I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 11 from Straight Talk. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with my Snapchat account on the new phone. The account kept getting locked out, preventing me from using it properly. Despite my efforts to reach out to Snapchat for support, I was met with unhelpful responses stating that if the account is locked or banned, there is nothing they can do. I have attempted to contact Snapchat multiple times over the past month but have had no success in resolving the issue. I value using Snapchat to connect with friends and capture memories, but the lack of support has been frustrating. Recently, my Snapchat account was hacked by my ex, who posted a picture of drugs to cause trouble for me. A friend alerted me about this incident by showing me the unauthorized story on my account, which I did not post. I don't frequently use Snapchat, and I haven't posted on it for about a year. When I attempted to log in, I received a message stating that my account had been locked. I was shocked and upset by this situation. Losing access to my account is distressing, especially because it contains many sentimental photos from over the years.

Around a month ago, my app account was permanently locked. I feel unfairly targeted as I haven't violated any rules. I've been persistently trying to regain access with no success as the support I received from Snapchat was only automated. Any assistance to resolve this matter would be highly valued. While on vacation, I snapped a picture of me riding a camel with a caption meant as a playful joke for my friends. Unfortunately, my Snapchat account got permanently locked soon after. I now realize how this could have been misconstrued and regret that it led to this consequence. I value the memories and moments stored on my account, which I cherish deeply. My Snapchat account, Mirzahercegovac, was locked in mid-October. I believe it was locked mistakenly as I haven't used third-party apps or violated any guidelines. Snapchat's policy states there should be a warning in such cases, which I haven't received. The app prompts me to unlock my account on the website, but it shows as permanently locked; at times, it even temporarily unlocks only to lock again upon login attempts. Despite numerous attempts to contact Snapchat support, I've received no assistance. Seeking help here as a last resort. Please unlock my account soon or provide any assistance. Thank you.

Someone created a fake Snapchat account pretending to be my partner, using the username cazza-[redacted]. They used my phone number for the password reset, leading to the verification code being sent to me and allowing me to access my original account. I'm feeling stressed, anxious, and vulnerable due to this situation. Is there a way to trace who created the fake account to address this issue?

Hello, in September, I posted funny videos on my stories with the account name moneymagnet999. I used my account for both memes and personal content. Suddenly, my account disconnected, requiring me to log in again. However, I encountered an issue as it stated that my account was temporarily locked. I am confident that I did not violate any of Snapchat's rules, as I have never received a warning. Despite attempting to log in multiple times, I received a message informing me to try again later. I have already reached out to the Snapchat team numerous times, with this being my fourth attempt since September. It has been four months now, and I am unable to access my account, nor create a new one without explanation. This situation has left me feeling disheartened as my Snapchat account holds many cherished memories and interactions. I kindly request that my account moneymagnet999 be reinstated, and I am hopeful to regain access to Snapchat soon.

I created a new account for a prank, and now I can't access my main account. When I try to log in, it says my password is incorrect. I even changed my password, but now my username is linked to the prank account. All my important memories and friends are in my main account, and I don't have their contact information. I recently changed my phone number a few days ago due to harassment. I haven't had the chance to update my new number on Snapchat and now I'm locked out of my account. Despite having all the necessary account information, I am unable to access my account because I can't receive the verification code on my old number. This account is essential as it contains precious videos of my son that I can't afford to lose.

I believe there may be an issue with my Snapchat. It seems like I am only able to add Americans. Initially, I had trouble searching for the first person, but eventually, I found them and clicked "add," with no response. The next day, they were added. However, after two days, it seemed like they deleted me. I also experienced issues with seeing their score and adding friends. The following day, my profile appeared deleted. The same problems occurred with the second person, where their score vanished, and they did not respond for 13 hours. Snapchat did not show that the message was read, and later my profile indicated they deleted me. I believe there may be a technical problem, and I hope for a solution to reconnect with my friends. I suspect an issue with my Snapchat. The problem seems to be with me adding American contacts. Initially, I couldn't find the first person and when I tried to add them, there was no response. After some time, they were successfully added, but then deleted me two days later. I couldn't see their score and couldn't add friends. My profile seemed deleted. The second person was responsive, but their score disappeared, and they took long to reply. Despite them reading my message, Snapchat didn't indicate it. Eventually, my profile showed they deleted me. I believe this is a technical issue. I hope you can investigate and help resolve this problem so I can reconnect with my friend. Before logging out of my Snapchat account, I reset my password to "Ninipoo13" to ensure I could log back in. However, I am unable to access my account now due to an incorrect password error, which I believe is an issue with Snapchat. A few years ago, my original Snapchat account was hacked and it remains temporarily locked. I can't access it because the hacker changed the email associated with it. I've been trying to recover it by providing my previous email to Snapchat support, but their automated system only recognizes the current email, set by the hacker. It's heartbreaking as my account has memories from 2[redacted], including photos and contacts of family that I'm afraid I might lose forever. I've been devastated by this loss and I'm desperate for help to regain access to my account. I hope someone can assist me in recovering it.
