Hello, I am Jerry Lynn Wilson. I need assistance in removing the four-digit security code question and answer from my account as soon as possible. I have information regarding an individual fraudulently collecting Social Security Disability benefits while also working and receiving compensation through a company. I am seeking complete transactional immunity regarding my involvement in reporting this alleged fraud. Furthermore, I am requesting a whistleblower bonus of 10% of all recovered funds and 10% of any future lifetime payments the individual in question would receive. This bonus is intended to support my daughter, who has ongoing health issues. I would like a written agreement detailing the immunity and bonus terms, with placeholders for names and specific details. Once the agreement is signed, notarized, and reviewed by my legal representation, I will provide all necessary information and evidence of the fraud. My identity will remain confidential. I am not seeking any personal gain from this disclosure. The potential recovery and future payments involved exceed $1.5 million, making the bonus to my daughter potentially $[redacted],[redacted].

I haven't received my checks from SSI, SSA, SSN, and SSDI. Please call me when you're ready. I've spoken to a bondsman and everything is good. Can I have more information? Come to [redacted] West 4th St. so I can purchase items. I need $[redacted] every month for life and 6 years of back pay. I have a court date in January and I am frustrated with the judges. I will ensure justice for those disrespecting human cases. I will handle my accounts exclusively, only Quinton Lake Richardson has access. Anyone else attempting to access will face consequences. I'm serious about this, filing charges if necessary. All law enforcement should act accordingly. The city of Ada, Oklahoma is currently being investigated by various agencies.

I was employed by Texaco Inc. in New York as a Senior Engineer for 2 1/2 years, from [redacted] to [redacted], following a company transfer from Canada. During this time, I was issued a Social Security number with deductions taken from my paychecks. MY SS # IS: [redacted]-60-[redacted]. I have a series of inquiries for the SS Administration regarding my account, rights, and responsibilities. Ahead of my detailed questions, I seek confirmation on the following matters: - Is my account/SS # still active? - Can you provide information on the deductions withheld from my paychecks during the 2 1/2 years of employment? My historical records are no longer accessible. - Have the withheld funds accrued value since then? If so, what is the current balance of my account? - I am currently 73 years old and receiving a Canadian pension while residing in Australia with my wife. I wish to understand the process, forms, and requirements for accessing my account for pension disbursements (e.g., periodic withdrawal). - Would there be any US IRS withholding tax implications for the pension payments, and at what rate? - Alternatively, am I eligible to withdraw the total account balance in a single lump sum? If so, would this withdrawal be subject to withholding tax, and at what rate? I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your guidance. Warm regards, P. Massarotto

Hello, I am Catherine Cooper-Wright. I need someone to call me back regarding my situation. I was a victim of identity theft, and my monthly social security benefits of $1,[redacted] were stolen. Due to vandalism and theft in my home at [redacted] 33rd St., N.E. [redacted], I am currently staying elsewhere. My daughter, Kendra K. C., was supposed to represent me but now appears uncooperative. I was told by a representative that checks are no longer being issued, only bank cards ending in [redacted]. I am currently at Unique Nursing Home, [redacted] First St., N.W. [redacted]. I want to return to my home and family after a dedicated 40-year career as an LPN, without the fear of blackmail and intrusion into my communications. Thank you, Catherine.

I attempted to create a new account as instructed, but the process redirected me to another website. I had to create a new username and password there. Despite entering ten verification codes, it prompted me for another one which my phone did not receive. Even after that, I couldn't access my account. It then requested a photo of my ID from my phone, claiming it would automatically detect it, but I was unsure how to proceed. The back and forth navigation left me unproductive for approximately three hours.

