Clicking the Unlock button led to a message stating my account had been permanently locked. I am eager to regain access to my account and have tried to contact Snapchat without success. Currently, attempting to log in results in a "user not found" message, although my friends can still view my profile. If recovering the account is not possible, I am concerned about retrieving the cherished memories stored there, including pictures spanning the past three years. My main priority is to recover these irreplaceable images, but restoring access to the account would also be appreciated.

Hello Team Snapchat, I've been facing issues signing into my account ever since receiving the locked message. I acknowledge that my account has been locked, preventing me from accessing it, and I want to address this. Despite not engaging in any activities against your guidelines like spamming, my attempts to restore access have been met with a message stating it's permanently blocked, leaving me confused. I've been using Snapchat more frequently lately to stay connected with friends, which, as I understand it, aligns with the platform's purpose. It seems unfair to block my account for its intended use. In addition to losing access to my account, I'm unable to view my memories and photos, which I value and would like to retrieve since I haven't violated any policies. Losing my streaks was also disappointing, especially when it wasn't due to my actions. I'm aware of your 30-day policy and the visibility of my account to friends, which indicates it's not permanently deleted. I'd appreciate a prompt resolution to regain access to my account. I am facing a long-standing issue with my iPhone XR. Both the front and back screens are cracked, causing the screen to malfunction - randomly typing, opening apps, and shaking. This relates to my login issue as I switched to my iPhone 6s for using Snapchat to avoid the screen troubles. Unfortunately, after logging back and forth between phones, I found my Snapchat account locked at around 3 am on August 13th. It seems like Snapchat may have flagged my activity as spam or a potential hack. I have tried to resolve this by verifying my identity on snapchat.com, but I keep getting a "user not found" message after verification. Last night, my Snapchat account was locked for no apparent reason. I received an email stating that my account was mistakenly locked and included a link to unlock it. Despite entering my username and password, it kept showing an error that the username was invalid. I rely on this account to promote my business and stay connected with family and friends worldwide. This morning, I received an email stating that my Snapchat account was disabled. The email contained a link to help with the recovery process. However, upon clicking the link, I was prompted to log in to an already disabled account. I attempted to find a customer service phone number without success and realized there was no other means of contact for Snapchat. Despite trying to reply directly to the email, my message failed to send. I am currently facing a predicament where I cannot regain access to my account or reach out to Snapchat for assistance.

Last night while replying to people, I got unexpectedly logged out of my account. Subsequently, upon attempting to log back in, I discovered my account was locked. Following an email I received explaining that legitimate accounts could sometimes be mistaken for spam, I clicked on a provided link to verify my account. Despite following the instructions, my account was permanently locked. Now, I am unable to access my account, receiving an incorrect username/password message. Snapchat holds a significant part of my life, containing three years of conversations and memories. It also serves as my primary mode of communication with certain individuals. I inadvertently provided the wrong username, alex_d2a74 instead of alex_d2874, to someone. Regrettably, I won't have contact with them again. I tried to search for the name with no success. Unfortunately, I don't have their Snapchat handle either. Can you assist me in finding this individual, please? Your help is greatly appreciated. I recently discovered that someone used my email to register for Snapchat, causing concern about potential misinformation being shared under my name. Additionally, I found out that I was signed up for Apple products under a false name. Despite not verifying the email, I worry about possible consequences. Contacting Snapchat support initially didn't provide assistance. An update: days later, I received a reply from Snapchat customer service after reaching out via email. They manually removed my email from the fake account as the original removal link was ineffective. Resolving the issue with Apple required a phone call to their customer service. Although they weren't very informative, they assisted me in addressing the problem and provided guidance on avoiding phishing attempts.

Yesterday, I received a notification that someone added me by mention. I researched its meaning, which indicated that I may have been tagged. Surprisingly, I did not receive any prior notifications about being tagged. I noticed the account was relatively new as their number identifier was at 49. I decided to add them and inquire if we knew each other. However, they never opened my message. Now, upon revisiting their profile, the number beside their name is gone, suggesting they may have deactivated or blocked me. Nonetheless, I still appear as their friend. I am curious to understand how this individual managed to add me by mention and would appreciate any insights. The person's name is displayed as Samuel-Her. Any help or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated as I am concerned about my safety and the lack of notification regarding being tagged.

