We are curious to know if you have the ability to retrieve sent snaps. There is a situation where someone claims to have received snaps from my daughter with death threats in them. My daughter insists this is not true, and we would like to uncover the truth to determine if further action needs to be taken. The snaps were sent as photos with text added.
The accounts involved are: bspijker23 and brittvandebel21
The account bspijker23 is alleged to have sent the death threats.
The situation has escalated to the school, and we would like to determine who is telling the truth and who is lying.

I was shocked to find out that my Snapchat account has been permanently locked even though I have not violated any terms of service or used third-party apps. I am extremely upset about this as my account holds precious memories of a friend who passed away five months ago. I lost access to this account approximately 5 and a half years ago when I forgot my password and changed my phone number. The email associated with the account is [redacted] I no longer remember the phone number linked to the account due to it being unused for several years. My account was compromised and is now permanently locked. I got emails notifying me of the initial lock, followed by a permanent lock due to suspicious activity on my account. Upon checking, it was accessed from a different device, adding unknown contacts, resulting in my lockout. I have recently experienced identity theft, leading to problems with my financial institutions and credit cards. This incident may be connected to that. I contacted Apple for assistance and they confirmed it was a spam hacker. I believed it was a legitimate message from Snapchat for security purposes, not realizing it was a fraudulent attempt to access my account. In December, I tried to access my Snapchat account, which had never had any issues before. At that time, I was logged out, and when I tried to reset my password, it said my account had been hacked and Snapchat had to change my password, but I never received it. When I tried to reset my password using my email address, it said it was incorrect, and I no longer have access to my phone number to use that option. I have been trying to contact Snapchat for 3 months via email and Twitter, but all they do is ask me to fill out a form, which I have done 10 times with no response.

Hello, my name is Angel, and my Snapchat username is AngelPaige2000. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my phone as it is in police custody. When I attempt to log into Snapchat, it prompts me to input a code sent to my old phone number, which I can't do. I've also lost access to my previous email. Disturbingly, people have been sending me screenshots of someone using my Snapchat to share my private photos, engaging in conversations, and posting them on my story for everyone to see, including inappropriate images of my boyfriend, my 2 and 6-year-old children, and even images of my younger sisters. I lost my cell phone, and when I found it, I realized that someone had caused both my Snapchat accounts to be locked or disabled. I've reached out to Snapchat support multiple times for help, but they have been ignoring me or claiming they can't assist with the issue. Someone added me claiming they could flip my money, promising to send back 10 times the amount. After explaining I was broke, they offered to donate £10 to get me started. However, they requested me to change my email for entry into a "database." Once I provided the code sent to the new email, they accessed my account, changed the password and email, and proceeded to target other individuals with the same scam.

Last week, while on vacation, my phone was stolen. I was able to restore all my apps from iCloud except for Snapchat. I suspect my password may have been compromised because my email was linked to other accounts. When attempting to reset my password, I successfully completed the phone number verification, but didn't receive any email verification. My friends still see my account, so I believe it's active. Recently, someone took a screenshot of a picture from my story showing me in a bikini. I need to locate the screenshot to report this to HR at work.
