Subject: Assistance Needed for Medicare Part B Reinstatement
I started my Medicare Part B coverage in July [redacted], but due to becoming homeless and a subsequent illness, I missed payments which led to my coverage being cancelled. After being diagnosed with congestive heart failure and hospitalized, I am unable to afford medical visits without Medicare Part B. I have sent a past-due payment and a letter, but have not heard back. I am urging for help in reinstating my coverage as I am in urgent need of medical attention. I have arranged with my bank to make monthly payments moving forward. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Janet D.

I need to update the Social Security Administration with new information that may impact my claim. It is crucial to provide timely updates, and my claim number is NH [redacted]-54-[redacted] with the claimant number being [redacted]-82-[redacted]. I've just finished searching for a divorce decree that doesn't exist. On previous forms, I incorrectly stated there was a divorce because I believed my husband's lie. Now, I have credible evidence that proves my statement of no divorce is accurate. I am unsure why my husband misled me for so long, but I am now being truthful. I declare under the penalty of perjury that this information is accurate to the best of my knowledge. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, my name is Karen D. I am reaching out because I had trouble paying my bill today due to a delay in my direct deposit at CHASE BANK. I owe $7.50, which I was informed would be deducted from my March payment. However, after a recent change of address and struggles with medical appointments, I am confused about the process. I am currently in Indio following up on medical tests and appointments related to possible health concerns. Despite challenges with appointments in Sonoma, I am now back in Indio for further tests. I am renting a room and have no other income at the moment. There seems to be some confusion regarding paperwork and eligibility, and I am worried about my financial situation as I have no funds for essentials like food, rent, or my phone. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed with my disability benefits. Thank you for your assistance. Karen Ontiveros.

I am turning 65 in March [redacted] and have been receiving Social Security benefits for over a year. I've been offered a job with an annual pay of $42,[redacted]. I understand the 2/1.00 rule. Once I reach full retirement age, will Social Security recalculate my benefit to account for months without payments due to my earnings? I anticipate receiving a letter regarding any benefit adjustments. My new employer asks if they should adjust my pay due to my Social Security benefits. Can you assist me in calculating my [redacted] income with Social Security benefits and clarify if the missed benefits will be repaid when I reach full retirement age in [redacted]? Thank you, C.

I am reaching out concerning a letter I received on February 4th indicating a decrease in my SSI payment due to receiving help with food and shelter. I have already provided a copy of my year-long rental agreement, commencing in August [redacted], to my local office in November, demonstrating that I cover my own rental expenses. I also independently pay for my own food, thus I am perplexed by the payment reduction. My attempts to contact the Social Security claims representative at the local office have been futile. This issue is urgent, and I kindly request that my payment be reinstated promptly. If there is another individual available who can assist in resolving this matter, your intervention would be greatly valued.

In [redacted], I was in a head-on car accident that severely damaged my spine. Despite limited treatment, I applied for SSDI. I initially hired Bill Latour as my attorney, but during my hearing, he sent a replacement unprepared. Subsequently, I switched to Charles Binder. After years of waiting, nobody appeared at my next hearing. Binder appealed, but the federal level review had no evidence. Facing financial struggles, I found myself working intermittently and eventually applied for SSDI again. With David Klain as my new attorney, he criticized me for not providing sufficient medical records. Klain later terminated our agreement and filed a lien for services. Due to my complex medical condition and mental health challenges, I am considering returning to my previous job to support my family. Despite misfortunes with my previous legal representation, I am hesitant to engage another lawyer due to past experiences and the complexities involved. This account serves as documentation of my struggles and decisions moving forward.

