As a loyal Steam customer for over a decade, I want to share that I've been experiencing an issue with my account. For some reason, my account "eddy0566" has been inaccessible for the past 15 days. My usual password is no longer being recognized, and the verification system along with the CAPTCHA controls seem to be malfunctioning. I'm reaching out for assistance to address this ongoing problem promptly as it has persisted for quite some time.

I purchased a 50 euro Steam card three days ago using my credit card. I have checked with my bank and Advanzia confirmed the payment. Additionally, I checked in their app and it shows the payment was made. However, the recipient I emailed has not received the money yet. Can you please investigate regarding the Steam card purchase? The serial number is [redacted], the order ID is [redacted]12, and the recipient's email is [redacted] She claims she hasn't received the funds. She verified that the email provided was correct.

I have all my login details for my Steam account (username and password), but I reach the email authenticator stage that requires a code sent to an email linked to the account, which I don’t remember. Steam's Support page also asks for the linked email address, which I'm unsure of. I've searched for customer service options and found little help besides this forum. I seek assistance in recovering or locating the linked email account, or if there are any human customer service options at Steam. The automated system and support page have not been useful to me.

Hello, about 15 days ago, I was playing a game on my Steam account. I just tried to log in, but I couldn't. My email address, phone number, and password are not working. I do have the invoices for my purchased games sent to MY email address, with the game keys. I believe these are important pieces of evidence to help me recover my Steam account, especially because there is around [redacted] euros in the account. It is crucial that I regain access. Yesterday, while downloading a game on Steam, I stepped out for some shopping. Upon returning, I found that my Steam account had been logged out, and a message indicated that my credentials had been altered. Despite not making any changes myself, I reset the password. However, I still couldn't access my account as the associated email had been changed. I suspect that my account might have been hijacked.

I purchased two $50 cards for my friend and provided him with the information to use them right away. Unfortunately, only one of the cards worked when he tried to use them. I went back to Safeway and bought a third card, which also did not work. I am now out of $[redacted], with only one usable card. The manager informed me there was nothing he could do and suggested contacting you to resolve the issue and receive a refund for the two malfunctioning cards.

I purchased two $50 cards for my family member and shared the information with them to use immediately. Unfortunately, only one of the cards worked when they tried to use them. I bought a third card at Safeway, but this one also did not work. I spent $[redacted] in total and only one card was usable. I spoke to the store manager, who informed me that I needed to contact customer service to resolve the issue and receive a refund for the two dysfunctional cards. The manager removed the remaining Steam cards from the rack to prevent further problems.

I recently logged into my CS:GO account after some time and noticed that many items from my inventory were missing. After checking my login history, I discovered multiple logins from Hong Kong. Upon checking my email, I found numerous Chinese emails confirming the sale of my items at a much lower price. There were also purchases made in Dota 2, a game I don't play, possibly to conceal the activity. About 10 of my items were sold without my authorization. This fraudulent activity occurred between May and July, with the most recent sale happening recently. I am willing to provide screenshots as proof. I only realized this now because I happened to log into CS:GO. I am concerned about the financial loss and hope for assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

A customer purchased 7 gift cards worth $50 each from our store, but 3 were not activated. The card numbers were mistakenly shared with someone who turned out to be untrustworthy. We are seeking a solution to render the gift card numbers invalid to prevent the loss of $[redacted]. Furthermore, 4 of the gift cards have already been used by this individual to scam the customer through your platform.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Steam account. On July 10th, a game called Scrap Mechanic was purchased for 13.39€, followed by Slime Rancher on July 11th for 4.99€, and then Sky Force Reloaded on July 31st for 9.99€. I did not make these purchases and suspect that my account has been hacked. What concerns me is that the individual responsible for this has been buying and playing games on my account unnoticed, as they were hidden. I am unsure of what steps to take to address this situation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't face any issues until recently when I logged out of my long-standing Steam account to let a friend sign in. Unfortunately, I can't access my old email linked to the account due to Gmail's two-step verification process. The verification email got deleted because Comcast or Xfinity removes inactive emails after a year. I know my login details but can't access my account due to two-step verification. I've been part of the Steam community for over ten years and it's disappointing that I can't access the games I've collected on the platform. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently had several Achievement Cards sold on the Marketplace. Subsequently, the individual who bought them managed to access my account and made a purchase related to DOTA 2. They altered the email and password associated with the account. After attempting to recover the stolen account using a provided link, I was only able to retrieve my original account profile, not the one where my games are stored. The compromised account details are: - Email: [redacted] - User Name: nitr0train (approximately 6 years old) The recovered account details are: - Email: [redacted] - User Name: n1tepage (approximately 11 years old) I can access the NitePage account, but I am unable to "Borrow" games from the other account as intended.

I was notified on Discord by an unknown individual claiming to have mistakenly reported my account for a stolen item. They advised me to reach out to a Steam admin to resolve the issue. I followed their instructions and contacted the supposed admin provided by the Discord user. The individual posing as an administrator requested that I purchase a $10 Steam Gift Card. Unfortunately, I fell for this scam and shared the Gift Card code with them. I am now seeking assistance to recover the $10 Gift Card I purchased with my own funds.

I recently purchased a new PC and had funds to buy several Steam games. After buying about $[redacted] worth of games using two cards, I received a message indicating fraudulent activity on my account. Steam asked for details including credit card numbers and area codes, which I provided. However, they are now requesting information about cards I no longer possess, even though I never used them on my Steam account. I am in need of assistance to regain access to my Steam account.

I discovered my account was stolen two days ago, but I am unable to regain access to it. Despite multiple attempts, changing the password has not resolved the issue. Is there an alternative method to recover my account? "I realized that my account had been stolen two days ago but it is impossible for me to recover it. I purchased the product in [redacted] and played until late last year, or late this year. However, now I am unable to download it as it says Mayfest is unavailable or there is an issue with the Internet, even though my connection is good. I need help with American Truck Simulator and European Truck Simulator 2. I have invested a lot in these games and it's frustrating not being able to play. Thank you for your assistance. Hello, I purchased a new game and have been using Nvidia GeForceNow for gaming. Unfortunately, my new internet connection is very poor, and I'm facing issues with cloud gaming due to connectivity problems such as high latency, crashes, frame rate drops, and sound delays. Since my PC cannot handle the game properly after 15 hours of struggling with connection issues, I would like to request a refund. As a student, it's not feasible for me to keep a game that I can't enjoy due to technical difficulties and won't be able to use in the future. I also noticed that the client shows I have played for 15 hours, but this is incorrect. I have only played the game 2 or 3 times, totaling around 2 hours of actual playtime. Also, a product was purchased last night. Although the last 2 digits match my credit card, I did not find any entry on the credit card statement corresponding to the purchase at Steam. Searching for my nickname and email address on Steam has been unsuccessful.
