Hello,
I am a Steam user who recently experienced a hack resulting in my CSGO items valued at approximately 5K € being transferred to a banned account named "Vocage." Despite having Steam Guard security enabled on my phone, the hacker circumvented it and removed the authenticator without my knowledge, leaving me unable to prevent the breach. While Steam's policy states they do not typically return items that have changed hands multiple times, my case differs as the hacker's account is now banned with my items still there. I believe I am a victim of identity theft, and my items never left my possession willingly. As Steam bears responsibility and I fall outside the scenarios outlined in their policy, I am seeking assistance in having my items restored.
I appreciate your help in addressing this matter with Steam.
Thank you for your time,
Kind regards,
Théo PETERSCHMITT, France

I apologize for any confusion. Here is a revised version of your message:
"Hello, my name is Dimitrios Kotsis. I am having trouble logging into my Steam account because I no longer have access to my phone with Steam Guard and my phone number on my account is outdated. Additionally, I do not have any product keys or emails from Steam regarding the last games I purchased (Company 3 for 60€ and Sea of Thieves for 20€). I am unsure of what steps to take next to resolve this issue."

I purchased a game on Steam using my old computer. Now, when trying to log in on a new computer, I am unable to access my account due to issues with my account name and password. Despite numerous attempts to reset the password and email associated with the account, I still cannot gain access, even through my phone. I am considering creating a new account, but first, I would like a refund for the recent game purchase. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach out to Steam support as I can no longer log in with my old computer.

Hello Steam, yesterday my Steam account was hacked. I received two emails stating that the Steam Guard mobile authenticator was disabled and my phone number was removed. I have tried everything, changed my account password and email, but still can't log in. I keep getting an authentication error. On the Steam mobile site, I am still logged in but cannot do anything as it prompts me to log in. The hacker changed my username from Symba_ to [redacted] text; I did not do that. My account name is symba2009.

I purchased Titanfall 2 in a bundle with the ultimate and deluxe versions. However, when attempting to install and play, the Electronic Arts game launcher keeps stating that Titanfall 2 is not installed and prompts me to purchase it again. After reaching out to Steam for assistance and refund, I received an automated response declining a refund due to the purchase being over 2 weeks old. The issue remains unresolved as I am unable to access the game I bought.

I am looking to discuss a problem with my account that was stolen, leading to a request for payment. I have evidence to prove my ownership, including the person's details and address related to the account. The scam seems well-crafted.
I need assistance in recovering my account. I am able to provide any necessary proof of purchase from my PayPal account and corresponding bank statements for verification. Thank you in advance.

Subject: Report of Steam API Key Scam
Dear Steam Support,
I am Lukas Nitz and I am contacting you to report an incident where I fell victim to a Steam API key scam.
On November 3, [redacted], at 8:30 AM CET, I attempted to transfer a "Skull Knife Crimsonweb" skin from my secondary account to my main account during a trade.
Upon clicking "Confirm," I encountered an error preventing me from accepting the trade. After refreshing the page, I later discovered that a bot had canceled my trade and initiated a new one without my knowledge.
I am deeply troubled by this experience as the skin holds significant value. I am urging you to investigate and take action against the user responsible for this deceitful trade. While I do not seek to retrieve the skin, I wish to prevent the user from benefiting from their actions.
This trade was unjust and unforeseen, and I hope for your assistance in addressing this matter promptly.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Best regards,
Lukas Nitz