I applied for a new Social Security card a month ago, but due to illness, documents important for my taxes were mistakenly thrown away by my helpers. I am anxious because I haven't received my new Social Security card, and my old number is not recognized online. I am worried someone could misuse the information. My name is Anna Levonne McDowell, residing at [redacted] Monroe Drive NW, Elk River, MN [redacted]. I managed to retrieve my [redacted] earnings statement from my employer, University of California via Los Alamos National Laboratory, but other necessary information was discarded. I fear someone may attempt to steal my identity with this information. I urgently seek assistance in getting a replacement Social Security card/number to prevent identity theft. My contact numbers are [redacted] (cell) and [redacted] (home). Please reach out to me as soon as possible.

I received an overpayment from Social Security after canceling my Social Security Disability benefits. Even though I had canceled the payments, they were still being deposited into my bank account without me knowing. I recently found out that I owe around $30,[redacted] back to Social Security. I visited the Social Security office in Rochester, NY and made an initial payment of $10,[redacted]. However, it has been almost 3 months, and I have not received any information about a payment plan for the remaining balance. I have been calling, but the line is always busy, making it challenging to get through. I am feeling frustrated and anxious as I am eager to receive the payment plan and start resolving my debt.

I am a 60-year-old disabled woman with three life-threatening disabilities. When my husband retired last October, we lost our work insurance, so I applied for my part B Medicare card in September. Despite submitting the required forms six times, making numerous phone calls, and even visiting the Social Security Office in person, I have not received the card after almost seven months. I urgently need a throat dilation due to a rare respiratory disorder but cannot afford treatment without insurance. I believe that under the Rehabilitation Act, I am entitled to timely processing like other disabled individuals. The delay in issuing my part B card is jeopardizing my right to healthcare. If this is not resolved soon, I will have to file a formal complaint with the civil liberties Union and the Insurance Inspector General. My health and well-being are at stake, and I need this matter addressed promptly.

I spoke with the SSA office on February 15 regarding a December payment that was mistakenly credited to a closed bank account. Due to urgent circumstances like facing eviction, we were assured by the Longview field office that a check would be expedited within 7 days. However, after contacting Longview on February 20, we were informed it was sent to the Account Now card, which has not reflected the payment. Despite being advised it could take 3-5 days to process, the supervisor's response today was confrontational, insisting the issue rests with the bank. We were previously informed the payment was sent from the Longview office two days ago, causing confusion. With the pending eviction, lack of transportation, and electricity disconnection for two days, the situation is dire. The uncertainty leaves us wondering if we are left to endure these conditions due to misinformation or there is assistance available for my husband and me. Thank you, Lisa S.

I am requesting assistance in obtaining my back pay for the years I was homeless, which I believe is around four years. Due to my mental challenges, I am struggling to advocate for myself. Currently, I am renting a room that I feel is unsafe, and I urgently need the money owed to me from my time without a home. I have been without food for two weeks now, and as someone with bipolar disorder and manic depression, it has been difficult to manage without my medication. Feeling hopeless, I reside in a remote desert area because it's the only place I can afford rent. I am reaching out for help to access the funds owed to me for the years I spent on the streets. Despite visiting the social security office, I left disheartened when I was told they can only provide payments for a limited period. I am determined to receive whatever assistance is available for my situation.

I need assistance regarding my situation. For the past four years, I have been without a stable place to live, struggling to afford the $[redacted] monthly rent. I am unable to sustain myself and fear I may not overcome this situation. I am reaching out to inquire how far back I can claim benefits from the Social Security Administration for the challenges I have faced. The conditions I am living in are desolate, insecure, and inhospitable. After being evicted onto the streets by IHSS and Sky Harbor, my health issues, including a hip replacement and bone marrow cancer, have left me unable to walk far. I feel isolated, despondent, and powerless. I wish to seek help before making any drastic decisions. I have a spotless record and only seek the assistance I am entitled to. It pains me to be in this position, feeling like no one cares about me. The only hope I have is in finding support. You can reach me at [redacted]