I was granted Disability Insurance with a Fully Favorable Decision dating back to my [redacted] application when I became disabled on Aug. 18, [redacted]. After firing my attorney Teal Parham for misrepresentation, her assistant Patty insisted on making copies of my case files when I requested them back. Upon reviewing the documents, I discovered unknown filings and fraudulent information regarding my health, including a personal note requesting "citizenship" and $[redacted],[redacted] in stocks erroneously associated with me. A former SSA employee from Longview, WA, collaborated with Parham to maliciously insert a false felony charge into my file. With the help of U.S. Representative Brian Baird, I had my claim reassessed and the decision was again Fully Favorable. Despite this, SSA claimed I filed a new claim and switched my benefits to SSI, which Kathleen from SSA falsely asserted. Additionally, she accused me of having a warrant in Kitsap County, which was refuted by a deputy sheriff. As a Canadian Permanent Resident, I feared deportation due to these false allegations. Harassment from DSHS, linked to Parham and Kathleen Johnson, has left my daughter and me homeless. Despite multiple attempts to rectify this, I am still awaiting my Disability Insurance benefits.

I am seeking assistance because I am facing difficulties accessing the necessary links online. My name is Frank Johnson, and my social security number is [redacted] 36 [redacted]. I have been married to a Jamaican national for eight years, resulting in frequent trips to Jamaica on an alien visa. I hold an account with NCB Bank in Jamaica, which has been inactive for two years. To reactivate it, they require a proof of income letter or my latest annual income statement. Unfortunately, I do not have the latter. You can reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted].

I submitted an application for Social Security (SS) benefits in October, with my payments scheduled to start in November. I received an email confirming approval, stating that my November payment would be on 12/15/[redacted], and subsequent regular payments would occur on the 17th of each month, starting on 12/17/[redacted]. Although I received a payment on the 15th of this month, I did not receive my December payment today. Upon accessing my SS online account, it shows that my next payment date is scheduled for 1/17/[redacted]. I am seeking assistance in understanding what occurred with my December payment and in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I submitted the SSA-8 Application for Lump-Sum Death Payment on 08/24/[redacted]. Despite contacting my local Social Security office multiple times prior to filing, I received vague responses regarding the status of my benefit application. Assurances of callbacks were given but were never fulfilled. After mailing the form on 08/24/[redacted], I contacted the local office again on 11/17/[redacted] for an update but once more encountered promises of a follow-up call that never materialized. I understand the benefit amount is not substantial, but it is important for me to resolve all matters concerning my late husband, who passed away on 11/25/[redacted].

I have made numerous calls over the last 5 days, only to be disconnected repeatedly. I received a form for meal reinstatement sent on 12/17/21 to restore my full payment. Additionally, I got a notification about an outstanding back payment of $1,[redacted].44 for November; the letter was dated November 16. I currently have no income to report as I am unable to work due to my disability. Various medical professionals, including my doctor, a judge, and worker's comp doctor, have advised against me working, citing a high risk of further injury. They have also mentioned that any surgeries carry less than a 30% chance of success due to the delicate nature of micro-nerve surgery.

I have been waiting for a decision on my disability claim for over six months. I recently had total knee replacement surgery less than six weeks ago and I am still in rehab. I have been out of work for over a year as of February and I am wondering why temporary disability has not been offered to me. I have worked for 23 years, earned all my work credits, and I am struggling financially. I can't believe I am facing poverty and possibly losing my home. Can someone assist me with this situation?

I suspect that my social security account has been targeted by scammers. The incident occurred on December 15th. Today, when I attempted to update my checking account information, I was informed that my bank's routing number did not match. At that moment, I didn't realize the significance, but upon reflection, I became concerned. Despite speaking with my account representative, no solutions were presented. I am now feeling anxious. I plan to contact them again tomorrow to inquire about visiting the office in Peru, Illinois. Any advice you can provide at this time would be greatly valued. - Valoy K. Zbinden

