On February 19, [redacted], weather stripping was installed due to the Aliso Canyon gas leak. The worker who came to do the installation removed my hydraulic door closer and misplaced the part that attaches it to the door. Instead, he put in a hinge closer that is not as effective. I need assistance in resolving this issue as my original hydraulic closer was not a cheap replacement. Please contact me at [redacted] or call 1-[redacted] and ask for Rose. Thank you.

My gas service has been disconnected since Monday, May 7, [redacted]. I made a full payment on the same day and scheduled for the service to be restored the next day. However, when the technician arrived, he was unable to access the water heater and didn't even turn on the meter for the stove. He mentioned rescheduling for the following day. Now, it's the third day without hot water and with two young children at home. I requested for someone to come out today, but the representative insisted on rescheduling for tomorrow. I urgently need assistance as we have been without hot water and a working stove for three days now.

I am a single mother living in San Bernardino with my teenage daughter. I have been in my current apartment for seven months. In October [redacted], a man came to switch the gas service into my name, but the gas bill never reflected my name. Despite receiving assistance from HEAP for power, the gas bill continued to accumulate with no help in sight. I recently received a notice with a past due amount of $[redacted] and a threat of disconnection, but given my financial situation, I am unable to pay such a sum. I have been trying to pay the bill in cash for five months but was unable to do so as the account was not in my name. I am facing a serious hardship and have not been able to receive assistance from welfare. I kindly ask for a courtesy on my service considering the circumstances. Thank you.

I would like to address an issue I experienced recently with one of your customer service representatives over the phone. I called to inquire about extending my payment arrangement due to unforeseen circumstances. My child was in the hospital multiple times and our insurance requires an upfront payment. Unfortunately, the representative was unsympathetic and solely focused on the outstanding balance. I have been a loyal customer for almost thirty years and was disappointed by the lack of compassion shown. I offered to make a full payment on Friday, but that was also rejected. Despite this, I managed to make a payment to prevent disconnection. I feel it is important for the company to understand the impact of such interactions on customer loyalty. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best,
Stacie G.

I am Edward Gallardo, and I am holding Southern California Gas Company accountable for the damage caused to my personal property. On Saturday, June 15, [redacted], the company responded to a broken gas main pipeline due to customer reports of a gas smell emanating from the street. Despite the rainy weather, bubbles were visible beneath the street, prompting construction the following day. Heavy equipment excavated the entire street in front of my house, air compressors were placed on my driveways, and hedges, plants, and a palm tree were affected. Buried flues were found in the ground, and holes were cut in the concrete of two driveways. The damage accumulated daily, leading to the deterioration of my hedge, rosemary plant, and queen palm tree even before the gas pipeline incident occurred.

I had a technician install a lock on my meter due to a building safety code violation. The building inspector is scheduled to visit tomorrow to approve the work done by my landlord. I require a technician to confirm that the unit is safe before the gas can be turned back on. I've withheld payment for the service until this issue is resolved, but it's crucial for me to ensure the habitability of my building.

Hello!
I have an account with your company and have been making payments since I moved into my new apartment on October 5. I received a bill from Palazzo East for gas usage for the last three months totaling $[redacted], including administrative fees. It seems that I will be paying double. I am concerned if my address is registered incorrectly or if there is a mistake. I would like to resolve this issue promptly.
Best regards,
Malin

This morning at 10:17 AM, a man claiming to be Robert Dunlap, who says he works for Arizona Pipeline on a project named "DRIP," came to our neighborhood knocking on doors stating he was from the "Gas Company." If no one answers, he proceeds with his work without permission. He entered my property through the gate which he alleged was unlocked. He used a key from a box to open it. Inside, he tampered with the gas meter. I tried calling 1.[redacted] for assistance, but no one responded. As a last resort, I called the emergency line, but the call was not answered. This situation is urgent as it could be a safety concern or potential burglary. I will be contacting the police.

Subject: Urgent Hot Water Heater Issue at LA Property, Account [redacted] 3
Unresolved Problem with Hot Water Heater Leak at [redacted] W Vernon Ave, LA, CA [redacted]
Dear International Real Estate Management,
I am reaching out regarding a critical issue at the above-addressed property. Despite multiple attempts to contact Elanor Jarvis, Malcolm Bennett, Ruth Hayles, and Rosie Diaz for assistance with a hot water heater leak, the communication has been ignored. This is a serious situation as a leaking hot water heater could lead to dangerous consequences, potentially resulting in an explosion.
Given the urgency of the matter, we urgently request a plumber to assess and address the leak to prevent any further escalation. Additionally, as the owner, it is crucial to cover the costs incurred for running the hot water during this period.
Your immediate attention and action on this matter are greatly appreciated as the safety and well-being of the occupants are at stake.
Thank you for your prompt assistance.
Sincerely,
TS

Hello, we received a referral from you for a contractor regarding the Energy Assistance Program a few weeks ago. When I reached out to them, American Eco Services, they informed me that there were no available funds and asked me to call back later. Upon a recent follow-up call, they claimed to have no information on us and stated that we did not qualify for assistance due to lack of funds. We are hoping for a referral to a more helpful contractor. Our information is as follows: last name Harmon, [redacted] Five Cities Drive #[redacted], Pismo Beach, CA, [redacted]. This is my 94-year-old mother's residence, and I am her daughter, Carolyn. We appreciate your assistance and await your response. Thank you.

I submitted a start service request on July 28. I needed to verify my identity within 3 business days. As I'm currently overseas without an active US phone number, I couldn't complete verification on time. This morning, I tried to start the service again, but it requires additional verification. Can you confirm if my initial request is still pending verification or canceled? Can I be contacted via email or through my international number for verification, or can a relative's US number be used instead? Thank you for your assistance.

I am a senior living alone in a small apartment. I receive government assistance and HUD support. I have a grant that covers my gas bill, which has been consistent for four years. I mainly use my cooktop and rarely use the oven, keeping the pilot off on my furnace. My gas bills have been low due to minimal usage. However, I recently received a bill for $[redacted], which is unusually high compared to previous bills and even matches what a friend's larger household pays. I am concerned about this overcharge depleting my grant for the year. I would like my bill to be accurately managed, any overcharges refunded, and ensure future bills reflect my actual usage.

I sent my payment via mail through the post office on February 1st, over a week ago, and I haven't seen the withdrawal from my checking account yet. Today I received the February 28th billing statement and noticed that my $[redacted].40 check wasn't processed with the $[redacted].72 payment. I've been unable to access my account online; it seems the website has crashed. I've also been unsuccessful in contacting any Southern California Gas representatives. It's beyond frustrating. If I could switch providers, I would do it immediately. It seems like all the Southern California Gas service centers are closed. I would appreciate any help resolving this issue.

Hello, I'm currently facing an issue with the water heater in my residence. As a tenant, I'm not authorized to perform any repairs. Unfortunately, my landlord is out of town until next week. I have been instructed to contact the Gas Company to have the gas turned back on. Can anyone confirm if this procedure is accurate? I can be reached at [redacted], and my address is [redacted] Calle Marin, Mission Viejo, CA [redacted]. Thank you.