I am seeking guidance regarding my back pay and the next steps for my survivor's benefits. During the SSI interview, I was not given a break to inform someone who was trying to reach me. The interviewer inaccurately stated that my disability originated in [redacted], even though I have been receiving SSI for PTSD since childhood. I suspect the information provided was intentionally misleading. I am considering legal assistance as I believe I am entitled to retroactive compensation from [redacted] onwards due to my disability status since [redacted]. The interviewer did acknowledge my disability designation from [redacted]. Thank you. 😊

Dear SSA Agent,
I am reaching out regarding my January [redacted] and February [redacted] disability benefits. As a new beneficiary, I have not yet received these payments, which are crucial for me.
Upon checking my online statement, I saw that the benefits were sent via Direct Express. I had to look up what Direct Express meant, as I was unfamiliar with the term. I did not realize I needed to enroll for a card with Direct Express, but I have now completed the form for direct deposit into my checking account on the Social Security site.
After contacting Direct Express, I was advised to reach out to SSA to check if an account/card has been set up for me. They mentioned that SSA sometimes handles this for individuals without a card and requested a transaction number for reference when inquiring about my account.
I am eager to locate and access my benefits. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.
Sincerely,
M.E.

I am continuously interrupted by Facebook ads pop-ups at startup, preventing access to control panels. Unauthorized individuals have tampered with my device, causing security vulnerabilities and unauthorized access. Previous devices have also been compromised similarly in the past. I urgently need help to resolve these issues as I rely on online financial transactions. No other users or devices should have access without authorization, and I am reporting this issue with my LGK9 device in hand.

On March 14, [redacted], I, Elgin Ellinois Frederick, residing in Costa Rica, submitted a claim for ex-spouse benefits under Joaquin A. Moras' Social Security record. I received a letter on March 13, mentioning that I am ineligible for the benefits based on my marital status. Despite being legally married, I have been separated from my husband for five years. He currently resides in Nicaragua with another woman while I am in Costa Rica. Our marriage is only on paper, as he seeks financial gain from our shared property in Costa Rica, which I am selling to settle with him in our divorce. I am wondering if, post-divorce, I will be able to reapply for Social Security benefits based on my ex-spouse's record. You can reach me at [redacted]

As a U.S. citizen residing in the Philippines, I previously had my payments deposited in a U.S. bank. Upon updating my address, my Social Security direct deposit date changed, causing confusion with the bank. They suspected fraud and returned the payment to Social Security. While awaiting direct deposit to my Philippines account, I am uncertain where my funds will go or how long the transfer will take. I seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly to ensure I have access to necessary funds. Your guidance on the expected process would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

I attempted once before but did not receive the code, so I am trying again. I am a U.S. citizen currently residing in the Philippines. Previously, my Social Security benefits were directly deposited in a U.S. bank. However, when the SSA changed the deposit date, the U.S. bank flagged it as potential fraud and returned the money to the SSA. I have now requested for the funds to be sent to a bank here in the Philippines, but they mentioned it could take up to 60 days. I am concerned about my financial situation during this waiting period and whether the SSA will send the funds back to the U.S. bank or if I will need to wait for the transfer here. I am trying to resolve the matter with the U.S. bank, but they do not appear proactive in addressing it. Contacting the SSA has been unsuccessful and costly. Any guidance on what actions the SSA might take would be appreciated. Thank you, Ralph L. S.

Hello, I am expecting to receive $[redacted].00 tomorrow, 03/20/[redacted]. However, Direct Express has informed me that I will only be receiving $[redacted].00. This discrepancy is confusing, especially since I was already having $48 deducted monthly during [redacted]. According to the SSA letter, I should receive $[redacted].00 every third Wednesday of the month since February [redacted]. However, I only received my February [redacted] check on March 11, [redacted], due to issues with Woodforest National Bank in LaMarque, TX closing my direct deposit account without explanation. This caused a lot of stress, late fees, and difficulties tracking down my check. I do not have outstanding debts like student loans or IRS taxes. Could the reduced amount be related to taxes on my SSA check? I need this extra $70.00 for essential expenses like transportation, dentures, and medical needs. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Sharon S. T.
