I am frustrated with the multiple issues I am encountering with my account. My girlfriend and I share a duo account under the names Carli McKenzie and Cory Witzen. Despite entering the correct password, the system repeatedly tells me it is incorrect. I tried to reset the password, but the link I received via email was expired. Frustrated, I created a new account under the alias Joe Blow because any attempt with my name redirected me to the same error. I even paid for a premium account, was briefly logged in, then suddenly got kicked out and couldn't log back in. Now I'm stuck with two unusable accounts. I need my corywilt33 account restored, and I'm willing to forfeit the Joe Blow account for a refund or credit. It's clear both accounts are linked to my bank card. This experience with Google Play is incredibly frustrating.

I may have had a Spotify account years ago but deleted it. I do not know the username or password and have not used it in a long time. I received an email about someone logging into my Spotify account, which is fraudulent. Please delete any old accounts linked to my name or email. Thank you.

Yesterday, I received an email notifying me of a login to a Spotify account linked to my email ([redacted]), which I don't own. I accessed the website and changed the password using the same email address. Today, I got another email saying my email address changed from [redacted] to [redacted] Does this indicate the account deletion?

I recently discovered recurring charges of $9.99 on my CREDIT ONE BANK credit card statement from 6/2/19 to 8/2/19 by a company I didn't recognize called Spotify. Despite not authorizing these charges and being unaware of any services rendered, the credit card company concluded the charges were authorized due to their recurring nature. They advised me to contact Spotify USA for a refund. I only found the letter from CREDIT ONE BANK regarding this issue on 7/15/20 and attempted to reach Spotify but couldn't speak to a representative. Given the current economic circumstances, the $39.97 refund would be significant to me. I am determined to resolve this matter and would appreciate guidance on how to proceed. My daughter purchased a 2-person premium account on Spotify using my card, but I can't log in with my username and keep receiving a password link. Despite changing my password, the issue persists, and now I'm unsure what my current password is. I need my email to be associated with my account as my username alone isn't sufficient. Someone has accessed Spotify using a similar email to mine. I use the free version and want to ensure I am not charged. Additionally, I am receiving emails in Dutch, which I do not understand. My email is [redacted], and the other account uses [redacted] (without the "dot" after donna).
I received an email from Spotify detailing a new login from the Netherlands on Aug 14, [redacted], at 9:10:36 PM CEST. They provided steps to secure my account, including changing my password, signing out everywhere, and reviewing authorized applications.

I am experiencing an issue where my personal music files from my computer have somehow appeared on Spotify. How is this possible? I would like to know how to play my personal songs on Spotify. I paid 7dk for assistance with these questions, but I was only met with automated responses that did not address my concerns. There was an attempt to upsell me on a private and insecure service without resolving the initial problem. The service has been extremely poor; despite the offer of unlimited questions for 7 days, not a single question has been answered. This feels like a scam. I have informed my bank that the 7dk payment should not be renewed.

I am currently a student who recently changed schools. I am encountering issues updating my profile to reflect my new school status. Your system does not recognize me as a student at my new school, even when I try to upload verification documents. I am also prompted to update my payment information, but the system is attempting to switch my subscription from student access to regular premium. This transition could result in being charged the full price before receiving the entitled student access pass refund. Rather than the discounted student rate, it would bill me at $9.99 per month. Hi there. You would think that after paying Joe Rogan $[redacted] million, I would be able to find his podcast on Spotify easily. I tried on September first and only found a message from Rogan saying he will still be on YouTube and other platforms. Today, I tried again and couldn't find his podcast, just others talking about Rogan. Amazingly, Rogan isn't the first thing that comes up. It's frustrating that Spotify paid so much, yet his podcast isn't prominently featured. Someone at Spotify should really step up. They could have promoted his show better without spending more money. Hopefully, Rogan sees the frustration and addresses it. Come on, Spotify, wake up!

I recently noticed that I was billed the full premium subscription rate instead of the student discount I should be receiving. I found out that student verifications need to be renewed annually, which I overlooked, resulting in the extra charge. My Google email, [redacted], has been permanently deleted. This deletion also includes my Google account and any associated accounts. I do not authorize Google to be connected to any of my accounts. If you suspect any suspicious activity related to Google hacking, please inform me. Google and Apple have accessed my devices, changed passwords and used data without my consent. They have accessed information through deleted email addresses and unauthorized apps like TRACKVIEW. Uninstalled apps continue to use data without explanation. I have been a victim of privacy invasion by Google and Apple. Please be cautious of TRACKVIEW and avoid downloading it.

I have a pending charge of $16.23 on my account for some kind of family plan. I did not make these changes and I notified Spotify. They requested I send a screenshot of the account. USAA does not allow screenshots. My monthly payment is $10.81, due on the 10th of each month. Now, you are trying to take the money on the 7th, and I have previously had to remind you that my payment is due on the 10th of the month. I have had to cancel my Spotify account, cancel my debit card, pay an $8.00 overnight fee for my debit card. All because of your mistakes. I answered all of the emails from my email address on file, and because of your inability to handle the situation, you refused to figure out another way to work with me and verify my account. You had several people, I deleted them, and an address in North Carolina, where I have never been.

This is my first attempt to sync a local file to my iPhone. I found my MP3 file in the Local Files tab on the Spotify Desktop browser, added it to a playlist, and then clicked "Download" playlist. Despite having my iPhone connected to the same Wifi as my computer, the song is not appearing in its playlist. I have already followed the instructions provided on the Community pages, uninstalled and re-installed the Spotify app on both Desktop and iPhone, and attempted using various sources for my Local Files. Unfortunately, the song still does not display on my iPhone. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
