the lost item. However, Stockx has not passed on the reimbursement to me and is not responding to my emails. I have provided evidence to support my claim. I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I ordered a graphics card on January 20th, but it was delivered to the wrong address due to an error. I informed StockX, and they initiated a claim with UPS. To confirm my identity, I provided my national driving license and took two selfies as requested via a Personna link. However, I was later informed that my identity couldn't be verified by StockX the next day. Despite using my accurate driving license with a slight physical change, such as a buzzcut and weight gain since the ID photo was taken four years ago, they refused to proceed with the claim. I find their inability to verify my identity frustrating and disappointing.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes from StockX but canceled the order due to a delay. After agreement with a StockX representative, the item was returned by DHL as I refused to accept it. I found the same shoes from another seller on StockX, completed the purchase, and have the shoes now. However, StockX has not contacted me since. Despite having kept all email communication with StockX's customer service regarding the cancellation, my Affirm account still shows a payment due for the initial shoes. The payment was made using my mother's PayPal (credit card) account, and she cannot cover the expense. The delivery address is my friend's in another country, not mine, and the size of the item is incorrect. Good evening Stockx, I regret to inform you that unfortunately the sale has been made without my consent. Just before 8 p.m. today, while browsing Stockx products, I had gone to bed to get some rest as I start work at 6 a.m. The issue is that I had left the session open and the computer on (with the lid closed), and my 15-year-old sister used my computer, my work tool, without my permission and sold my pair of shoes. This pair is very special to me as it holds sentimental value since it was an anniversary gift from my partner. Please cancel the sale, as it is not authorized by the owner of the product and was done without my consent. Those sneakers are my anniversary gift. Yesterday afternoon, I bought my son a pair of sneakers. I faced issues making the payment through PayPal, which was declined twice. Consequently, I updated my payment details and successfully paid with my debit card. However, to my surprise, I discovered this morning that the two declined PayPal transactions from 2 a.m. went through and charged my bank account. I am confused as to how this happened without my authorization, especially after the initial decline. This has left me disappointed as it was my first time purchasing from Stock X. Additionally, my bank charged me a $30 stop payment fee for transactions I did not approve, considering that Stock X initially declined my payments via PayPal. I seek clarification on who allowed these transactions to go through and who is accountable for the stop payment fee. Also, I would appreciate guidance on how to prevent such incidents in the future.

I purchased the Jordan Rebellionare 1s which were shipped by DHL. Upon realizing I would be unavailable due to my father's passing, I contacted DHL to change the delivery date to 3/25/[redacted] with a signature requirement. Despite this, DHL delivered the package on 3/24/[redacted] without a signature on my porch while I was at my dad's wake and burial. They have acknowledged their mistake and asked StockX to address the situation. The tracking number is [redacted], and my name is Jerry Pacheco.