My girlfriend and I have been enjoying playing this game for the past month, spending hours on it daily. Today, to my surprise, I noticed that the Snapchat Tennis Game was gone. Hello, I am a friend of the person experiencing an issue and I am reaching out on their behalf. I am uncertain as to whether this falls under "Recover Account," "Problem with the App," "Account Access," or "Help with Something Else," so I decided to post here as I suspect the issue lies within the app. The problem began when I logged out of my Snapchat account (username: vici210) two days ago. Upon trying to log back in, I received a message stating that the account was locked. Unable to access it, I created a new account. Subsequently, I logged out of the new account and attempted to log back in, only to find that account was locked as well. I have now created a total of three accounts, all of which have been locked. Help needed! My name is Jordan Hedgepath. My Snapchat account, @jordan_lynn10, has been hacked and taken over. It's a severe issue as the hacker is also targeting all my friends and sharing my private photos from 'My Eyes Only.' I've reported and emailed Snapchat about this, but no action has been taken. These pictures were taken when I was 16, making this a serious matter. If this isn't resolved, I will take legal action against the company for spreading child pornography. The lack of customer support is unacceptable. Responding promptly could have prevented this breach of my privacy. The hacker is distributing my photos to strangers, family, and colleagues. This needs immediate attention.

For the past three days, my account has been locked. I don't believe I've violated any rules. This is the first time my account has been locked in three years. When I try to login, it says my username/email or password is incorrect, even though I'm entering the correct information. On the Snapchat website, it says "User not found." My friends also can't find my account in the app; it's as if it doesn't exist. I believe this is a server issue causing my account to be mistakenly locked. Tonight, around 11:30 PM, my Snapchat account "georgie3486" was hacked. I received a text message from Snapchat with a new verification code without any request. Shortly after, an email notified me of a password change that I did not authorize. I tried to regain control by changing my password but was locked out of my account. Another email alerted me to someone in Sydney accessing my account, changing the email to "[redacted]" When I attempted to reset my password using my phone number, I encountered a message about verification issues due to suspicious activity. After waiting and trying again, the system did not recognize my phone number as verified, indicating the hacker had changed that too. I submitted a form on the Snapchat website reporting the hack, but it required the original email that was now altered. Despite having evidence of previous account details and the unauthorized activities, including texts and emails, I fear my report may have gone to the hacker's email. I am experiencing issues sending snapchats when connected to my WiFi at home. Each time I attempt to send a snapchat, it starts sending and shows a progress percentage, but ultimately fails to send. Pressing "tap to retry" results in the same sequence repeating. Snapchats send successfully when using cellular data away from home or by turning off WiFi at home. While I can send texts on WiFi and data, sending pictures is unsuccessful. Receiving pictures and snapchats poses no problem. I have confirmed that my internet connection is stable. Reinstalling and logging out and back into snapchat have not resolved the issue.

Sure, I can confirm the following details: My birthday is July 24, [redacted], and the last mobile phone I used was an iPhone 6s. I am currently in England, but the individual who hacked my account seems to be located near Istanbul, Turkey. I received an email notification at 11:07 pm stating that my account had been accessed, providing an IP address. I quickly changed my password at 11:09 pm, only to discover at 11:11 pm that my email address had been changed to [redacted] by an unknown party. Subsequently, I received emails from a questionable address, [redacted], claiming to be Snapchat support and requesting my rescue code, "my eyes only" password, and the last four digits of my phone number. They are corresponding with me via a suspicious email address, [redacted], seeking my personal information.

I am experiencing difficulties adding friends as I can only add one person per week, which seems unreasonable. Despite meeting different people in person, I am unable to add them, and the add button is not functioning correctly. As a result, I am unable to add them to my friends list. When others add me, I am unable to add them back. I have tried reaching out multiple times without receiving a response.
