Hello, I would like to address a recent incident involving a photo I took on Snapchat. I captured a picture on my phone while in airplane mode and promptly deleted it to prevent it from being sent. To my surprise, upon disabling airplane mode, it was shown that the photo had been sent to someone at 1:50 am, the time I took it. My daughter's Snapchat account has been either temporarily locked or hacked, causing us both a great deal of distress. Her father recently passed away, and the pictures and videos she has of him on the app are incredibly precious to her as they are all she has left. You can verify this information on legacy.com or through the funeral home's website, Uecker-Witt, which handled his cremation. Today is my daughter's birthday, and tomorrow is her father's funeral, so anything you can do to help restore her access to these memories would bring a little light into our lives during this difficult time. Her current Snapchat ID is akremer26, but her old account was under the username aalleykremerr. Restoring access to these memories is incredibly important to us, as they contain his voice and are incredibly meaningful.

I attempted to report a user under the names “joegodgallent” or “joeygodgallent”, but I encountered difficulties reporting him on my account. He made multiple unsettling comments towards me. Upon adding me, he made a remark about my age and proceeded to harass me when I addressed his inappropriate behavior. His messages included offensive language like calling me a “cunt” and admitted to using quick add to find girls. I aim to prevent him from targeting other girls. Interestingly, despite supposedly graduating from the same school as my older brother, there is no evidence of his attendance on social media and no one from school stays in touch with him, suggesting there may be issues surrounding his behavior. I hope to protect other girls from similar experiences.

Upon opening Snapchat this morning, I was prompted to either login or sign up. When I tried to log in with my username and password, I was asked for a verification code which was sent to my old phone number from 4 years ago. Since changing my number, Snapchat has never asked for this verification. I need access to my account as I have important data saved on it. I attempted to reset my password, but it did not resolve the issue. Is there a way for Snapchat to help me regain access to my existing account without having to create a new one?

My first Snapchat account, vertex.g, which I've had for about 4-5 years, was suddenly deleted last month. There was no reason provided, and as I use Snapchat for important matters related to school, work, and communication with family, it has created a lot of inconvenience. I had to create a new account, sctoba, add everyone back, and deal with the loss of my memories. The individual responsible for hacking my account seems to have intentions of using it for financial gain, an unlawful act. It is vital to take action now by either permanently locking the account or restoring it to me.
I am unable to access the account to reset the password or email address. Despite my friends reporting the hack, no measures have been taken. I possess previous account details as evidence of ownership. No data recovery is necessary; simply locking the account or returning it to me will suffice.

My partner and I have been together for more than a year and have held the top spot as each other's best friends on Snapchat. Although we see each other often in person, we don't snap as much while together. Tonight, my second-best friend replaced my partner as my top best friend on the app. I am worried my partner will be upset about this change since he has been my number one for so long. My account was hacked by someone who I believe also hacked my friends. After receiving an email alert about another device logging in, when I attempted to log back in, I found I was locked out. It seems they exploited the two-factor authentication. Despite my attempts to reset the password via email, their activation of two-factor authentication hindered my efforts.

I came across a Facebook user posting exotic photos and offering sex videos for money on Snapchat. Although I've never used Snapchat before, I was curious about her content. I ended up choosing her $30 premium plan. Her account name is "mizz_awesome_beautifulmezz," and she uses the email "[redacted]" associated with the name Jeri Carter on PayPal. She has blonde hair. I have screenshots of her threatening to defame me within premium groups.