My brother, Peter B., is currently hospitalized in Livadia, Greece, due to Covid complications and requires dialysis treatment three times a week. He's eager to return to the States once cleared by his doctors. As a Medicare contributor, he aims to enroll in Medicaid given his limited Social Security benefits. Peter, originally from Greece, moved to the U.S. at 13. To facilitate payment for his care from the Greek Government, their equivalent of Medicaid/Medicare requires an official form detailing his annual benefits, which they should accept upon submission. I've included contact details for EFKA Office Metrou for your convenience. If needed, please call Peter B. directly, noting the time difference with Greece. Greek Government: EFKA, Office Metrou Fax: [redacted][redacted] For reference: Peter Bessas SSN: [redacted] Phone/Cell: [redacted][redacted] My details: Maria Bessas Asvos [redacted] W. Subject: Assistance Needed for Fred Wanger To ensure effective communication, you can reach out to us at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] I am writing on behalf of my husband, Fred, as we reside in Newton, Massachusetts. Managing our household accounts, I am reaching out regarding access issues to Fred's online account, specifically his beneficiary notices. It's peculiar that I received a slight raise notice while Fred did not, though his recent automatic deposit seems correct. Given the challenge of connecting with a live representative at the Social Security office, it would be appreciated if this matter could be resolved promptly. Thank you for your assistance. Stay safe.

On 11/16/[redacted], I submitted Form CMS-[redacted] to disenroll from Medicare Part B with an effective date set for January [redacted]. I contacted the provided number in December to inquire about the status of my request. I was informed that the processing was underway and should be finalized by 12/31/[redacted]. However, two days ago, I noticed a charge of $[redacted].10 from my bank account for the Part B monthly payment. I am seeking clarification on why this occurred and a solution to rectify the situation. I am looking to have the SSA proceed with the disenrollment from Medicare Part B as initially requested back in December. Ideally, this should be effective from January 1, [redacted], and I am also requesting reimbursement for the January Part B payment that was deducted without my disenrollment being processed.

Both my husband and I received a letter dated December 29, [redacted], stating that I had requested a bank account change on December 22, [redacted], due to a scam. The letter mentioned my husband, Charles M. Babcock, should receive his check by February 9th, and I, Sonja D. Babcock, should receive mine the following week. However, we have not received his check, and it's not in either our new or old account. Our only income has been my retirement check from Wells Fargo for the past two months, and we are struggling with basic necessities. Due to Covid-19, we can't go out, and our families are unable to help as they live out of state, and our parents have passed away. I've been contacting our creditors to update our account information to our new account. Both of us are disabled, and we urgently need our checks. Your prompt assistance in locating and mailing our checks is appreciated. Thank you. Sonja Babcock

I am inquiring about the whereabouts of my husband's (C.M.B.) SSA payment for January and February. We were informed it would be deposited this week. Due to fraud, Bank of America closed our account, and we have opened a new one. I understand the long wait times on the phone, but we cannot access our funds, and we are left cold and hungry. My husband has hearing difficulties, and I have mobility issues, making it hard to get assistance online. The payments have not appeared in either account. I left a message yesterday with my landline number: 1-[redacted]. Thank you, S.D.B.

I have not received my [redacted] form for [redacted], and I am unable to file my taxes. I have tried to request a [redacted] by phone twice through the automated system, but I have not received it yet. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a live person at the general [redacted] number or my local Waukegan office. Unfortunately, my online account does not allow me to access this information as needed. It seems like setting up an appointment may be necessary, but I am having difficulty reaching the Waukegan office for assistance. There is a letter in my account dated Feb 18, [redacted], BNC#22ZS985J90259 Ref. A,B, which mentions that benefits were suspended in December [redacted] with details that are unclear to me. I also need to pay IRMAA, but I have only received a letter about the Part D premium so far. I usually receive a bill for the Medicare medical insurance premium but have not received any notification about it yet.

I recently received a letter regarding my AZ state teachers retirement. In my reply, I mistakenly indicated I had never received an increase in payments, when in fact, I had consistently reported my increases from [redacted] to [redacted]. Following this, I noticed an unexpected deposit in my bank account to rectify the inaccurate payments. Despite my prior reporting, your system failed to reflect my adjustments. I am writing to request the withdrawal of the overpayment from my account. I have tried to address this online but am unable to contact a representative by phone. I am unsure of how to return the excess amount. I have also included this information in my tax return this year and seek guidance on how to proceed. My social security number is [redacted]-30-[redacted], and my husband's is [redacted]-28-[redacted], which may complicate matters. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.
